So the group houses besides the pay nursing home without nursing care are paid to attention. The pay nursing home has been often managed by the nursing business. Most of the group houses are managed by community based NPO. This study is a case study by the visit and the interview form for one of the group houses. The group house "Shalom Tsukimino" in Kanagawa started operations comparatively at early time among them. Through the study we recognized that a lot of people were helping the NPO as a community service. So they can manage the group house and people who live there get the services with low cost. They show that they separate residence and nursing and use the community service efficiently. We can find a new direction in this case for the life in elderly.

  • This study aims to develop the concept of innovation models with the marketing channel construct approach, marketing innovation, product segmentation, and customer insight; as well as improvements to the theory of resource-based combined with the method of service-dominant logic. This study approach is based on quantitative descriptive conducted with three stages of testing scenarios. The first test is the mapping of the innovation model construct through testing the validity and reliability with the moderation of customer orientation variables. The second scenario examines the relationship of influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable of 29 hypothetical analysis equation modeling. The unit of analysis was conducted on 497 SMEs involved in the food and beverage sectors, with the criteria being SMEs must have a rating of 4-5 points on the Go-Food applications software. The results shown that: 1) the construct used to develop an innovative model both directly and via moderation is positive and significant; 2) Through a complicated relationship that involves all components of the variable, it outlines a positive and significant effect except for the path of analysis (μ5). The theoretical and managerial implications state that the service-dominant logic approach and resource-based view theory have extreme reliability and interrelations.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify not only the impact of servant leadership affecting creativity but the mediating effect of empowerment. Creativity refers to the production of novel and useful ideas by an individual or by a group of individuals working together [2]. A survey was conducted by 301 employees. This study used the structure equation model which treated the servant leadership as independent variable and creativity as criterion variables. Empowerment was supposed as mediating variable of these relationships. As a result of this study, servant leadership had positive influence on empowerment. Empowerment had positive influence on creativity. Also servant leadership had positive effect on creativity at first, but it did not have a direct effect on creativity when empowerment was considered. These mean that empowerment is complete mediation variable because servant leadership no longer affects creativity after empowerment has been considered. Several implications, limitations and directions for future research were discussed.
