50-60대 저소득층 1인 가구의 자존감에 미치는 영향요인 : 구조방정식모형 분석 (Factors Affecting the Self-Esteem of Single Households from Low-Income Families Aged 50-60 years: Structural Equation Model Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 50-69세의 저소득 1인 가구를 대상으로 그들의 자존감에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위하여 시행되었다. 분석대상은 보건복지부에서 제공하는 2019년 복지패널자료로부터 50-69세 저소득 1인 가구에 해당하는 233명이었다. 연구방법은 자존감을 종속변수로 하고, 관계만족도와 생활만족도를 독립변수로 정의한 후, 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 관계만족도는 경로계수 0.24로 자존감에 직접적으로 영향을 나타내지 않았다. 그러나, 관계만족도는 경로계수 0.71로 생활만족도에 긍정적 영향을 주었고, 생활만족도는 경로계수 0.46으로 자존감에 유의미하게 긍정적 직접영향을 나타내었다. 또한 생활만족도가 관계만족도와 자존감에 경로계수 0.32로 매개효과를 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로, 열악한 1인 가구를 지원하는 전략을 세울 때, 정책입안자들은 관계만족도와 생활만족도를 개선시키는 방법을 고려해야 할 것이다.

소규모 제조업 사업장 노동자의 근골격계질환 증상관리를 위한 앱 기반과 포스터 기반 자가관리 작업장 스트레칭 프로그램의 효과 비교 (Comparison of the Effects of an App-based and Poster-based Self-managed Workplace Stretching Program on Musculoskeletal Symptoms of Workers in Small Manufacturing Businesses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to compare the effects of an 8 week, self-managed, app-based and poster-based stretching program on musculoskeletal symptoms, flexibility, stretching frequency, self-efficacy, social support, and musculoskeletal disorder knowledge in small manufacturing business workers. Methods: This was a cluster randomized, two-group pretest-posttest design. Workers were assigned to either an app-based (n=20) or a poster-based (n=25) stretching intervention. Both groups received an educational class. The app group also received mobile phone text messages and an app with stretching videos, stretching alarms, stretching records, and information on musculoskeletal disorders. The poster group received workplace stretching posters. Data were collected from April to September 2018 and analyzed with the 𝑥2 test, paired t-test, and independent t-test. Results: There was only a significant difference in social support. Significant increase in flexibility and musculoskeletal symptoms were noted for both groups, but social support and musculoskeletal disorder knowledge were significantly changed only in the poster group. More than half of the workers practiced stretching at least 3 times a week. Conclusion: The 8 week, self-managed, workplace stretching program was effective to increase flexibility and stretching frequency to at least 3 times a week. However, effective interventions for musculoskeletal symptoms could not be identified.

스마트폰에 의한 의사결정 영향 요인의 비선형 관계 분석 (Nonlinear Relationship Analysis of Factors Influencing Decision Making by Smartphone)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 스마트폰을 사용하는 사용자들이 의사결정에 어떤 요소를 통해 영향을 미치는지 탐구하는 것이었다. 본 연구는 친밀감/개인 연결성, 사용/의존성, 친숙함/전문성, 효능/효과, 자아정체성, 제어 등을 독립변수로 설정하고 의사결정은 종속 변수로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 스마트폰 사용자 200명을 설문지를 통해 수집·분석하였으며, 변수 간 영향을 파악하기 위해 WarpPLS를 사용하였다. 이 연구는 사용자의 심리적인 의사결정이 스마트 기기에 어떤 요인으로 영향을 미치며, 이를 통해 미래 산업의 발전과 스마트 기기를 사용하는 사용자들의 특성과 수용성을 파악할 수 있다.

뷰티전공과 예체능전공 대학생의 COVID-19에 대한 지식, 태도, 예방실천행위 (Knowledge, attitude, and preventive action on COVID-19 infectious disease of cosmetology major and arts and physical education college students)

  • This study is a descriptive cross-sectional study to confirm the knowledge, attitudes, and preventive practice behaviors of university students concerning COVID-19 and to identify the factors that influence preventive practice behaviors. The number of study subjects was calculated using G*power program 3.19. The data collected from the study were analyzed using SPSS/WIN version 25. The subject's characteristics, knowledge, attitude, and preventive practices against COVID-19 were analyzed with descriptive statistics, and the difference in knowledge, attitude, and prevention practices against COVID-19 according to the subject's characteristics was evaluated using an independent t-test, ANOVA, and post-hoc test was conducted using a Scheffé test. Correlations of knowledge, attitude, and prevention practices against COVID-19 were analyzed using Pearson Correlation coefficients, and factors affecting COVID-19 prevention practices were analyzed using stepwise multiple regression. The number of subjects analyzed in the study was 232. The general characteristics of the study subjects were 78 males (33.7 %) and 154 females (66.3 %). The subject's knowledge score about COVID-19 was 85.13±6.22 out of 100 points, and the attitude score toward COVID-19 was 12.47±1.31 out of 14 points. The prevention practice score for COVID-19 was 29.36±3.42 out of 32 points. As a result of the study, knowledge about COVID-19 was found to have a significant positive correlation with attitude (r=.34, p<.001); COVID-19 prevention practice behavior was found to have a significant positive correlation with knowledge (r=.54, p<.001), and attitude (r=.62, p<.001). The main factors influencing the COVID-19 prevention practice behavior were knowledge, attitude, and major (Cosmetology major).

An Adaptive Local Management Approach Cannot Overcome Large-Scale Trends: A Long-Term Case-Study for Saxifraga hirculus Conservation

  • Saxifraga hirculus is classified as a vulnerable plant species in Europe, and it is confined to base-rich flushes in the British uplands. However, a lack of available information about its conservation status hampers the development of adaptive strategies for its in-situ conservation, especially with respect to grazing. To assess the effectiveness of sheep grazing in maintaining viable populations of S. hirculus, we compared the community dynamics of the vegetation in a base-rich flush over 44 years in two plots: one sheep-grazed under business-as-usual sheep grazing densities and the other fenced to exclude grazing. The plots were established in 1972, and the abundances of all vascular plants, bryophytes, and litter were measured at six intervals until 2016. Our results showed that although the presence of S. hirculus was maintained in both plots over the 44 years, it declined and reached a minimum between 1995 and 2010, when it was close to extinction. Since 2013, Saxifraga has recovered only slightly. Interestingly, the S. hirculus response appeared to be independent of grazing treatment, but it mirrored wider changes in the vegetation composition and structure within the flush over the 44 years. These changes are similar to others reported in broader uplands that have been attributed to a combination of reduced nitrogen and sulfur deposition and global warming. Thus, the simple adaptive management approach of "just managing" sheep grazing appeared ineffectual for preserving the S. hirculus population. S. hirculus showed signs of recovery at the end of the study period within this base-rich flush.

1인가구 문화예술 소비에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determinants of Culture and Art Consumption of One Person Households)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 「2019 국민문화예술활동조사」 자료를 사용하여 1인가구의 문화예술 소비에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것이다. 기존 연구를 바탕으로 문화자본, 경제자본, 건강 인식, 거주지역 등을 문화예술 소비의 선행요인으로 설정하였으며, 1인가구 1,755명의 문화예술관람, 문화예술교육, 인구통계학적 자료를 추출하여 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 문화예술 관람 횟수가 '0'인 응답자가 다수라는 자료의 특수성을 고려하여 영과잉음이항 모형을 적용하였다. 1인가구의 학력은 순수 및 대중예술 관람 가능성과 횟수에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 유·아동기 및 청소년기 문화예술 교육, 소득, 건강 인식, 거주지역은 문화예술 유형별 소비 가능성과 소비량에 선별적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 여기에는 다양한 경험을 적극적으로 추구하는 1인가구의 고유한 특성이 작용한 것으로 해석된다. 본 연구는 1인가구에 집중하여 문화예술 소비의 결정변수를 파악함으로 관련 연구의 발전에 기여하고, 관련 시장을 활성화하기 위한 실무적, 정책적 시사점을 제공한다. 끝으로 심리사회적 변수 도입 등 후속 연구를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

관계 혜택이 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 영유아 교육기관을 이용하는 학부모를 대상으로 (A Study on the Effect of Relationship Benefits on Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty - For Parents Using Early Childhood Education Institutions)

  • Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to explore the factors that can increase parental loyalty from the perspective of management marketing in order to acquire information on strategies related to early childhood education institutions. Methods: For this purpose, frequency analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, and mediating effect analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0. Results: As a result of this study, first, among the sub-factors of relationship benefits, economic benefits, psychological benefits, and customerization benefits were found to have a significant influence on customer value. Second, among the sub-factors of relationship benefits, economic benefits, psychological benefits, and customerization benefits were found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Third, customer value was found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Fourth, customer value was found to have a significant effect on loyalty. Fifth, customer satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on loyalty. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the necessity and importance of forming a relationship that considers the psychological aspect, economic aspect, and customerization aspect in the relationship with parents who use early childhood education institutions. This study sets the relational benefit as an independent variable among the variables of management marketing as a factor that affects loyalty, identifies the relationship between the variables through customer value and customer satisfaction, and intends to use it as basic data for qualitative improvement of educational institutions for infants and toddlers.

중국 공기업의 세계화 영향 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influencing Factors of Globalization of Chinese Public Enterprises)

  • 본 연구는 중국 공기업의 세계화에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 실증분석한다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 초국적지수를 종속변수로 수출세 환급, 환율, 인적자원, 혁신능력, 자산운용능력, 대출능력, 기업발전단계, 글로벌 전개능력 등을 독립변수로 하는 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 실증분석 결과 수출환급금(E_tax)과 환율(E_rate)이 세계화의 외부영향요인에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인적자원역량(Edu, O_hunan), 혁신역량(R&D), 자금조달역량(Finance)은 공기업의 세계화를 위한 중요한 내부영향요인으로 나타났다. 공기업 전략수립에 있어 정부의 역할은 지도하는 수준에서 유지되어야 하며, 정부의 역할이 정부의 강제적인 관리 및 감독기능과 분리되어 공기업의 자율성이 제한되지 않도록 하여야 한다.

Chinese SOEs and the Completion of Cross-border M&As: The Moderating Role of M&A Experience

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOEs), previous M&A experience, and the probability of deal completion in cross-border mergers and acquisitions (CBMAs). Since Chinese SOEs tend to be recognized by host countries as agents of their home country government, this study argues that SOEs will face difficulties in completing CBMA deals. However, the study expects that these difficulties may vary depending on whether the firm has previous M&A experience because firms can gain the knowledge and capabilities necessary to implement subsequent M&As successfully from past M&A experience. Design/methodology - To investigate our argument, we conduct a logistic regression using a sample of 363 CBMA deals from 304 Chinese publicly listed firms during 2007 to 2017. We used SOEs as an independent variable, experience of domestic and foreign M&As as moderating variables, respectively, and CBMA deal completion as the dependent variable. Findings - The study shows a negative and significant relationship between Chinese SOEs and the completion likelihood of CBMA deals. We find that this negative relationship is strengthened when the firm had prior domestic M&A experience, whereas foreign M&A experience alleviated the negative relationship. Originality/value - The issue of government ownership has remained unclear since government intervention has both advantages and disadvantages in pursuing CBMAs. Our findings support literature that argues Chinese SOEs face legitimacy concerns in the host countries, thereby lowering their CBMA deal completion likelihood. Furthermore, the study enriches the literature by identifying different moderating effects of domestic and foreign M&A experience on the negative relationship between SOEs and CBMA deal completion.

TV홈쇼핑 배경음악이 소비자의 구매의사에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Background Music of TV Home Shopping on Purchase Intent of Customers)

  • TV홈쇼핑 시장은 최근 성숙기에 접어들며 동종업체간 경쟁이 더욱 치열해지고 있는 상황이다. 소비자의 구매를 이끌어 내는 전략으로 본 연구에서는 배경음악의 장르와 템포에 따른 소비자의 구매의사를 상품 유형 별로 나누어 분석하였다. 이를 위해 TV홈쇼핑과 배경음악에 대한 문헌연구를 진행하였고, 상품 유형 별로 실제 TV홈쇼핑 방송사에서 선곡하고 있는 배경음악의 장르와 템포를 파악하였다. 마지막으로 설문조사를 통해 스포츠웨어, 생활가전, 신선/가공식품 세 가지 상품 유형 별로 구매의사가 높은 배경음악의 장르와 템포를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 TV홈쇼핑 분야에서 배경음악과 관련한 연구가 미진한 상황에서 홈쇼핑 배경음악이 소비자 구매의사에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 또한 상품의 유형과 음악의 변수(장르, 템포)를 세분화하여 구매의사를 고찰하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
