한국 여성 소비자의 화장품 소비성향이 제품선택속성과 정보탐색행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Korean Female Consumer's Propensity to Consume Cosmetics on the Product Selection Attributes and Information Search Behavior)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 화장품 소비자들의 성향을 파악하고, 소비성향 요인을 중심으로 제품선택속성과 정보탐색행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대하여 영향관계를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 통해 화장품 시장의 차별화된 마케팅 전략수립 방안을 찾음으로서 기업 경영에 필요한 실무적 시사점을 제안하고 화장품 산업에서 마케팅 방향을 설정하는데 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 하는 것에 의의를 두고 있다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 각 변수의 요인을 추출한 결과 쇼핑성향은 유행추구 성향, 쾌락 추구 성향, 과시 추구 성향, 경제 추구 성향으로 도출되었고, 제품선택속성은 브랜드 요인, 서비스 요인, 마케팅 요인, 품질 요인으로 도출되었으며 정보탐색행동은 구매 전 탐색, 지속적 탐색으로 도출되었다. 변수 간 영향관계를 알아보기 위해 선행연구를 근거로 3개의 가설을 설정하였다. 검증한 결과 첫째, 소비성향은 제품선택속성에 부분적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소비성향은 정보탐색행동에 부분적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 제품선택속성은 정보탐색행동에 부분적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

한국적 디자인을 기본으로 한 패션문화상품 셔츠디자인 개발 (Development of Korean Cultural Shirt Design as a Fashion Culture Product)

  • The MICE industry is a new industry that combines corporate meetings, intensive tours, conventions and exhibitions. The convention (the international conference itself) is a conception born from the interpretation of multiple industries such as conferences, incentive tourism, exhibitions and fairs. It is therefore necessary to develop products that can contribute to the revitalization of the MICE industry. We will participate in globalization era trends by developing original design with unique color sense as well as traditional beauty and elegance that can represent the Korean Wave in order to develop high value-added fashion cultural products. We examine the formative characteristics of Chogakbo and apply them to the harmony of geometrical characteristics and colors. The morphological characteristics and sewing method of the Korean traditional 'fo' were also used for shirt designs. It is a fashion cultural product that applies to the Korean Cheokagbo design as well as maintains a basic aloha shirt design that can be worn by everyone (regardless of gender and age) to make it globally acceptable. We used a simple and interesting geometric configuration of the surface represented by the surface composition of the patchwork as well as proposed a design costume by 3D clothing simulation work. The research results can be used as basic data for the domestic fashion market and cultural goods market.

조리냉동 및 냉장식품에 대한 도시주부의 이용실태 및 인식정도와 식품제조업체의 의식구조 조사에 관한 연구 (Consumer Demands for Prepared Frozen or Refrigerated Foods and Industry′s Response to Consumer Demands)

  • The objectives of this study were to provide the basic data for the consumer education and for the new product development by surveying housewives'demands concerning prepared frozen or refrigerated foods and by surveying industry's practices and opinions concerning new product development. 804 housewives and 14 manufacturing companies of prepared frozen or refrigerated foods were surveyed. Data from housewives were analyzed by using SPSS-X progrm in terms of $x^2$-test, one-way ANOVA, t-test. The results of study are summarized as follows : 1. Frozen dumpling, frozen meat, surimi, ham and sausage were identifed as the most frequently used food items by housewives. The mean storage period for either prepared frozen or refrigerated foods was less than 15 days. 2. Housewives with higher educational background showed the greater concerns in packing and sanitary conditions, convenience in cooking procedures and brand name of the product than their counterparts. 3. Most housewives'purchasing motive for prepared frozen or refrigerated foods was the convenience of the cooking procedures(71.1%). Among the member of family, children(72.8%) specially liked prepared frozen or refrigerated foods. 4. Housewives'demands for prepared frozen or refrigerated foods were 'price reduction'and 'nutrition fortification'. These were in accordance with the companys'opimons. 5. Most wanting new product developments from the housewives perspectives were beverages (37.7%), stir-fried menu items(36.1%), pan-fried menu items(34.0%), stewed menu items(30.3%) and soups(20.4%). In case of stew and soups, the industry did not have a plan to develop those menu items.

국내 의류상품개발과정에서 직종별 업무관여도 비교 - 테크니컬 디자인 업무 중심으로 - (Work Involvement Study of Each Job on Technical Design in Garment Development Process in South Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is 1) to research how practitioners in fashion industry in South Korea perceive concepts of Technical Design/Designer, 2) to compare and analyze issues at work by occupation, 3) to research specific works in garment development process, and 4) to compare and analyze work involvement by occupation, type of a company and etc, and 5) to propose the role of Technical Designers in apparel companies in South Korea. There were two methods to conduct this study, which were in-depth interview and survey. Both methods were conducted to designers, merchandisers, pattern makers, technical designers, and production coordinators. Frequency analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test, and Factor analysis were performed to get results by using SPSS 18.0 program. The results are following. There were 50 works during garment development process from the result of in-depth interview, and 6 factors were obtained from the result of Factor analysis, which were 'Works about Sample in Sample Development Process', 'Works about Product's Pattern and Size Spec', 'Works about Development of Garment's Design', 'Works about Planning of Product Development and Management of Product in Stock', 'Works about Production Process', and 'Preparation Works for Sample Development'. In conclusion, technical designer in apparel companies in South Korea should be in charge of works about sample in sample development process and decision making of product' size spec, which is included in works about product's pattern and size spec. Also, they should complete technical package after product is developed by designers.

  • The instant trend of mobile functionality in the digital age is performing a mediating role of promoting the hybrid tendency in fashion and cosmetics industry. Consumers' needs, which are getting complex and diversified along with development in scientific technology, are requiring product of technology equipped with multi-tasking function in the whole industry. The social and cultural factors, which are shown in cosmetics due to the instant trend of mobile functionality, came to be known on the basis of a ground for classification caused by a change in nomadic lifestyle and by the advance in scientific technology. The irst, The mobile functionality, which is being developed in fashion in the digital age, was indicated to be types such as mobility, one-off, and unity. Second, Even the types of mobile functionality, which are also being developed in make-up and cosmetics in digital age, were indicated to be mobility, one-off, and unity. Third, The trend caused by mobile functionality in fashion was consistent with a type in mobile functionality, which is being developed in cosmetics, thereby having been indicated to be the same type. This implies that there is the same type through independent trend in each sphere even while fashion and cosmetics organically function in the middle of the whole frame, which expresses a human being's external beauty, and implies that even the cosmetics are influenced by fashion. Swift-type beauty product, which is thrown away within one week lengthily and after being used once, are being launched diversely. This quick product can be said to be product that best reflected the characteristic of digital age. However, at this point of time that fast fashion and instant cosmetics, which are thrown away in the wake of being worn easily, are overflowing, the clothing and product with perfection, which has philosophy and thinking of being put more devotion, exert more value and are felt to be necessary.

  • As one of study efforts to develop a food product that can satisfy the taste of modern people and increase the usage of the popular local product of walnut in the region of Chunan, the current study developed a no sugar added functional walnut-sulgi. The walnut-sulgi was manufactured by adding walnut powder into typical sulgi rice cake. While manufacturing the walnut-sulgi rice cake, the health beneficial sugar alcohol ingredient of sorbitol was added instead of commonly used sugar to specialize the walnut-sulgi as a functional rice cake. As the result of such effort, a soft and moist walnut-sulgi was produced. The color of the newly developed walnut-sulgi is white and has a pleasing taste, and its consumer acceptability was higher than the sugar added walnut-sulgi by showing much soft sweetness and textural properties. Considering the facts that sorbitol has a lower glycemic index (GI) than sugar and the content of unsaturated fatty acids that are insufficient in rice cake could be increased, the newly developed sorbitol added walnut-sulgi is thought to be an appropriate functional rice cake that can attractively appeal to obesity and diabetes concerning modern people.

해양레저 산업의 통합 정보 시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on Integrated Information System for Marine Leisure Industry)

  • 해양레저 산업의 후발주자인 국내 해양레저 산업이 국내 시장 및 세계시장에 경쟁력을 가지기 위해서는 기획, 설계, 계획과 준비 등 제품 개발 및 제조의 각종 업무에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 단축시켜 높은 수준의 시장 적응력을 확보해야 한다. 위 사항들을 만족하기 위해서는 해양레저 산업 전반을 관리 할 수 있는 통합 시스템 구축이 절대 적으로 필요한 상황이다. 유관 산업 시스템간의 유기적 연결고리를 찾아서 요구되는 통합 정보를 확보하고 이를 단순 순차적 정보의 흐름이 아닌 통합적 정보 흐름과 객체 지향적 정보 분류체계를 확보하는 것이 주요 연구 핵심 사안이다. 이를 위하여 다른 유사 산업에서 실재 정보 체계를 활용한 사례 및 산업생산에 적용된 제품수명주기관리(PLM), 제품 데이터 관리(PDM), 가상 생산(DM)과 같은 방법론을 검토 하고 이를 구성 및 적용하여 실질적으로 활용되고 있는 정보 체계 및 작업분류체계(WBS)의 사례를 연구하여 비교 한다. 이를 통하여 해양레저산업을 위한 기본적인 작업분류체계 구성을 추진하며 실재 업체에서 현재 활용중인 정보를 입력, 대입을 통하여 실증적으로 검증하고 해양 레저 산업의 고유한 영역을 추가하여 해양레저 작업 분류 체계(MLWBS)를 완성한다. 본 해양레저 작업 분류 체계를 바탕으로 여러 가지 정보체계 및 제품, 설계, 엔지니어링, 생산, 구매, 영업, 마케팅, AS, 고객지원 등에 다양한 형태의 활용이 가능 하도록 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The purpose of this paper is 1) to extract managerial factor into each cell which is classified by the characteristic grill of new products 2) to construct a management model of new product development for korean companies. For this purpose, the characteristic grill of new products is classified by which is market/technology sphere. Moreover the focus of this analysis is on examination of success/failure factors, which have an important effect upon new product success or failure. The variables for this study were selected from literature survey and pre-interview was implemented specially. The subject of study was project leaders of electronics industry where have taken the leading part in product development activities in Korean manufacturing industries. Enquete survey was conducted in each firm and project managers were asked to respond. Conclusion of this study based on many significant results gained by the various multi-variate analysis are summarized as follows. First, it can he noted that success/failure factors are different by each classified model and characteristic grill of a new product. Second, it has been identified that the important factors of success products were technical & management support and market ability, the important factor of failure product were lacking in ability of technical development and R&D management system construction. This paper presents some useful guidelines in strategic and managerial aspects for development of new products. Concurrently, the model of this study should be a great practical approach for application of actual affairs.

  • Various attempts are being made to reduce carbon emissions through recycling of industrial by-products in the construction materials industry to reduce carbon emissions, and cement substitutes such as blast furnace slag and fly ash are widely used. Although it is suggested that the use of industrial by-product aggregate is possible in 'Aggregate', the use case of industrial by-product aggregate is very rare in the actual field. In this study, as an industrial by-product, fine slag aggregate is used as fine aggregate among aggregates that can be used as aggregate for concrete, and coarse aggregate is used as a substitute for natural aggregate. WWe tried to suggest various ways to expand the use of industrial by-product aggregates.

제품-기술로드맵 개발을 강화하기 위한 예측모델링에 관한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on Predictive Modeling to enhance the Product-Technical Roadmap)

  • 최근 시스템 반도체 발전으로 인하여 자동차 산업의 전장(電裝)에 대한 기술혁신이 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 특히, 자동차의 전장화는 자동차 부품업체들의 기술개발 경쟁을 가속화시키고 있으며, 개발 주기 또한 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화로 인하여 연구개발에 대한 전략과 기획의 중요성은 더욱 강화되고 있다. 자동차 산업의 패러다임 변화로 인하여, 연구개발 전략 중의 하나인 제품-기술로드맵(P/TRM)은 기획 단계에서 기술예측, 기업의 기술수준평가, 기술획득방법(Make/Collaborate/Buy) 등의 분석을 통하여 개발이 이루어져야 한다. 제품-기술로드맵은 제품과 기술의 고객 니즈를 파악하고 기술의 선정, 개발방향을 설정하는 툴(Tool)로써, 미래의 발전방향 추세를 예측하고 매크로(Macro) 트랜드의 전략적 방향성과 목표를 설정하는데 사용된다. 하지만, 대부분의 기업에서는 해당 기술의 논문이나 특허 분석, 전문가 델파이에 주로 의존하는 정성적인 방법을 통하여 제품-기술로드맵을 개발하고 있다. 본 연구는 가트너의 하이프 사이클과 누적이동평균 기반 데이터 전처리, 딥러닝(LSTM) 시계열 분석 기법을 융합하여 자동차 산업 중심으로 제품-기술로드맵을 보완하고 강화시킬 수 있는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 실증 연구를 진행하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 실증 연구는 자동차 산업 뿐만 아니라, 범용적으로 타제조업 분야에서도 사용 가능할 수 있다. 또한, 기업적인 측면에서는 그동안 정성적인 방법에 의존하던 로드맵 작성 방법에서 탈피하여 좀 더 정확한 제품-기술로드맵을 통하여 적기에 시장에 제품을 제공함으로써 선도업체로 나아가기 위한 밑거름이 될 것이라고 사료된다.
