케이슨식 안벽의 Level I 신뢰성설계를 위한 부분안전계수를 산정하였다. 일계신뢰도법에 의한 부분안전계수는 한계상태함수의 확률변수에 대한 민감도, 목표신뢰도지수, 확률특성치 및 설계특성치 등의 함수로써 표현하였으며 전면조위와 잔류수위에 대해서는 현행설계법과의 연계성을 유지하기 위하여 수정부분안전계수를 새롭게 정의하였다. 수치해석을 통하여 목표신뢰도지수에 대한 부분안전계수를 산정하였으며 지진계수의 확률분포는 극치분포를 사용하였다. 지진계수의 설계치를 적용함에 있어서 재현주기가 길수록 부분안전계수가 작게 산정됨을 확인하였다.

The shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) by AC power source was performed to evaluate the arc stability by arc monitoring and analysing. In this study, the arc stability index was evaluated quantitatively by using he coefficient of resistance variation for welding time. This coefficient was obtained for the long time (20sec.) by analysing the waveforms of welding current, voltage and resistance. The coefficient was applied to indicate numerically the variation level of arc length and the degree of arc extinction. Using the coefficient of resistance variation in practical welding, the arc stability of the high titanium oxide electrode (KS E4313) turned out to be better than that of the low hydrogen electrode (KS E4316). In evaluating the skill level of welders by the coefficient, the horizontal fillet weaving welding became clear to be very discriminating because the higher level welder could weave in keeping constant arc length, but the lower level welder showed the characteristics of weaving with the unstable arc length. And it was confirmed that the welding defects as blow holes was formed when the arc stability index were high.

The Ergonomic Workload Stress Index (EWSI) was developed to predict the existence and level of the ergonomic workload stress in the workplace. To determine the validity of model, the values of the EWSI and two other similar techniques, Job Severity Index (JSI) and Physical Work Stress Index (PWSI) were evaluated in two actual industrial environments. The results from the validation study provide further substantial evidence that two techniques, JSI and PWSI, which have similar objective considerations, are significantly associated with the value of the EWSI among the employees participating in the experimentation.

목표신뢰도지수는 한계상태설계법에서 안전여유의 지표가 되며, 부분계수를 결정하는데 있어 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 한계상태설계법에서 필요로 하는 목표신뢰도지수의 결정을 위하여 쇄석다짐말뚝이 적용된 6개소의 설계-시공사례를 조사하였다. 쇄석다짐말뚝의 주요 파괴모드인 팽창파괴에 대한 한계상태함수를 정의하고, 일계신뢰성해석법(FORM)을 이용하여 극한지지력, 이론식별, 신뢰도수준을 평가하였다. 현행 쇄석다짐말뚝의 신뢰도지수는 허용응력설계법에 의해 산정된 안전율과 비례하는 경향을 보였으며, 평균 신뢰도지수는${\beta}$=2.30으로 평가되었다. 신뢰성해석에 의해 평가된 신뢰도 수준과 기존 구조물 기초에 대한 목표신뢰도지수를 비교 분석한바, 쇄석다짐말뚝 기초는 말뚝기초 및 얕은기초에 비하여 비교적 낮은 안정성 수준이 요구되며, 쇄석다짐말뚝의 현재 신뢰도수준은 보강토옹벽, 쏘일네일링에서 제안된 목표신뢰도지수와 유사한 범위를 보이므로 쇄석다짐말뚝의 목표신뢰도지수를 ${\beta}_T$= 2.33으로 제안하였다.

정보사회로의 진입과 함께 정보격차는 사회 불평등을 초래하는 새로운 요소로 등장하였다. 특히 학교에서 ICT 활용교육, e-러닝, u-러닝이 점차 확대됨에 따라 학생층에서 나타나는 정보격차는 교육 기회의 불평등으로까지 이어질 우려를 낳고 있다. 이에 따라 학교 구성원들의 정보격차 실태에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 학생 및 교사의 정보화 수준과 정보격차 현황을 파악하기 위하여, 경남도내 초중등 학생과 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 정보화 수준의 측정은 3개 하위 지수(접근, 역량, 활용)에 대한 가중 평균으로 계산하였다. 조사결과 학생과 교사 집단 모두 역량지수에서 가장 큰 격차를 보였다. 또한 역량지수와 활용지수와의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 두 집단 모두 정적상관을 보여 정보 역량의 차이가 정보격차를 이해하는데 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 한반도의 2001~2010년간 여름철 불쾌지수의 시공간적 변동을 분석하여 기후학적 특성을 지역별로 살펴보고, 그 결과를 토대로 불쾌지수를 다양한 사회현상의 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있는 가능성에 관하여 고찰하였다. 기상청의 60개 관측 지점에서 측정된 시간별 기온과 습도를 이용하여 그날의 불쾌지수를 일별로 추정하였다. 추정된 불쾌지수의 특성을 분석한 결과, 여름철에는 불쾌지수가 불쾌감을 주는 수준으로 지속되며, 기온과 더불어 꾸준히 상승하는 경향을 보였다. 또한, 하루 중에는 오후 3시, 일년 중에는 8월의 불쾌지수가 높게 나타났으며, 지역별로는 강원도 지역이 불쾌지수가 가장 낮은 분포를 보였다. 기후변화에 따른 불쾌지수의 변동성 분석은 산업 및 보건 등 다양한 분야에서 정책결정의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

An effective Carrier-Based PWM scheme that enables the instantaneous quality of each branch point voltage of a diode clamped 4-level inverter to be reduced at a low modulation index is described. This scheme presents a computed zero sequence voltage of PWM by the feedback of both DC-link voltages and load currents. The proposed PWM scheme enables to increase the controllable region of DC-link voltage and makes it possible to operate with small DC-link capacitors. The validity of the proposed PWM scheme is verified by simulation results.

We propose some properties of fuzzy p-value and fuzzy significance level to the test statistics for the fuzzy hypotheses testing. Appling the principle of agreement index, we suggest two method for fuzzy hypothesis testing by fuzzy rejection region and fuzzy p-value with fuzzy hypothesis $H_{f,0}$.

Booming sound is one of the most important interior sound of a passenger car. The conventional booming noise research was focused on the reduction of the A-weighted sound pressure level. However A-weighted sound pressure level can not give the whole story about the booming sound of a passenger car. In this paper, we employed sound metric which is the subjective parameter used in psychoacoustics. (omitted)

Recently, Liu (2005) proposed a special type of weighting function under a given preference index level with the minimal variability similar to the minimal variability OWA operator weights problem proposed by Fuller and Majlender (2003). He solved this problem using a result of classical optimal control theory. In this note, we give a direct elementary proof of this problem without using any known results.
