러시아의 정치 엘리트 충원 방식과 연방제 구조의 성격 (A Study on the Supplement of Political Elite and the Characteristics of Federalism Structure in Russia : focusing on the Comparison with B.Yeltsin and V.Putin)

  • 연방제는 중앙과 지방 사이에 권한이 적절히 분배되는 주권공유 원칙이 적용되는 정치 체제를 말한다. 연방제는 국가의 통일성을 유지하면서도, 지역간 차이를 고려하여 균등한 발전을 기하고, 인종 또는 지역간 차별성과 문화적 다양성을 조화시키려는 목적을 갖고 있다. 연방제 목적은 연방 구성 주체가 자신의 정치 엘리트를 충원하는 방식이 자율성을 지니고, 선택된 정치 엘리트들이 중앙으로부터 독립된 정책을 수행할 수 있을 때 보다 자유롭게 실현된다. 옐친에서 푸틴에 이르는 기간 동안 중앙 및 지방의 정치 엘리트 충원 방식이 중앙 정부의 정치적 목적에 따라 수정되면서, 러시아 연방제의 성격이 변화되었다. 임명되어진 정치 엘리트들이 지역의 이익에 기초된 정책 수행을 강행할 수 없게 되었다. 이러한 현상은 연방제의 고유한 의미를 퇴색시킬 수밖에 없다. 중앙 정부에 의해 임명된 지방의 정치 엘리트들이 지방의 이익이 아니라, 중앙 정부의 이익에 기초된 지방자치로 무게 중심을 이동시키기 때문이다. 본 논고는 러시아의 대통령 및 양원의 국회의원, 주지사 및 지방의회 의원들이 어떻게 충원되고 있으며, 이러한 충원 방식이 러시아 연방제의 성격을 어떻게 변화시키고 있는가의 문제를 다룬다.

베이비부머 대상 연구의 성공적 노화모델 적용 경향 분석 (Applying Trends in Successful Aging Research on the Baby Boomers Generation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 베이비부머 대상 연구들에서 성공적 노화 모델을 어떻게 적용하고 있는지 연구경향을 분석하는 것이다. 구체적인 연구방법은 국내 논문의 성공적 노화 개념, 영향요인, 세대 특성 반영여부, 세대 내부 다양성에 대한 내용분석이다. 2000년부터 2016년 현재까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 124편의 논문 분석결과, 지금까지 연구들에서 성공적 노화의 개념은 주로 경제문제 차원이고, 연구모형에서 거시적 사회 환경 영향요인을 거의 고려하지 않으며, 세대 특성이나 세대 내부의 다양성을 구체적으로 반영하는 연구들도 적은 편이다. 앞으로 국내 베이비부머 대상 성공적 노화 개념에 대한 폭넓은 연구가 필요하고, 개념과 영향요인을 명료하게 구분하여야 할 것이다. 경제 가치 위주의 개인 단위 영향요인보다 노화 속 삶 자체 및 거시적 사회환경과 관련된 영향요인을 활용해야 한다. 베이비부머의 고유 특성을 이해하기 위하여 신노년문화적 가치 논의가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 베이비부머 세대 내 연령별, 성별에 따른 다양성에 관한 연구를 진행해야 할 것이다.

픽셀화 이미지의 조형 특성을 활용한 패션디자인 개발 (Developing Fashion Design Utilizing the Formative Characteristics of Pixelation Image)

  • This study aims to understand the concept of pixel, the most important factor in constituting a digital image, draw the formative characteristics of pixelation image expressed through non-digital media, and develop fashion design reflecting the characteristics. As a research method, the literature review was conducted in the present study by involving domestic and foreign publications, related academic journals, and theses and dissertations on the pixel and pixelation image based on a qualitative research process. In addition, through an analysis of the cases that borrowed pixelation images in non-digital media like contemporary art and design, etc., an attempt was made to draw the formative characteristics of the pixelation image. Apparently, six fashion design looks are presented in the present study. The formative characteristics of the pixelation image include: first, the repeatability that repeats the minimum unit; second, the incompleteness of the shape appearing through the phenomenon of aliasing due to the characteristics of the pixel; and third, the combination that completes the shape through the combination of individual independent pixels. The results of the expression through reflecting them in fashion design are as follows: first, this study chose one small geometric formative element and presented repeatability by repetitively expressing that element in a textile pattern; second, for incompleteness, this study expressed an incomplete form, handling the edge part of the shape with the method of disentangling the strand; and third, the combination by completing a single look through overlapping of independent textiles and the combination of different independent individuals is expressed.

대중교통 네트워크 중심의 접근성을 기준으로 한 제주도 대중교통 개편 효과 분석 - 대중교통 통행시간의 시간적 변동을 고려하여 - (Analysis of Jeju Public Transit System Reorganization Effect Based on Accessibility of Public Transit Networks - Considering the Temporal Variability of Public Transit Travel Time -)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a transit accessibility analysis method based on temporal variability of travel time. In this study, transit accessibility was defined in three levels (in transit route, spot and region unit) to present findings from different spatial scopes. Recently, Jeju special self-governing province reorganized bus system of the island. To compare transit accessibility before and after transit policy implementation, the reorganized bus system of Jeju special self-governing province was selected as a case study. This study used General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) data format as storage public transit information, and calculated travel time using ArcGIS GTFS networks analysis tools. In the analysis of individual transit route level, we found the 3 types of accessibility changes which is increments, no significant changes and reductions and these results come from transit route change (number of transfer, distance change) rather than changes of vehicle interval. We found increases of inflow and outflow speed in most target spots and overall transit accessibility has been substantially improved in Jeju island. This study implies that accounting for temporal variability of travel time in accessibility analysis can result in more useful and sophisticated accessibility information in decision-making processes.

건축행위 유형별 필지의 공간적 특성 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Spatial Characteristics of Parcel by Type of Building Construction)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the spatial characteristics of the parcels in which building construction occurred. In recent, urban development patterns in Korea have been shifting from the past. Small-scale development at parcel level is becoming more important in accordance with individual location needs in the low-growth era unlike public lead large-scale urban development in the rapid growth period. Therefore, it is necessary to study the spatial characteristics of the parcels where small-scale development takes place for future urban development management. This study used the chi square independence test, t-test and ANOVA (analysis of variance) to identify the spatial characteristics. The results of the study show that there is a spatial characteristics difference not only between building construction and non-building construction parcels, but also by type of building construction. The parcel where the building construction occurred have a higher proportion in detached house, major commercial districts, district unit planning areas, and commercial areas. In addition, it is caused by parcels, which are large scale and economically valuable, and are influenced by traffic factors such as urban centers and subway accessibility. As a result of each type of building construction, the parcels where the building use change occurred have spatial characteristic difference compared to other building construction, while the spatial characteristics are similar between the new construction/extension and new construction/extension with change of use. Based on this results, it will be possible to identify areas with high demand for small-scale development in the future and to utilize them for planning management of urban development. Furthermore, it will be possible to manage development demand by type of building construction, and to prepare differentiated plans considering the appropriateness of development plan, availability of infrastructure, and harmony with surrounding environment.

무인항공기 운용 지원을 위한 비행체 점검장비 활용에 관한 연구 (Study on Practical Use of Air Vehicle Test Equipment(AVTE) for UAV Operation Support)

  • 비행체 점검장비는 기본적으로 항공기 임무수행을 위해 비행 전/후 탑재장비의 정상유무와 상태를 점검하기 위한 장비이다. 본 논문에서는 비행체 점검장비 내 무인항공기 운용 지원을 위한 기능을 식별, 설계 및 구현하고, 최초로 비행체 점검장비의 무인항공기 운용을 위한 추가적인 활용 방안을 제시한다. 제안하는 비행체 점검장비는 항공기의 임무 계획에 따라 변화하는 임무 및 영상 탑재장비의 초기설정 및 주요 정보를 통제하고, 주요 장비의 장착 및 위치보정 을 별도 지상 운용 장비 없이 수행할 수 있다. 또한 임무 간 비상상황 발생 시 착륙 후 이를 확인할 수 있는 영상 및 고장이력 역시 비행체 점검장비를 통하여 손쉽게 다운로딩 할 수 있다. 향후 타 무인기 체계 개발 시 본 논문에서 제시한 비행체 점검장비의 운용 지원 설계 방안을 적용하면 다수의 지상 운용 지원장비를 대체하여 추가적인 설계비용 및 운용 인력을 줄이고 항공기 정비사의 편의성을 획기적으로 향상 시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Thoracodorsal artery flaps for breast reconstruction-the variants and its approach

  • Thoracodorsal artery (TDA) flaps, ranging from the vascular-pedicled thoracodorsal artery perforator (TDAP) flap, the propeller TDAP flap, and the muscle-sparing latissimus dorsi (MSLD) flap to the conventional latissimus dorsi (LD) flap and the extended LD flap, can all be used for breast reconstruction. The aim of this paper and review is to share our experiences and recommendations for procedure selection when applying TDA-based flaps for breast reconstruction. We describe the different surgical techniques and our thoughts and experience regarding indications and selection between these procedures for individual patients who opt for breast reconstruction. We have performed 574 TDA flaps in 491 patients: 60 extended LD flaps, 122 conventional LD flaps, two MSLD flaps, 233 propeller TDAP flaps, 122 TDAP flaps, and 35 free contralateral TDAP flaps for stacked TDAP breast reconstruction. All the TDA flaps are important flaps for reconstruction of the breast. The LD flap is still an option, although we prefer flaps without muscle when possible. The vascular-pedicled TDAP flap is an option for experienced surgeons, and the propeller TDAP flap can be used in most reconstructive cases of the breast, although a secondary procedure is often necessary for correction of the pedicle bulk. The extended LD flap is an option for women with a substantial body mass index, although it is associated with the highest morbidity of all the TDA flaps. The MSLD flap can be used if the perforators are small or if dissection of the perforators is assessed to be hazardous.

무선 채널을 활용한 제어 신호 컴퓨팅 (Control Signal Computation using Wireless Channel)

  • 무선 기반 제어 시스템에서 안정성을 보장하기 위한 일반적인 설계 방식은 제어기가 무선채널을 통하여 개별 센서 값을 수신한 다음 계산된 제어신호를 액추에이터로 전송한다. 본 논문에서는 플랜트의 모든 센서가 동시에 스케일링된 신호를 액추에이터로 전송한 후, 액추에이터가 수신 된 신호를 추가적으로 스케일링하여 피드백 제어신호를 계산할 수 있는 Over-the-air controller 기법을 제안한다. 이러한 제어신호 컴퓨팅 기법은 기본적으로 Over-the-air computation 기술을 적용하여 무선 제어 시스템의 제어신호를 무선채널을 통하여 계산한다. 일반적인 센서-제어기-액추에이터 통신 방식과 대조적으로, Over-the-air controller는 다중 액세스 무선채널의 중첩 속성을 활용하여 단일통신 자원에서 다수 센싱 신호의 통신 및 컴퓨팅을 완료한다. 따라서 제안된 기법은 전용 제어기가 필요하지 않은 단순한 네트워크 구조로 피드백 지연시간 및 무선 자원 사용률을 개선시킬 수 있다.

BIM 기반 비정형 건축물 패널화 모델 생성 방법에 관한 연구 (BIM-Based Generation of Free-form Building Panelization Model)

  • With the development of 3D-based CAD (Computer Aided Design), attempts at freeform building design have expanded to small and medium-sized buildings in Korea. However, a standardized system for continuous utilization of shape data and BIM conversion process implemented with 3D-based NURBS is still immature. Without accurate review and management throughout the Freeform building project, interference between members occurs and the cost of the project increases. This is very detrimental to the project. To solve this problem, we proposed a continuous utilization process of 3D shape information based on BIM parameters. Our process includes algorithms such as Auto Split, Panel Optimization, Excel extraction based on shape information, BIM modeling through Adaptive Component, and BIM model utilization method using ID Code. The optimal cutting reference point was calculated and the optimal material specification was derived using the Panel Optimization algorithm. With the Adaptive Component design methodology, a BIM model conforming to the standard cross-section details and specifications was uniformly established. The automatic BIM conversion algorithm of shape data through Excel extraction created a BIM model without omission of data based on the optimized panel cutting reference point and cutting line. Finally, we analyzed how to use the BIM model built for automatic conversion. As a result of the analysis, in addition to the BIM utilization plan in the general construction stage such as visualization, interference review, quantity calculation, and construction simulation, an individual management plan for the unit panel was derived through ID data input. This study suggested an improvement process by linking the existing research on atypical panel optimization and the study of parameter-based BIM information management method. And it showed that it can solve the problems of existing Freeform building project.

The Kernohan-Woltman Notch Phenomenon : A Systematic Review of Clinical and Radiologic Presentation, Surgical Management, and Functional Prognosis

  • The Kernohan-Woltman notch phenomenon (KWNP) refers to an intracranial lesion causing massive side-to-side mass effect which leads to compression of the contralateral cerebral peduncle against the free edge of the cerebellar tentorium. Diagnosis is based on "paradoxical" motor deficit ipsilateral to the lesion associated with radiologic evidence of damage to the contralateral cerebral peduncle. To date, there is scarce evidence regarding KWNP associated neuroimaging patterns and motor function prognostic factors. A systematic review was conducted on Medline database from inception to July 2021 looking for English-language articles concerning KWNP, in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. The research yielded 45 articles for a total of 51 patients. The mean age was 40.7 years-old and the male/female sex ratio was 2/1. 63% of the patients (32/51) suffered from head trauma with a majority of acute subdural hematomas (57%, 29/51). 57% (29/51) of the patients were in the coma upon admission and 47% (24/51) presented pupil anomalies. KWNP presented the neuroimaging features of compression ischemic stroke located in the contralateral cerebral peduncle, with edema in the surrounding structures and sometimes compression stroke of the cerebral arteries passing nearby. 45% of the patients (23/51) presented a good motor functional outcome; nevertheless, no predisposing factor was identified. A Glasgow coma scale (GCS) of more than 3 showed a trend (p=0.1065) toward a better motor functional outcome. The KWNP is a regional compression syndrome oftentimes caused by sudden and massive uncal herniation and leading to contralateral cerebral peduncle ischemia. Even though patients suffering from KWNP usually present a good overall recovery, patients with a GCS of 3 may present a worse motor functional outcome. In order to better understand this syndrome, future studies will have to focus on more personalized criteria such as individual variation of tentorial notch width.
