환경도시 건설을 위한 도시녹지의 관리권역 설정 - 창원시를 대상으로 - (Establishing a Green Space Management Zone for an Environmental City - Focusing on Changwon City -)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify urban green space, to assess an imbalance by an administrative district (Dong), and to establish the management zone of urban green spaces for the construction of an environmental city in Changwon. The spatial data of 1:5,000 digital maps, park data in Changwon, land cover by the Ministry of Environment, and IKONOS satellite images from 2003 were used for this analysis. The assessment of the imbalance of urban green spaces was analyzed with the Lorenz curve and Gini's coefficient. The establishment of the management zone was performed by network analysis of GIS. The results of this study are as follows: the urban green spaces were classified as a park green space, a natural green space, and a riparian green space. According to the results of assessment of the imbalance of green spaces, Gini's coefficient was analyzed at higher than 0.4. Thus, the spatial imbalance of urban green spaces in Changwon was evident. The management zones to solve the imbalance were established: "rich zone", "fair zone", "poor zone" and "broken zone". Therefore, the rich and fair zones which have rich green spaces must maintain the good conditions through analysis of the green network and a survey of civic attitudes. The poor and broken zones which have poor green spaces must improve quality and quantity through creation of additional green spaces, construction of an eco-industrial park, and utilization of children's parks and pocket parks.

가상현실 기반의 어트랙션 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 콘텐츠 분류법 연구 (A Study on Content Classification for Developing Virtual Reality-based Attraction Contents)

  • 4차 산업혁명과 5G 기술 상용화로 주목받고 있는 가상현실은 게임 분야에서 관광, 레저, 교육 등 다양한 분야로 범위를 넓혀가고 있으며 VR시장은 지속적으로 확대될 전망이다. 국내에서도 VR시장 규모가 확대되면서 가상현실 콘텐츠를 결합한 테마파크가 도심을 중심으로 확산되고 있다. VR테마파크는 기존 테마파크와 달리 실내에 구성된 소규모 놀이문화공간으로, 놀이공원에서 즐길 수 있는 어트랙션(놀이기구)을 가상현실 콘텐츠와 함께 즐길 수 있다. 비일상적 경험 체험이 목적인 테마파크와 동일한 특성을 가진 가상현실 콘텐츠는 어트랙션의 물리적 자극과 결합하여 높은 몰입감과 현존감을 제공한다. 어트랙션과 결합된 가상현실 콘텐츠는 기존 제시된 분류법으로 콘텐츠를 정확하게 구분 지을 수 없어, 체험 형태와 설치 형태에 따른 새로운 분류법을 제시하였다. 국내 VR테마파크의 사례를 통해 콘텐츠를 분류하였고, 추후 진행될 가상현실 어트랙션 콘텐츠 제작을 위한 기획 방향을 모색하고자 하였다.

산림환경 정보구축 및 산림환경 평가 (Construction of forest environmental information and evaluation of forest environment)

  • This study was carried out to lead the scientific management of the urban forest by estimating the forest environment. Forest environmental information was constructed using IDRISI system based on survey data, soil, plant, and digital elevation data. Forest environmental information was consisted of soil depth, soil organic content, soil hardness and parent rock as a soil environmental factor, and forest community, tree age, crown density as a plant environmental factor. Plant activity and topographic environment also were analyzed by using remote sensing data and digital elevation data. Environmental function of urban forest was estimated based on results of soil conservation and forest productivity. 70% of urban forest is located in elevation of lower than 200m and 55% of forest area have the slope of lower than 15 degree. Analyzed soil conservation status and forest productivity were almost the same as the soil chemical properties of collected soil sample and the vegetation index estimated using remote sensing data, respectively. Thus, the constructed forest environmental information could be useful to give some ideas for management of urban forest ecosystem and establishment of environmental conservation planning, including forests, in Taejon. The best forest environmental function was appeared at the natural ecology preservation zone. Current natural parks and urban parks were appeared to establish the environmental conservation plan for further development. The worst forest environmental function was appeared at the forest near to the industrial area and an overall and systematic plan was required for the soil management and high forest productivity because these forest was developing a severe soil acidification and having a low forest productivity.

서해안 임해매립지 녹지공간 토양성분들의 상관성 및 경시적 변화특성 (Temporal Changes and Correlations Between the Chemical Characteristics of Soils in the Case of the Reclaimed Costal Area of Kyung-Gi Province, Korea)

  • In this study, the temporal changes in the chemical characteristics of soil in a reclaimed coastal area, the Shihwa Industrial Complex in the West Coast in Kyung-Gi Province, and the correlations between chemical components were investigated to provide useful information needed for introducing vegetation in the area. The sites were filled with mountain forest soils from 1987 to 1996, and developed into various landuses such as neighbourhood parks, children's parks, buffer greens, pedestrian roads and others. The correlation analyses shoed that pH, organic matter(OM) and available P205 had not been closely related to other chemical parameters such as various cations electro-conductivity(EC) and cation exchange capacity(CEC): especially, pH showed a very low correlation with other factors. The EC turned out to have positive relationships with cations, especially with Na+ ions. There seemed to be fairly good correlations between cations except Ca++ ion. The relation between cations and OM was inconclusive possible because the OM contents in the soils were too low for the analysis. The OM seemed to increase slowly with time and the EC decreased slowly. The salinity and CEC in the original soils decreased rapidly possibly because of leaching. It is believed that there were some external disturbances such as rainfall which had affected the soil properties. The soils sampled in dry season showed a very high salinity. From this it is possible to assume that the rainfall would affect the sol properties significantly. So it is necessary to continue further studies to investigate the impacts of external disturbances such as rainfall on vertical soil profile and temporal variations as well as to delineate correlations between parameters with external disturbances controlled.

지방대학의 캠퍼스혁신파크 조성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Creation of Campus Innovation Park in Local University)

  • 본 연구는 지방대학 거점의 시대에 맞추어, 학교 주변 혁신파크 생태계 조성을 통해 지역경제 활성화와 일자리 창출 등 환경 기반 조성을 목적으로 2021년 02월 15일부터 02월 21일까지 6일간에 걸쳐 기업체, 개인사업자, 개인(창업예정자) 및 2021년 지방 S대 캠퍼스 혁신파크 입주의향서에 기재된 업체를 포함한 총 402명을 대상으로 고객 수요에 대한 현황을 조사하였다. 회귀분석 결과 캠퍼스 혁신파크 수요자 중심의 수립방안에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 미래지향적(47%)으로 나타났고(p<.05), 표준화 계수 𝛽값은 미래지향적(𝛽=.479), 환경분석 및 정책(𝛽=.047)으로 분석되었으며, 혁신파크 수요자 중심에는 환경분석 및 정책 보다 미래지향적이 더 큰 영향력이 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 지방 S대학교 캠퍼스 혁신파크 조성사업과 관련된 수요자와 기업체 요구사항을 파악하여 효율적인 혁신파크 조성 수립방안을 제시하는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

판교 신도시내의 추모공원 입지선정 분석 (Analysis on location selection of the Memorial Park at Pangyo)

  • 본 논문은 판교 신도시내의 새로운 추모시설을 도입함으로써, 차후의 신도시의 계획컨셉과 복지정책의 전환을 가능케할 수 있다는 전제하에 추진되었다. 이 연구에서는 판교신도시내의 근린공원 10개 중, 최종 1개의 최적부지를 선정하기 위해 추모공원 입지가 가능한 근린공원들을 분석하여 선정하는 연구를 진행하였다. 추모공원의 혐오시설로서의 특성들을 고려하고, 자연적 요소 및 기술적 요소 등에 대한 기준들을 검토하였으며, 전문가의견 설문을 통해 가중치분석의 틀을 객관화하였으며, 신도시내의 공원화 가능성에 대해 검토하였다. 이를 위해 판교라는 신도시의 특징 등 제반 여건이 종합적으로 검토되었으나, 본 연구에서는 추모공원의 입지선정과정을 보여줌으로써, 다른 여타의 추모공원의 입지분석에 기초정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Effect of Technology Incubation Programme on Entrepreneurship Development in Nigeria

  • The lack of appropriate performance appraisal and evaluation of incubatees of technology incubation programmes in relation to entrepreneurship development in Nigeria is a major gap that needs to be bridged. This study examined the effect of selected technology incubation programme variables such as training, financing and marketing on entrepreneurship development in Nigeria. A closed-ended questionnaire was used for data collection from the quota-sampled population of the six (6) geo-political zones of Nigeria. Descriptive statistics were used to analyse the data while multiple regression was used to test the hypotheses. The results revealed that technology incubation training has a significant effect on entrepreneurial ability in Nigeria; there is a significant and positive effect of technology incubation financing on entrepreneurial funding portfolio; there is no significant impact of technology incubation marketing programme on entrepreneurial turnover; and technology incubation has no significant impact on entrepreneurial propensity. The study recommended that the National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI) expand the training modules to capture pre, post and virtual incubatees; to facilitate access to risk funds, cheap capital and encourage establishment of venture capital; to improve on its marketing programme to encompass all marketing needs of incubatees beyond trade-fair participation. However, trade-fairs participation has a significant but limited effect on entrepreneurial turnover, while a technology incubation programme has no significant impact on entrepreneurial propensity, as only six (6) out of the twenty-nine (29) respondents started new venture from the incubation centers which are industrial training students and staff of the incubatees.

거주인구의 시공간 변화 및 영향요인 분석: 전라북도 전주시 사례를 중심으로 (Exploring Spatio-temporal Patterns of Population and its Influential Factors in Jeonju)

  • This study (1) explored spatio-temporal population distribution patterns in Jeonju by using emerging hot spot analysis and (2) identified the influential factors to determine the spatio-temporal patterns by using multinomial logit model. The major findings are as follows. First, the results of emerging hot spot analysis indicated that the 100*100m grid in the urban area of Jeonju was found to have a category of hot spots, whereas most of the cold spot series was concentrated in the outskirts of the city. Also, new towns such as Jeonju Eco City, Jeonbuk Innovation City, and Hyocheon District were persistent or intensifying hot spots, Third, the results of multinomial logit model revealed that the factors influencing deterrmining the spatio-temporal patterns were accessibility to schools, hospitals, parks, and walfare services. This study offered a deeper understanding of urbanization and regional changes in Jeonju, and important information for urban planning.

GIS 기반 자원순환정보 구축을 통한 잠재적 산업공생관계 파악 연구 (Identifying Potential Industrial Symbiosis through GIS Based Resource Circulation Information)

  • 본 연구는 GIS 기반 자원순환정보구축 방법을 제시하고, 현재 울산 산업단지에서 진행되고 있는 산업공생네트워크 및 해외사례의 물질별 연계업종쌍을 파악하여 추가적인 산업공생관계 파악을 목적으로 하였다. 자원순환정보는 울산의 국가산업단지, 일반산업단지 및 공업지역에 입지하고 있는 제조업체에 대한 속성정보를 투입정보, 이동정보, 산출정보 등으로 구분하여 DB를 작성하였으며, 이를 제조업체의 공간정보와 결합하여 GIS 기반 자원순환정보를 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 활용된 자료는 총 3,768개이다. 분석결과, 물질, 스팀, 폐수를 이용한 추가적 산업공생파악이 가능한 것으로 분석 되었다. 특히 울산산업특성에 적합한 물질별 연계업종이 명확히 제시될 경우 산업공생파악이 효과적으로 이루어 질 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구의 자원순환정보 구축방법은 타 지역의 자원순환정보 구축시 하나의 모형으로 제시가 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

광양항 동측배후단지 2단계 사업지구 상징공원 및 수변공원 설계 (A Design for the Symbol Park and the Waterfront Park for the Second Stage Development in the Eastern Rear Complex of Gwangyang Harbor)

  • The eastern rear business complex of the Gwangyang Harbor (second stage) has undergone the 'alternative bid' process by which a construction company is selected based on their suggestions for an alternative plan and the bid for the construction expenses is based on the previously completed original plan, thereby implicitly accepting the arrangement and scale of the park which was presented in the original plan. It is possible, however, that the concept and plan of each park needs to be approached in a new way within the extent of given design guidelines. This study focuses on the alternative plan process and the Symbol Park (the second neighborhood park) and Waterfront Park (the third neighborhood park) among the five neighborhood parks in the eastern rear business complex (second stage). These two parks provide scale and function for the structure of the park and greenways system at the eastern rear complex. The neighboring waterway is a significant resource for emphasizing the pre-development features of the site. The alternative plan process focuses on determining the resources for the park's plan based on the environmental analyses of the site and utilizing the results. That is, through an analysis of the current state, all available resources are determined and the facilities and activities are derived based on these results. By this, Symbol Park and Waterfront Park reflect the regional features of the eastern rear complex, and these parks will feasibly perform the role of the region's key parte. The limit of this study is the fact that there is no chance for landscape architecture to actively play a role in the creation of the master plan, land utilization plan, and plan for the complex. Therefore there is a problem that the function scale and location of the park are not distributed appropriately in the rear complex. Also the plan for protecting the waterway's shore, a significant resource, only considers the structural stability of the engineering works, degrading the visual and ecological quality. These experiences will be used as a case for further designing the industrial complex and for the resulting park plan.
