공익광고에서 은유표현 형태에 따른 효과연구 (The Effect of Metaphor in Public Service Advertising)

  • 공익광고의 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 수행에 어려움이 많고, 고도의 독창성이 요구되고, 대다수의 공익광고에서 은유적 표현이 빈번히 사용되어짐에도 불구하고, 이와 관련된 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 공익광고의 은유적 표현의 효과에 대한 실증연구를 통해 은유적 광고전략에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 긍정적 접근과 간접카피를 사용한 은유광고가 높은 감정적 태도에 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정적 접근과 간접카피를 동시에 사용하였을 때 정보원의 공신력과 디자인선호도는 높게 증가하였다. 셋째, 긍정적 접근과 부정적 접근, 직접카피와 간접카피에 따라 정보신뢰도에 유의한 차이가 없었고, 접근유형과 카피유형에 따라 상호작용효과도 발생하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 간접카피를 사용한 광고가 행동의도에 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 공익광고의 효과를 높이기 위해서는 은유광고를 긍정적 접근으로 만드는 전략을 사용하여야 함을 본 연구결과는 시사하고 있다.

간접접근전략으로 본 6·25전쟁기 북한군의 호남 방면 대우회기동 실패 요인 분석 -'교란'을 저지한 해군·해병대의 통영상륙작전을 중심으로- (Analysis of the factors of the failure of the North Korean Army's Great Bypass Maneuver to Honam during the Korea War from an indirect approach strategy: Focusing on the Naval and Marine Corps' Tongyeong Amphibious Operation to Stop the "Dislocation")

  • 북한군의 호남방면 대우회 기동은 6.25전쟁 기간 동안 북한군이 보여준 가장 빠른 기동이었으며, 국군과 연합군의 낙동강 방어선을 전면 조정하게 할 만큼 위협적인 공격이었다. 하지만 본 연구가 간접접근전략 측면에서 북한군의 호남방면 대우회기동을 분석한 결과, 이 기동에는 실패할 수밖에 없었던 여러 요인이 존재했다. 간접접근전략 수행 측면에 있어서 북한군은 전투력 분산, 작전선 변경의 융통성 부족, 지상군 위주의 기동, 심리적 견제 결여 등 여러 실패 요인을 노정했다. 하지만 북한군은 마지막 '기습'을 준비였는데, 그것은 북한군 6사단을 후속하던 7사단이 재차 우회를 감행하여 통영 방면으로 공격을 시도한 것이었다. 이를 통해 북한군은 낙동강 방어선을 돌파하고, 부산으로 향하고자 했다. 그러나 북한군의 공격은 한국 해군·해병대의 통영상륙작전으로 인해 최종 좌절되었다. 바다를 기동공간으로 한 신속한 기동으로 해군·해병대는 주요 요충지를 먼저 점령했고, 유리한 상황을 조성한 가운데 북한군 7사단의 공격을 막아냈다. 해군·해병대의 통영상륙작전은 북한군의 호남방면 대우회기동을 최종 저지함으로써 낙동강 방어선이 유지되도록 하였다.

구조적 공백 기반 주문 분배 전략의 에이전트 기반 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 (Agent Based Modeling and Simulation of Structural Hole Based Order Allocation Strategy)

  • Order allocation is one of the most important decision-making problems of firms having significant influences on performances of themselves and the whole supply chain. Existing researches about order allocation have mainly focused on evaluating capabilities of directly connected suppliers so that it is hard to consider effects and interactions from undirected connections over multiple lower-layers. To alleviate the limitation, this paper proposed a novel approach to order allocation using structural hole. By applying the concept of structural hole to the supply network, we could evaluate the structural supplying powers of firms with respect to both of direct and indirect connections. In the proposed approach, we derived a methodology to measure the potential supplying power of each firm by modifying the effective size as one of the measurements of structural hole and then, proposed its application, the structural hole based order allocation strategy. Furthermore, we conducted the agent based modeling of supply chain to perform the decision-making process of order allocation and simulated the proposed strategy. As a results, by coping with the variance of demand more stably, it could improve the performance of supply chain from the aspects of fill rate, inventory level and demand-supply balance.

  • The emergence of social networks has led to the flourishing of a new golden era of branding, which is a challenge for companies due to the need for creative positioning of companies with an emphasis on building trust and loyalty to the brand. Consumers are becoming more demanding and due to a wide range of products in different markets, make demands that are more stringent on companies. The goal of this article was to study the main trends of branding and advertising on social networks to develop a new approach to brand promotion. Methodology. The quantitative and qualitative research design was used to determine the main trends in branding and advertising on social networks. The methodology included the following methods: 1) analysis of the relationship between brand value and brand content strategy, 2) content analysis of the content of companies in social networks on the example of 10 world-famous brands with the highest value. The results allowed forming the criteria of effective content and communication: simplicity of content and simplicity of communication, lack of direct advertising of products, emphasis on global socio-economic problems and social orientation, unobtrusive communication, content creativity, indirect information about the product or work, the history of the company's development through various tools. The main content strategies of brands are defined: storytelling strategy; strategy of informing about the history of the company's development; entertainment and information strategy; strategy of joint interaction with the audience through the involvement of wellknown influencers or users of products. The theoretical and practical value of the results is confirmed by the conceptualization of the main content strategies of world-famous brands, which are pioneers in new ways to build relationships with users through social networks. The research proposes to use a customer-oriented approach to brand promotion. This means studying consumer behavior and predicting possible changes in behavior, which determines the level of interaction with the brand, the content strategy of the brand, and its effectiveness.

Robust Nonlinear Control of a 6 DOF Parallel Manipulator : Task Space Approach

  • This paper presents a robust nonlinear controller for a f degree of freedom (DOF) parallel manipulator in the task space coordinates. The proposed control strategy requires information on orientations and translations in the task space unlike the joint space or link space control scheme. Although a 6 DOF sensor may provide such information in a straightforward manner, its cost calls for a more economical alternative. A novel indirect method based on the readily available length information engages as a potential candidate to replace a 6 DOF sensor. The indirect approach generates the necessary information by solving the forward kinematics and subsequently applying alpha-beta-gamma tracker With the 6 DOF signals available, a robust nonlinear task space control (RNTC) scheme is proposed based on the Lyapunov redesign method, whose stability is rigorously proved. The performance of the proposed RNTC with the new estimation scheme is evaluated via experiments. First, the results of the estimator are compared with the rate-gyro signals, which indicates excellent agreement. Then, the RNTC with on-line estimated 6 DOF data is shown to achieve excellent control performance to sinusoidal inputs, which is superior to those of a commonly used proportional-plus-integral-plus-derivative controller with a feedforward friction compensation under joint space coordinates and the nonlinear controller under task space coordinates.

Teaching-learning-based strategy to retrofit neural computing toward pan evaporation analysis

  • Indirect determination of pan evaporation (PE) has been highly regarded, due to the advantages of intelligent models employed for this objective. This work pursues improving the reliability of a popular intelligent model, namely multi-layer perceptron (MLP) through surmounting its computational knots. Available climatic data of Fresno weather station (California, USA) is used for this study. In the first step, testing several most common trainers of the MLP revealed the superiority of the Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) algorithm. It, therefore, is considered as the classical training approach. Next, the optimum configurations of two metaheuristic algorithms, namely cuttlefish optimization algorithm (CFOA) and teaching-learning-based optimization (TLBO) are incorporated to optimally train the MLP. In these two models, the LM is replaced with metaheuristic strategies. Overall, the results demonstrated the high competency of the MLP (correlations above 0.997) in the presence of all three strategies. It was also observed that the TLBO enhances the learning and prediction accuracy of the classical MLP (by nearly 7.7% and 9.2%, respectively), while the CFOA performed weaker than LM. Moreover, a comparison between the efficiency of the used metaheuristic optimizers showed that the TLBO is a more time-effective technique for predicting the PE. Hence, it can serve as a promising approach for indirect PE analysis.

  • 본 논문에서는 기업 디자인의 개발 절차에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 마케팅 과정으로서 기업 디자인의 역할을 알아본다. 기업 디자인은 대상이 가지는 무형의 소비자 need를 개념화하여 기업 디자인의 전략의 역할을 확립할 수 있게 한다. 이 기업 디자인 접근방식을 마케팅적 접근법과 같이 조직화하여 디자인 결과물을 제작한다. 상업 디자인화와 시각화 과정을 통해 결과물의 정체성을 표현하고, 결과물을 직 간접 경험으로 최적화하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 디자인 결과물에 대한 과정을 통해 기업 디자인을 합리적으로 바라보며, 이를 통해 본질적으로 디자인은 창의성을 갖게 된다. 본 연구를 통해 디자인 프로세싱을 상세하게 제시하며, 최종 단계의 창의적인 디자인 전략 근거를 제시하고, 디자인을 자료 중심 개념으로 창의적이고 조화롭게 수행하는 이상적인 기업 디자인 방향성을 제시한다.

A Distance and Angle Based Routing Algorithm for Vehicular Ad hoc Networks

  • Vehicular Ad hoc Networks (VANETs) is the new wireless networking concept of mobile ad hoc networks in research community. Routing in vehicular is a major challenge and research area. The majority of current routing algorithms for VANETs utilize indirect metrics to select the next hop and produce optimal node path. In this paper, we propose a distance and angle based routing algorithm for VANETs, which combines a distance approach with an angle based geographical strategy for selecting the next hop, with the purpose of using direct metrics to build a optimal node route. The proposed algorithm has better performance than the previous scheme.

민간자본에 의한 농어촌 마을정비 방안 모색 (A Study on the Inducement of Private Investment to the Rural Village Improvement)

  • In Korea, rural village improvement has mainly been led by goverment investment. This approach, however, has its own limit since there are so many village to be improved while the budgetary sources are restricted, As an alternative, inducement of private investments to these area is considered in order to promote rural village improvement. The possibility of inducing private investments to the rural village improvement depends on the location of the village. The possibility may be highest in the sub-urban area since expected benefits from land development is usually high. One desirable approach to induce private investment to these area is the cooperative development system. Residents, private investors and governments plays its own role, independently and cooperatively, But benifits from the investment to improve rural village in general plain area are so low that it is difficult to induce the private investments to these area. In that case, indirect development system will be a proper strategy which maintaining government-led development method as usual, expanding the participation of private developers such as the construction companies. In general, rate of returns from investment to the rural sectors is lower than that to the other sectors, therefore financial support such as the long- term, low loan rate and a partial value-added tax exemption should be given to the investors to the rural village improvement projects.

케이블VOD 주요 서비스 속성이 유료VOD 이용 의향에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Cable VOD Key Service Attributes on the Intention to Use Paid VOD)

  • 본 논문은 케이블VOD 서비스를 통해 제공되고 있는 다양한 서비스 속성들의 유형을 분류하고, 주요 서비스 속성 유형들이 유료VOD 이용 경험자 집단과 비경험자 집단 각각의 유료VOD 이용 의향에 어느 정도 영향을 미치고 있는가를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 비경험자 집단의 경우, '콘텐츠 정보 중시형 속성'이 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 경험자 집단의 경우에는 '이용 편의성 중시형 속성'이 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유료VOD 서비스 이용자 확대를 위해서는 각각의 집단 특성에 맞는 단계별 전략을 수립하여야 한다. 비경험자 집단의 경우, 관련 정보 제공을 통한 직접 설득 전략과 프로모션 기회 확대를 통한 간접 접근 전략을 취하고, 경험자 집단의 경우, 기능적 편의성 확대 전략을 취할 필요가 있다.
