The dies & molds are a very economical production tool and a high value-added product because of its mass production capability compared to other production methods. Due to the very stiff international competitiveness, the industries meet many obstacles. At this moment, measured the status, the international trends and try to find the vision and strategy to promotion of the industry. In Korea, large portion of dies and molds are still low value-added and make large number of tools. In order to advance this industry to the high-tech area and gain competitiveness in the golbal marketplaces, effective means of resource investment and strategy should be properly provided.

The development of Korean textile industry has continued for the early industrialization. But a change in situation of circumstances, textile industry undergoes hard times. To overcome the barrier, therefore, technical development and design innovation are needed to make high value added product. This paper try to put to practical use of the silk weighting process technique(WPT). First, we investigate the technical trend of WPT to summarize the theory, and examine the feasibility of technical development. Second, the application of Graft process to silk textile is examined to know whether it is possible as an practical use. Next, we present the practical way of WPT using MAA monomer through experiment. The results are as follow. 1) Considering the lack of silk yarn. Graft process is appropriate new technique to make the value added product, and fine quality. 2) Studing textile goods, it need inter-displlinary co-work not only fiber engineering scope because textile goods is closely related with fashion industry. 3) MAA monomer used in this paper is more excellent then other monomer because it has good weighting effect and does not harm to the nature of textile. 4) MAA WPT is good for silk textiles of ladies jacket and neck-tie.

There is a belief that timely and precise data are important to decisions and the better decisions are related to better firm performance. However, empirical research investigating the effect of data quality on firm financial performance is still scarce up to recently. Current study empirically explores such an effect of data quality on firm accounting performance in the Korean manufacturing industry during 2008~2010 with secondary data. The results show that better data quality does not impact on sales and operating profit, but positively and significantly impacts on EVA(Economic Value Added). Raising the level of data quality management maturity by one level can increase EVA by about 34% in manufacturing firms.

In today's fashion industry, directions for new products and high value added of fashion goods, product changes according to cycles, the shortening of life cycles, added value, planned obsolescence, and presentation is focused on fashion trends that will be selected by many consumers at the point of selling time. Therefore fashion information poses great importance and its weight is growing bigger everyday. Fashion information recognized to be important is reflected practically in the prediction of fashion changes in the fashion industry; especially, it is the first stage of the merchandising process that is the course of new product development. Presently, with some differences according to the size and specialized area of a firm, domestic fashion menufacturers obtain information from sales data of competing brands and their own, market information, consumer information based on primary data, shared fashion trend information given by domestic fashion information providing companies. Firms can not produce differentiated images and product concepts using such shared information. Although the types, importance and reflection of used information vary according to merchandising processes, all experts engaging in the merchandising of fashion products use the same shared information.

This study focused on the development of creative materials by applying tapestry to produce original and high-grade dresses with consideration the modems' tendency to place high value on personal taste and style. The development remained sensitive to current trends and attempted to expand into high value-added dresses. Materials in modem fashion design, as a basis of the fashion industry, can lead to a current of new fashion and produce novel and creative ideas by stimulating the designers' creativity. Designers can diversely express a form according to their intention, since tapestry allows the expression of various feelings of texture and forms according to the combination mode of technique, structure and materials on a basic plane. Moreover, tapestry encrourages the development of varied designs because it can effectively display the texture and color of a textile surface through the careful selection of materials even under the same technique. Tapestry can apply forms similar to a textile's basic structure to fashion design and can create high added value with the merit of being 'handmade'.

Geographic Information System(GIS) market in Korea was made based on "the First Master Plan for the korean National GIS" Recently the private GIS market is growing rapidly for LBS, Telematics, Web Geographic Information Service. So, the purpose of this study is to make the development strategies reflected ′moving the core of GIS market′ from public to private sector. By using the Model of Added Value chain, the business model which reflect features of geographical information best, we analyzed markets and classified them into four fields along the uses and degrees of added value. The features of markets in each field are researched and the ways of development about each fields are established. And the business model for geoaphic information circulation is made for development of GIS. market. To realize the development strategies in each field, this study proposes the national roles.

The government of Busan Metropolitan City conducted the "Survey on Shipping and Port Logistics Companies in Busan" between May and December, 2000. This was the first comprehensive survey of Busan Port conducted from the perspective of regional & industrial economics. The objective of the survey was to find out the level of influence of the shipping and port logistics industry on the regional economy of Busan, and to obtain base data for use in establishing an actual promotion program. The survey acquired information about human and physical resources, management conditions and consciousness of the industry, In addition, the study analyzed the survey data. The results of the analysis showed a method of creating added value in support of the marketing activities of the companies, and indicated methods of achieving systematic and sustainable promotion. The government of Busan City shall develop an e-Logistics infrastructure which can deliver a synopsis and intelligent information to people and companies in the industry by the end of this year. The information system would be of great help for people who may not be familiar with Busan's port and shipping industry, particularly international shipping companies. This will result in an Increase of trade and exchange in the shipping and port logistics industry, resulting in the generation of increased added value within the near future.

The information security industry market is sluggish despite high expectation for its growth, and thus policies are required to define the causes and to address these issues. The policy formulation requires various historical market and human resource data for analyzing the industry, which cannot be guaranteed secured. This study executed face-to-face in-depth interviews with the frontline businesses in order to gather live opinions and to analyze industry's value chain, problems, and difficulties with a view to defining policy tasks for the development of the industry. The findings of the study revealed the current technical level of the information security industry, the frontline difficulty, and industrial ecosystem status. Based on these findings, the industry revitalization policy was devised and proposed. Objectives of the policy included the fostering of capacity to conceptualize, plan, and design industrial strategies based on the analysis of the industry's value chain and ecosystem, the expansion of the industry's value-added through the enhanced securing and management of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and the nurturing of the security Human Resources (HR) in line with the industrial demand.

The objective of this study was to prepare acorn bread added with soymilk in order to improve its quality and develop the best possible recipe. The loaf volume, color, texture and sensory evaluation of acorn bread added with soymilk 10~40% were measured during the storage period. The L-value significantly decreased upon addition of 40% soymilk. A-value increased, but b-value decreased. During the storage period, the L- and a- values increased except 2 days at room temperature and 7 days in a freezer, whereas b-value decreased. For textural measurement, hardness, springiness, gumminess and brittleness increased significantly upon addition of soymilk. However cohesiveness decreased for 2 days of storage, whereas gumminess and brittleness for 1 day of storage at room temperature. Freezer storage for 1 day reduced cohesiveness, and gumminess for 4 and 7 days, respectively, and brittleness after all storage periods. The sensory evaluation showed that acorn bread added with soymilk 20% produced the best results in color and taste. The bitter aftertaste increased according to addition of soymilk with lower scores. Softness, chewiness and overall preference decreased significantly. Therefore, 10% soymilk addition got the best scores in aftertaste, softness, chewiness and overall acceptances.

최근 국내 양잠산업은 의류중심의 전통적인 양잠산업에서 기능성 양잠산업으로 변화를 꾀하고 있다. 이런 여건변화에 대응하기 위해 2009년에 "기능성 양잠산업 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률"이 시행되어 기능성 양잠산업 종합계획 수립 근거가 마련되었다. 기능성 양잠산업 발전을 위한 종합계획을 수립하기 위해서는 현재 양잠산업의 실태와 문제점 파악이 선결되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문의 목적은 양잠산물의 생산 판매구조와 산업 분야별 애로요인 및 개선사항에 제시하는데 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 본 연구의 주요 연구 내용은 양잠산물 단위당 생산액, 생산 및 소비형태, 가공업체의 원료구매 및 제품 판매구조, 양잠산물 유형별 부가가치 발생 크기, 분야별 애로요인 및 개선사항으로 구성되어 있다.
