프랜차이징정보시스템 활용 능력이 CRM구축 의도에 미치는 영향 (He Effects of Utilization Ability of FIS on the Intention of CRM Implementation)

  • 최근 프랜차이징(Franchising)은 소매업에 있어 대규모화 할 수 있는 사업 분야의 하나이다. 프랜차이즈 사업은 외식업을 시작으로 숙박업, 부동산업, 교육사업 등 다양한 분야로 확산되고 있다. 프랜차이징 산업에 있어 고객관리는 매우 중요한 이슈이며, 프랜차이즈 기업들은 CRM시스템을 적극적으로 도입하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈 기업의 고객관리를 위한 CRM구축의도에 대한 분석을 하였다. 프랜차이즈 사업의 관리를 위한 정보시스템을 프랜차이징정보시스템(Franchising Information Systems, FIS)으로 정의하고, FIS의 기술수준, 교육수준, 활용전략이 FIS의 활용능력에 영향을 미치는 것과 FIS의 활용능력은 CRM구축의도에 영향을 미치는 것에 대해 연구하였다. 연구결과 FIS활용전략은 FIS활용능력에 영향을 미친다고 할 수 없으며 FIS기술수준, FIS교육수준은 FIS활용능력에 영향을 미치며, FIS활용능력은 CRM구축의도에 영향을 미친다는 결론을 도출하였다.

기술 발전에 따른 4차 산업혁명 시대의 품질 전략 (Quality Strategy in the Age of the 4th Industrial Revolution by Technological Evolution)

  • Purpose: This paper proposes a quality strategy based on the evolution of technology in the age of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Methods: We examine the theory of past quality activities and the changes in quality paradigm, and analyze key words for the technologies and key issues of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Based on existing quality management, we find a quality strategy that should be pursued during the 4th Industrial Revolution. Results: Quality has been recognized as an essential component of corporate competitiveness. The paradigm of quality has also changed with the pass of time and industry development. From this viewpoint, the following eight quality strategies are proposed for the development of the technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution period, such as Market-to-customer fusion quality, symbiotic quality, big data quality, technical accuracy and zero-defect quality, facility predictability quality, software quality, process flexibility quality, and information protection stability and security quality. Conclusion: Quality for customer satisfaction is still important nowadays. However, in the 4th Industrial Revolution era, where various business models and methods of manufacturing are expected, the big data utilization, software quality, and the reliability and security of information protection to support it are important.

  • The advent of the Internet and the enormous increase in volume of electronically stored information (SGML, Image, Sound, etc.) has led to substantial work on IR(Information Retrieval). To service on the WWW, construction and retrieval technology of SGML, which is the fundamental standard data format for CALS/EC, is needed specially. Due to such a change, it becomes essential to change the existing paradigm of conventional information retrieval systems and to adopt new Internet service system with search engine, SGML browser and advanced Internet technology on WWW. KIPRIS(Korea Industrial Property Rights Information Service), which is the specialized and integrated Internet service systems in the field of industrial property rights information service, is trying to be a guide for our country to establish its technological competitiveness with providing the online service of high quality. The objective of the paper identifies features and technologies of KIPRIS IR(Information Retrieval) system based on WWW as follows. First, it describes the development background and process of KIPRIS. Second, it presents a fundamental technology that consists of IR(Information Retrieval) concept, BRS(Bibliographical Retrieval System) search engine, SGML implementation technologies and the Internet/WWW technologies. Third, it provides information about system configuration, architecture, and the features and characteristics of KIPRIS. Finally, the implemented KIPRIS system is introduced.

  • Commercial services providing quantum cryptographic communication are available in China and the United States of America (USA), and a commercial cloud service for quantum computing is available in the USA. This has been possible since the early stage prototypes of quantum technologies have transitioned from theory to practical applications. This has led to the development of a new industrial ecosystem so that governments are announcing plans to support further research and development, new ventures are being launched, and a market is emerging. We will discuss the technological possibilities of future developments from the early-stage achievements.

  • Recently the concentration of fine dust and ultra fine dust becomes so bad, which seriously threatens the health and even the life of people. So, government started to investigate several ways to reduce the amount of fine dust and ultra fine dust. From a few years ago it has been known that ships anchored at port emit a lot of pollution and seriously affect air quality of neighboring cities. To reduce the pollution emitted by ship AMP (Alternative Maritime Power Supply) has been proposed, which uses the electricity instead of bunker C oil or diesel. Many developed countries already installed AMP to improve air quality in port area. Korea is in the stage of planning to install AMP at port. However, there are many complicated problems to be handled before AMP installation. Due to huge initial cost and long period of construction ship owner and habour operating company are reluctant to AMP installation. And there are serious technological difficulties in constructing AMP in existing harbour. Lack of AMP core technology and operational difficulties of AMP are also big challenges to be conquered. In this study SWOT/AHP method is used to find strategic and efficient ways to handle above complicated challenges and then to vitalize the AMP installation.

  • This study is to provide information in the development of energy conservation technologies by means of technological demand survey covering energy market and industrial field among energy-related technologies. For this purpose, we check both the present state of energy technologies and trends of social change in Korea, and then combine social needs with major, bottleneck, and essential technologies required for the future. The range of this study covers the field of industry, kiln, furnace, metal, building, transport, and electricity. For case study, valid 120 companies among the 500 companies selected randomly in the energy data-base of Korea institute of energy research (KIER) are considered.

자동차 자율주행 기술 특허분석을 통한 기술협력 네트워크 분석 (Technological Cooperation Network Analysis through Patent Analysis of Autonomous Driving Technology)

  • 본 연구는 자동차 산업의 기술협력 네트워크의 특성과 변화 요인들에 대해 분석한다. 전 세계 주요 자동차 기업들이 2000년부터 2017년까지 출원한 112,009건의 자율주행 관련 특허를 사회연결망 분석(SNA: Social Network Analysis, 이하 SNA)을 활용하여 기술협력 네트워크의 구조를 분석한다. 네트워크 분석지표 중 구조적 특성 분석을 통해 밀도 등의 네트워크 특성을 분석한다. 연결 정도 중심성, 매개 중심성 및 관계 중심성 등의 지위적 특성 지표 분석을 통해서는 기술협력 네트워크의 구조적 특성을 확인한다. 분석 결과는 토요타, 현대자동차 등 완성차 기업들과 부품 공급 업체인 보쉬, 콘티넨탈 등이 자율주행과 관련한 기술 개발 실적이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 네트워크의 구조적 특성 분석 결과 자율주행 기술 개발의 협력 네트워크에 참여한 기업들의 수가 증가하고 다양해졌으며 지위적 특성 지표들은 모두 감소하는 결과를 보였다. 이는 기업 간의 수평적이며 보완적인 기술협력 형태가 증가하는 현상으로 해석할 수 있다. 그리고 자동차 자율주행 기술 분야의 참여자가 많아지고 네트워크가 더 복잡해짐을 확인하였다.

전투 개체간의 정보 공유가 가능한 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 사례 분석 (M&S Case Study for Information Sharing Enabled Combat Entities)

  • Recent technological advancement has a profound effect on the ways that the war is being conducted and fought. The advanced communications, information, computing and sensor technologies enable the combat units to be integrated in the battlefield management network. By exchanging and sharing real-time battlefield information that is critical for the successful outcome of military engagement, the legacy forces are becoming much more effective and lethal than ever before, The bigger picture of such phenomena can be summarized as the concept of Network Centric Warfare(NCW). The main purpose of this study is to compare the outcome of regional combat engagement between the legacy forces and the future combat systems(FCS). The FCS capitalizes on the advanced technologies within the frame of NCW. This study uses the modeling and simulation methodology to assess the effectiveness of two different combat forces. The simulation results show that the FCS is more effective, hence vindicating the superiority of technologically advanced combat units.

  • It is necessary to respond to rapid technological changes such as the 4th industrial revolution and digital transformation across industries. And, a change in the university education system is necessary in a crisis situation of universities due to the rapid decrease of the school-age population. This study is aimed at practical competency with the ability to apply intelligent information technology to their job fields based on a basic understanding of intelligent information technology rather than advanced competency centered on theory and research. Instead of presenting the curriculum system diagram so that it can be flexibly applied to the design and development of the curriculum for intelligent information technology, training modules according to job and level were presented. In relation to intelligent information technology, a questionnaire was conducted for college professors, and industry experts were conducted on the derived educational modules to reflect the opinions of the industry. Industry experts said that collaboration with PBL, Capstone, and industry is necessary to improve problem-solving and communication skills.

  • 국가성장동력으로서 생명공학의 중요성이 날로 높아짐에 따라 세계 각국은 생명공학분야의 기술경쟁력 확보에 몰두하고 있다. 치열한 글로벌 경쟁 속에서 효과적인 연구개발을 수행하기 위해서는 주변국들과 우리나라의 기술경쟁력을 파악하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 기술경쟁력을 분석하기 위해 주로 델파이와 같은 전문가 의견조사가 이루어지고 있지만 이같이 전문가 직관에 의존하는 방법은 주관적 성향이 강해 설문응답자에 따라 다른 결과가 나올 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 객관적 데이터를 바탕으로 한 기술경쟁력 분석을 위해 미국에 등록된 특허를 활용하였다. 대상국가로는 동북아의 중심국인 한국, 중국, 일본을 선택하였고, 분석 지표로서 특허수, 인용도지수, 영향력지수, 기술자립도, 기술력지수, 시장확보지수 등을 분석하였다. 뿐만 아니라 특허의 IPC 코드를 44개의 산업과 매칭시킴으로써 생명공학기술과 산업의 연계성을 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 기술의 융합도와 활용도를 수치화하였다. 해당 연구결과는 우리나라 생명공학분야 기술경쟁력 제고를 위한 정책 수립 시 기초자료로써 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.
