Firms can use working capital management which is one of the essential determinants to influence their profitability. The main theme of present study is to investigate the relationship between working capital management and profitability of Tobacco Industry of Pakistan. This study is based on secondary data collected from financial statements of selected companies of Tobacco Industry of Pakistan for the period of 2005-2014. For data analysis, both descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Correlation analysis is used to check the relationship between the variables, while multiple regression analysis is used to examine the effects of working capital management on profitability of firms. The result reveals that there is a strong negative relationship between variables of working capital management and profitability of Tobacco Industry of Pakistan. This means that as the cash conversion cycle increases, it will lead to declining of firm profitability and managers can create a positive value for shareholders by reducing the cash conversion cycle at optimal level. The study concludes that managers can create value for shareholders by managing the working capital well designed and implemented, and by keeping each components of it at optimal level.

Purpose: This research is aimed to explore factors affecting on Kazakhstan's pharmaceutical distribution industry, selection of various factors and assessment of the level of their influence. Based on the literature review it was defined that there is a great variety of scientific works relating to pharmaceutical distribution industry competitiveness and management improvement. Research design, data and methodology: There is very little research, which to determine the issues of pharmaceutical industry distribution in developing countries, in particular EAEU countries. The algorithm was chosen for research provision: statistical and comparative analysis, correlation, and regression analysis. The data of 1993-2020 obtained from the World Bank, Bureau of National Statistics, National Bank of Kazakhstan, which is expressed by 19 factors as macroeconomic indicators. Results: The chosen variables were selected non-randomly, these economic indicators had the most reliable, unique, and utmost for the whole research period complete information. Conclusions: There could be made adequate conclusions of the research, there is a strong positive relationship for six factors: population, GDP per capita, average annual US dollar exchange rate, the minimum pension, average assigned monthly pension, minimum wage. Pension and wage are the most significant factors affecting on the pharmaceutical distribution industry in Kazakhstan.

Purpose - This research paper empirically analyzes the effect of changes in the employment environment due to the 4th industrial revolution on the turnover intention of cosmetic employers and employees and seeks the necessary measures for job instability in the industrial field. Research design, data, and methodology - A self-report questionnaire was conducted on 513 cosmetic implementers. Statistical processing of the data collected by the data analysis method was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) WIN23.0 statistical package program through data coding and data organizing process. Results - Changes in the employment environment were found to have a significant effect on the effect of job instability (t=13.218, p<0.05). As for the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention, the higher the organizational commitment, which is a parameter, has a negative (-) effect on turnover intention, a dependent variable (p<0.05). Conclusions - Our results are based on an analysis that allows cosmetic employers and workers to explore ways to address job insecurity. Based on the analysis results, it will help the growth of the cosmetics industry by providing basic data for the identity of the cosmetics industry and the development of the cosmetics service organization.

Purpose : Due to the uncertainty of the global trade environment and the trade downturn, the shipping industry continues to face challenges. This study aims to investigate in-depth analysis of crisis overcoming strategies through case study of a company that is leader in the shipping and logistics industry. Research Desigh and Methodology : In order to conduct an in-depth analysis, a single case analysis was selected as a qualitative study. For this purpose, various secondary sources were used, and indirect interview data were also used. In this study, Maersk was selected because it has grown from a traditional shipping logistics company to a digital platform company. Results: Maersk has transformed itself into a comprehensive, digital logistics platform with several key strategies to respond to the long-term slump in the shipping industry. First, it leveraged Maersk's diversification and portfolio optimization strategy. Second, Maersk is transforming its logistics and transport processes through digitalization and technological innovation. Conclusion: Maersk, which is responding to the long-term recession facing the shipping industry, looked at how it has leveraged its strengths and explored new opportunities through a number of strategies and changes. This study provides insight into a digital logistics platform that will benefit the other companies as well.

The purpose of this study was to determine a is finding the process for the development of professionals in the foodservice industry. The Questionnaire used in this study was designed to measure the capabilities of professional foodservice employees, investigate the importance and accomplishments of curriculum of the major subject, and determine areas matters of the for improvement in the of field. It was distributed to 101 professors (include lecturers) of foodservice departments, from February 1 to 28, 2006. A total of 101 usable questionnaires were received amounting to a 100 percent response rate. Statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win(11.0) for frequency, t-test, one sample t-test, and IPA(importance performance analysis). The results were as is follows. Regarding the As regard capabilities of professional foodservice employees, they remarked that the fair values and creative thinking are the most important. Regarding the curriculum of the major subject, generally the importance degree is higher than the accomplishment degree. The areas improvement are as follows: development of curriculum, securing the excellent faculty, academic-industrial cooperation, expanding and improving the university facilities in university, and increasing the experience during the term.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to explore and examine the effects of airline deregulation in the United States and South Korea as a comparative analysis. The study focuses on identifying the purposes of airline deregulation and analyzing its benefits and consequences. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - This is a case study, a comparative method, which analyzes and measures the benefits and disadvantages of airline deregulation in both the United States and South Korea. Results - Airline deregulation removed unnecessary and ineffective government controls, resulting in more efficient airline industries in both countries. However, the negative consequences are much greater than the benefits of airline deregulation. Conclusion - The purpose of airline deregulation was to foster an efficient and effective environment in airline industry, and clear evidence of the positive intended effects of airline deregulation e.g., increasing domestic competition, decreasing airfare, increasing productivity, and removing unnecessary government regulations in the beginning of airline deregulation. However, the current state of airline industry in both countries depicts only the consequences of airline deregulation.

Now the one of problems of digital culture contents industry in korean region is to focus only on small company in the related industry. So a plan for overcoming this is a cultivation of leading company in this industry. Thus, in this paper, we tried to make an importance level between the related industries including this leading company by the AHP analysis. For achieving the objective of this paper, first of all, this study yielded the relative importance between the industries as the quantitative values. As the result of this analysis, the important factor in this leading company is 'creation' factor and this paper proposed the basic results for cultivating the leading companies for the future time.

Korea is one of the few OECD countries having no binding Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction obligations under the Kyoto Protocol. Korea is going to enforce a powerful greenhouse gas emissions control to the industry from 2015. Current GHG reduction policies do not take into account the trade-off between economic growth and GHG mitigation, this approach will not be sustainable. Sectoral approach, considering industry by industry may be more eco-friend approach. This study verified the validity of the analysis results counted from whole procedure of energy input-output analysis and decomposition analysis to sector 'Organic basic chemical products' and 'Cement and concrete products'. Empirical test was performed using changes in energy consumption, production, process improvements and new facilities. Although the results showed unstable fluctuations from Divisia index decomposition analysis, it was verified that the entire procedure can provide a clue in understanding of the industry's energy and GHG footprint.

The government of Busan Metropolitan City conducted the "Survey on Shipping and Port Logistics Companies in Busan" between May and December, 2000. This was the first comprehensive survey of Busan Port conducted from the perspective of regional & industrial economics. The objective of the survey was to find out the level of influence of the shipping and port logistics industry on the regional economy of Busan, and to obtain base data for use in establishing an actual promotion program. The survey acquired information about human and physical resources, management conditions and consciousness of the industry, In addition, the study analyzed the survey data. The results of the analysis showed a method of creating added value in support of the marketing activities of the companies, and indicated methods of achieving systematic and sustainable promotion. The government of Busan City shall develop an e-Logistics infrastructure which can deliver a synopsis and intelligent information to people and companies in the industry by the end of this year. The information system would be of great help for people who may not be familiar with Busan's port and shipping industry, particularly international shipping companies. This will result in an Increase of trade and exchange in the shipping and port logistics industry, resulting in the generation of increased added value within the near future.

This study was carried out to manufacture microcapsules from natural aromatic essential oils by polymeric emulsification and to evaluate their properties using microscopical and electro-chemical analysis techniques. It was shown that aromatic essential oils (yuja, lavender, and peppermint) could be microcapsulated and their emulsion has a good stability and storage characteristics.
