This study is based upon 200 final responses from a survey conducted for 153 nurses and 147 nursing students in Busan and Gyeongnam province from september to october 2011. It is carried out to compare and understand the spiritual needs of nurses and nursing students that are inclined to be more exposed unhealthy people rather than healthy people. In this study, the level of spiritual care needs was divided into five fields such as 'love and fellowship', 'hope and peace', 'meaning and purpose of life', 'acceptance of death' and 'relationship with God' and was investigated. As a result, the love and fellowship was the highest level in group of nurses (r = 3.82) and the relationship with God was the lowest one (r = 2.73). In contrast, a group of nursing students showed that love and fellowship was the highest level (r = 3.92) and relationship with God was the lowest (r = 2.99) among five fields. There were statistical significances between nurses and nursing students in 'acceptance of death' and 'relationship with God' (p < 0.05). When looking at correlation between fields of spiritual needs of nurses, the correlation between 'meaning and purpose of life' and 'hope and peace' was the highest (r = .699) and the correlation between 'relationship with God' and 'hope and peace' was the lowest (r = .247). As the result of analysis on correlation between fields of spiritual needs of nursing students, the correlation between 'meaning and purpose of life' and 'hope and peace' was the highest (r = .660) and the correlation between 'acceptance of death' and 'relationship with God' was the lowest (r = .277). Therefore, it would be imperative to develop a more efficient and systemized education program for the spiritual care of nursing patients, on the basis of understanding the spiritual needs of nurses and nursing students.

In order to research the effect of solvents of extract on biological activities of Phyllostachys nigra Munro, antioxidative activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activity, nitrite scavenging activity, tyrosinase inhibitory activity, angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibibitory activity in vitro were investigated. When ethyl acetate and hexane as solvents were used, the total phenols concentrations were 44.1 and 47.3 mg/kg, respectively, which was about 2.0 fold higher than that of water. The antioxidive activity was affected by solvents of extraction. The antioxidative activity was increased in order of hexane > ethyl acetate > n-butanol > methanol > water extraction. On the other hand, in the case of SOD-like activity, it was in the order of methanol > n-butanol > hexane > ethyl acetate extraction. The nitrite scavenging ability showed the most remarkable activity at pH 1.2 irrespective of solvents. Especially, when pH was increased from 1.2 to 6.0 using ethyl acetate extraction, it was decreased from 69.2 to 7.8%. The tyrosinase inhibitory activity was in the range of 15.2~21.3% and was increased in order of water > methanol > n-butanol>hexane > ethyl acetate extract. These results suggest that hexane and ethyl acetate extraction of Phyllostachys nigra Munro can be used in bioactive and functional materials.

Today, companies exist amid unlimited competition and uncertain adminstration environment, so hands-on workers are being exposed to various job requirements and stress due to this. Especially, employees in the design firm are physically difficult because of heavy working intensity unlike other industrial field, and because the process is interrelated unlike working of a five-day workday of the other industry, it is difficult to guarantee periodic holidays and vacation. In addition, recently, while BIM is introduced in the construction industry, various changes in the individual role as well as organizational dimension such as business environment and scope & role, etc. are required, so it is the actual situation that the category and factors of job stress due to this are being also changed. Accordingly, this research has grasped important and weak sectors according to characteristics such as career, position, gender, education and existence/nonexistence of BIM template, etc. by confirming a job stress level and inducing factors of hands-on workers at the design firm. This research has a meaning in constructing a business environment of a design firm that is a main participant of BIM-based projects that are expected to have high utilization in the future.

For several decades, industrial processes consume a huge amount of raw water for various objects that consequently results in the generation of large amounts of wastewater. Wastewaters are consisting of complex mixture of different inorganic and organic compounds and some of them can be toxic, hazardous and hard to degrade. These effluents are mainly treated by conventional technologies such are aerobic and anaerobic treatment and chemical coagulation. But, these processes are not suitable for eliminating all hazardous chemical compounds form wastewater and generate a large amount of toxic sludge. Therefore, other processes have been studied and applied together with these techniques to enhance purification results. These include photocatalysis, absorption, advanced oxidation processes, and ozonation, but also have their own drawbacks. In recent years, electrochemical techniques have received attention as wastewater treatment process that could be show higher purification results. Among them, boron doped diamond (BDD) attract attention as electrochemical electrode due to good chemical and electrochemical stability, long lifetime and wide potential window that necessary properties for anode electrode. So, there are many researches about high quality BDD on Nb, Ta, W and Si substrates, but, their application in effluents treatment is not suitable due to high cost of metal and low conductivity of Si. To solve these problems, Ti has been candidate as substrate in consideration of cost and property. But there are adhesion issues that must be overcome to apply Ti as BDD substrate. Al, Cu, Ti and Nb thin films were deposited on Ti substrate to improve adhesion between substrate and BDD thin film. In this paper, BDD films were deposited by hot filament chemical vapor deposition (HF-CVD) method. Prior to deposition, cleaning processes were conducted in acetone, ethanol, and isopropyl alcohol (IPA) using sonification machine for 7 min, respectively. And metal layer with the thickness of 200 nm were deposited by DC magnetron sputtering (DCMS). To analyze microstructure X-ray diffraction (XRD, Bruker gads) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM, Hitachi) were used. It is confirmed that metal layer was effective to adhesion property and improved electrode property. Electrochemical measurements were carried out in a three electrode electrochemical cell containing a 0.5 % H2SO4 in deionized water. As a result, it is confirmed that metal inter layer heavily effect on BDD property by improving adhesion property due to suppressing formation of titanium carbide.

Various $Cu/SiO_2$ catalysts with copper concentration ranging from 0 to 50wt% were prepared by kneading method for the steam reforming of methanol. These catalysts were calcined at temperatures in the range of $400^{\circ}C{\sim}900^{\circ}C$ and then reduced in a $H_2$ atmosphere in the range of $150^{\circ}C{\sim}350^{\circ}C$. Steam reforming of methanol was carried out at atmospheric pressure over a temperature range of $200^{\circ}C{\sim}400^{\circ}C$, steam/methanol molar ratio of 0.4~1.6 and W/F of 3~25 g.-cat.hr./mol. Characterization of the catalysts was studied using IR, BET and XRD. Using copper nitrate as a precursor for catalysts, pH in the preparation of catalysts had a great effect on the catalytic activity, but pH in the preparation of catalysts, calcination temperature, and reducing temperature in $H_2$ atmosphere had no effect on the product distribution. Optimum copper concentration, calcination temperature and reducing temperature were 40wt%, $700^{\circ}C$ and $300^{\circ}C$, respective)y. Reaction temperature for maximum $H_2$ production was $275^{\circ}C$, and the formation of methane which lowered quantity and quality of $H_2$ would be inhibited below $275^{\circ}C$. $Cu^{\circ}-Cu_2O$ might be active species in $Cu/SiO_2$ catalyst.

Four kind of polysilanes which had side chains of methyl, phenyl, and mixed structures, were synthesized and modified by doping with iodine. The structural, thermal, and electric characteristics of obtained polymers were systematically observed with iodine, The structural, thermal, and electric characteristics of obtained polymers were systematically observed with FT-IR, UV/VIS, TGA/DTG, DSC, and measurement of electric conductivity. From FT-IR spectra, it was confirmed that the synthesized polysilanes had side chains of methyl, phenyl, and mixed structures. The thermal stabilities of the polymers were found to increase with phenyl substituents. The polysilanes with phenyl side groups showed ${\sigma}-{\sigma}*$ transition absorption at wavelengths longer than 350 nm. The bathochromic shift of polysilanes with phenyl substituents relates probably to the narrowed band gap caused by delocalization of ${\pi}$-electron. The polymers doped with iodine showed multi-step pyrolysis behavior and higher residue compared with that of the undoped polymers. The electric conductivities of the undoped and doped polysilanes were $10^{-5}S/cm$ and $10^{-4}S/cm$, respectively.

Since the late 1990s, mixed-use apartment, armed with high qualities and large scales with a high ratio of TFA(Total Floor Area) have been continuously provided accommodating exclusive community facilities along with high-tech securities, not to mention excellent skyline view. However, especially in mid-small cities, there have been only a few supplies. As a result, none of the mixed-use housing provided by high-end brands has ever been built in non-metropolitan area. But constructors couldn't plan the projects which aims to build the mixed-use apartment in local city, because they couldn't get the basic data or advanced research for feasibility analysis. Therefore, to suggest the useful price for mixed-use apartment supply project of local city, the PSM(Price Sensitivity Method) widely used for determining the price preferences as a market research tools has been applied. As analysis results, the estimated price of mixed-use apartment is 10.8% higher than general apartment, and mixed-use apartment has lower price sensitivity than general apartment. As price determinants, the age, education level and family size influence on UTP in significant level. It is expected that these research findings can be applied for establishing the solid marketing strategy of mixed-use apartment development project in local city.

This study investigates the effect of Salicornia bigelovii extract on the activities of antioxidant, anti-wrinkle and whitening. Among amino acids, the glutamic acid concentration was the highest with an order of proline > alanine > $\gamma$-amino-n-butyric acid > arginine. The total polyphenol concentration and antioxidant activity were an order of ethyl acetate extract > n-butanol extract > hexane extract > hot water extract > ethanol extract. Especially, when ethylacetate was used as extractant, the total polyphenol concentration and antioxidant activity were 31.6 mg/mL and 82.6%, respectively. The inhibition activity of tyrosinase was increased with the increase concentration of ethylacetate extract. Especially, when the extract concentration was increased from 20 to 100 mg/mL, it was raised from 15.2 to 98.2%. In the case of inhibition activities of elastase, and collagenase, they were also increased with the increase concentration of ethylacetate extract. When the extract concentrations were increased from 20 to 100 ug/mL, they were enhanced from 2.9 to 32.5% and from 3.8 to 29.7%, respectively. The results show that the ethyl acetate extract of Salicornia bigelovii can be applied as sources for functional cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, higher education in South Korea has rapidly shifted online. In addition, the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has highlighted the need to introduce innovation teaching methods. To cope with these changes and demands, the learning management system used by domestic universities must therefore be improved. This study developed a learning management system for the application of team-based learning to improve and develop the learning management system of domestic universities. The major research findings are as follows. The analysis results showed that there is not sufficient function to apply new innovation teaching methods, such as team-based learning, in the current learning management system of domestic universities. Therefore, a learning management system capable of supporting team-based learning courses was developed in this study. The system consisted of 'pre-class learning,' 'team activities' and 'participation learning,' which were further classified into nine sub-items. In the future, a survey of system users is planned in order to further improve the system. It is believed that if the proposed learning management system were introduced to domestic universities, it would improve the educational environment and contribute to the spread and use of innovative teaching methods.

Recently, with the development of the 4th Industrial Revolution era and the popularization of technologies the maker movement is spreading worldwide in various ways for education, entrepreneurship, and solving social problems. This paper introduces a case of establishing and operating a maker space in Tanzania, East Africa, one of the developing countries. iTEC Tech-shop was established in the first half of 2018 at the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) in Arusha, Tanzania by Innovative Technology and Energy Center (iTEC), and has been operating for nearly two years. With the allocation of empty warehouse space from NM-AIST, physical facilities were established through the purchase and installation of equipment and hand tools. Based on the advice from Idea Factory of Seoul National University and Fab-Lab Seoul, iTEC Tech-shop operational system were established. Through a total of 7 technical workshops, iTEC Tech-shop provided training courses for about 180 local personnel. In addition, the smart Techshop test-bed project was promoted in order to improve the operation level along with securing sustainability of the Techshop. The case of the iTEC Tech-shop could be a useful case for institutions or organizations promoting the maker movement to developing countries.
