  • This study employed two PCR-based 16S rDNA approaches, amplified rDNA restriction analysis (ARDRA) and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE), to characterize the bacterial community structure in groundwater. Samples were collected from groundwater for the use by private residences, as well as for industrial and agricultural purposes, in Ansan City. Each PCR product was obtained by PCR with eubacteria 16S rDNA and variable V3 region specific primer sets. After amplification, the 16S rDNA PCR products were digested with 4-base site specific restriction endonucleases, and the restriction pattern analyzed. The genetic diversity and similarity of the groundwater bacterial community was analyzed by eubacteria universal primer sets for the amplification of variable V3 regions of the bacterial 16S rDNA. The result of the bacterial community analysis, by ARDRA and DGGE, revealed the same pattern. The highest diversity was found in groundwater from site G1, which was used in residences. In the DGGE profile, a high intensity band was sequenced, and revealed to be Pseudomonas sp. strain P51.

As a result, man has more positive attitude than women. old age group(>=65) was more positive than other age group significantly(p<0.05). In the educational aspect, people who graduate college or higher educated has negative attitude or conception to the mental illness, and middle school graduate group showed significantly positive attitude(p<0.05). The result of this study will present the reason and basic information for planning of mental health program in community.

Most of the satisfaction level of leisure participation was 7-10 points, but exercise alone was 5.2 points due to the purpose of health management. Leisure exploration was the most frequent exercise alone and sports, and interest was 8-10 points. The most important obstacles for leisure participation were physical problems depending on the nature of the stroke disease. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to activate a stroke patient's discharge plan and activate a community stroke patient's leisure intervention program so that they can participate in leisure activities of their choice through voluntary leisure exploration.

  • This study explored faculty professional learning community in A university. Employing a case study method, the present research conducted a survey and semi-structured interview on FLC. The FLC were designed to enhance the teaching ability by reciprocal peer coaching and developing Teaching Tips, during the semester with 5~6 faculty members of each FLC. They reported personal CQI and community paper and presented their learning process and outcomes. The present study shows that observation of their own and peer's lecture was meaningful experience led to reflective practice. Morever, peer coaches provided useful advice and good insight of education based on their practice, though the service was not professional enough. Based on the results, how to effectively foster peer coaching in FLC was discussed.

In particular, the constitution of DWAT was submitted for initial intervention. Second, the establishment of a manpower dispatching system is needed for emergency situations. In addition, the methods to cover the entire areas by system are needed. Third, the intervention of psychological treatment was shown have a low agreement rate among specialists. Fourth, it is necessary to have guidelines so that privacy protection is compatible with disaster support in a disaster welfare practice process.

  • This study is aimed at exploring the effects of forest experience activities on promoting children's community spirit. To achieve this, a pre-post survey was empirically carried out with 40 children at Kindergarten A in the city of Chungnam. The comprehensive findings showed a significant difference between the experimental group, which had forest experience activities, and the control group, which had outdoor activities based on the existing Nuri curriculum. Based on a pre-test for intimacy, emotion, mutual public awareness, and participation consciousness as sub-factors of community spirit, which adopted all the research hypotheses, the results suggest that the forest kindergarten will become an educational place for children. Consequently, personality education using nature in forest kindergartens can become an excellent goal, helping to boost the development of children's sensitivity and emotional stability through awakening the five senses; building up self-awareness, self-reliance, and trust; learning consideration and respect for others; and developing positive attitudes, sociality, potential, imagination, and creativity through forest activities with their peers.
