The properties of the plasmid pKU41 isolated from Pseudomonas putkda KU190 have been investigated, pKU41 was defined as an R plasmid having a transmissible ampicillin and tetracycline resistance determinant, and could be classified as a plasmid belonging to IncP-1 group according to incompatibility grouping.
Heterokaryotic nuclear hybrids overcoming the natural barriers of incompatibility have been studied in basidiomycetes. To produce these nuclear hybrids between incompatible mushrooms, which have several potent pharmacological effects, nuclear transfer was performed between Lentinula edodes and Coriolus versicolor. Nuclei from serine auxotrophs of Lentinula edodes, $LE207(Ser^{-})$ were transferred into the protoplasts of arginine auxotrophs of Coriolus versicolor, $CV17(Ser^{-})$using 30% polyethylene glycol 4000 in 10 mM $Cacl_{2}$-glycine solution (pH 8.0). Nulcear transfer progenies were selected by nutritional complementation on minimal media supplemented with 0.6 M sucrose. The progenies were classified based on colony morphology to L. edodes-like, C, versicolor-like and non-parental type. Most of the progenies grew slower than either parent. The number of nuclei per cell was similar but the DNA content varied between progenies. The isozyme patterns of nuclear hybrids resembled either of the parent porfiles or showed a mixed profile.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive a strategy to manage the relationship termination intention of the partner in a B2B transaction. To achieve this goal, the relationship compatibility was classified into goal incongruity, domain dissensus, perception difference, and verified the effects of these variables on relationship termination intention. Trust which is well known as a variable which develops the relationship and prevents relationship termination is used as a moderating variable in this study. This study identifies and highlights which relationship incompatibility increases relationship termination intention more when trust is high and when it is low. Research design, data, and methodology: The data of this study were obtained via an interview with 274 purchasing decision makers. Results: It was found that goal incongruity and domain dissensus increased the partner's relationship termination intention. Trust amplified the effect of goal incongruity which increased relationship termination intention, but reduced the effect of domain dissensus which increase relationship termination intention. Conclusions: Through this research, it has emerged that the relationship can be terminated because of high trust. If a partner has a high level of trust in the past in a company, it should take more care not to perceive goal incongruity.
This study was carried out to clarify the cause of incompatibility in interspecific hybrid plant between Panax ginseng and p. quinquefolium. The floral structure of F,(p.g. x p.q.) hybrid was normal because the redundant anther was 0.2 mm longer than pistil in Fl hybrid and the size and structure of redundant carpel in F, hybrid were similar to P. ginseng and p. quiquefolium Pollens of $F_1$ hybrid did not germinate on stigma of P-quinquefolium but germinated well on stigma of P. ginseng. Pollen tube was able to penetrate styles completely and seed harvest rate was 16.8% in field. However on stigma of $F_1$ hybrid, Pollen did not germinate when P. ginseng was used as male Parent. In addition, the growth of pollen tube was halted on style and seed was not set when P qlfinquefoEi2a was used as male Parent. These suggest that the inhibitor of pollen germination present on stigma caused $F_1$ hybrid sterility. It took 5 hours for pollen grains to germinate, 12 hours to arrive at in trance of ovule, 16 hours to penetrate micropyles in Panax ginseng.

Nanoscale block copolymer (BCP) patterns have been pursued for applications in sub-30 nm nanolithography. BCP self-assembly processing is scalable and low cost, and is well-suited for integration with existing semiconductor fabrication techniques. However, one of the major technical challenges for BCP self-assembly is limited tunability in pattern geometry, dimension, and functionality. We suggest methods for extending the degree of tunability by choosing highly incompatible polymer blocks and utilizing solvent vapor treatment techniques. Siloxane BCPs have been developed as self-assembling resists due to many advantages such as high etch-selectivity, good etch-resistance, long-range ordering, and reduced line-edge roughness. The large incompatibility leads to extensive degree of pattern tunability since the effective volume fraction can be easily manipulated by solvent-based treatment techniques. Thus, control of the microdomain size, periodicity, and morphology is possible by changing the vapor pressure and the mixing ratio of selective solvents. This allows a range of different pattern geometry such as dots, lines and holes and critical dimension simply by changing the processing conditions of a given block copolymer without changing a polymer chain length. We demonstrate highly extensive tunability (critical dimension ~6~30 nm) of self-assembled patterns prepared by a siloxane BCP with extreme incompatibility.
Poria cocos is an importantant medical macrofungus, the sclerotium of Poria cocos has specific value as the drug material. There are few papers about its breeding and spawn rejuvenation. In this project, the protoplasts of cultivated strain T and wild strain L were prepared and treated separately by ultraviolet and heating, then fused with the PEG6000. The tural fusants were selected and identified by the affinity and ISSR analysis. 71 incompatibility strains between parents and reg regenerations were obtained from 118 regenerations by the affinity analysis. Five incompatibility strains were amplified with different primers, the results were showed that they had specific bands of both parents in the profile amplified with 3 primers, which proved these 5 strains were fusants by means of molecular biology marker. On the other hand, 25 strain were selected from 168 protoplast regenerations of cultivated strain T for cultivation experiment. The fresh sclerotium weight of these protoplast regenerations were better than the original strain.significantil 3 strains (T-1, T-4, T-7) increased respectively 118%, 73% and 73% than original strain. This method could be the effective in the rejuvenation Poria cocos.

Some marine coenocytic green algae could form protoplasts from the extruded protoplasm in seawater. The dissociated cell components of the coenocytic protoplasm could be reunited into live cells and, hence, the formation of new species by mixing protoplasms from different coenocytic cells has been predicted. Our results showed that an incompatibility barrier was present during protoplast formation in coenocytic algae to exclude foreign inorganic particles or alien cell components. No inorganic particles or alien cell components were incorporated into protoplast formed spontaneously in seawater. Even when the inorganic particles or alien cell and/or cell component were incorporated into protoplast in some experimental condition, they were expelled from the protoplast or degenerated within several days. A species-specific cytotoxicity was observed during protoplast hybridization between the protoplasms of Bryopsis spp. and Microdictyon umbilicatum. The cell sap of M. umbilicatum could destroy the cell components of Bryopsis spp., but had no effect on Chaetomorpha moniligera. Species C. moniligera and Bryopsis did not affect protoplast generation of either species. The wound-induced protoplast formation in vitro might have evolved in some coenocytic algae as a dispersal method, and the incompatibility barrier to alien particles or cell and/or cell component could serve as a protective mechanism for successful propagation.
Purpose: The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between total serum bilirubin(TSB) and transcutaneous bilirubinometry(TcB) in neonates with jaundice. Method: TcB from various sites(forehead, sternum, abdomen, buttock, hand, dorsalis-pedia) was measured using a JM-102 in a total of 102 neonate, 42 female and 60 male, with the mean 37.5 gestational week and the mean 2,903 gram of birth weight, as well as TSB from capillary punctures. Result: The mean bilirubin was 11.73 in serum, 20.55 on the forehead, 17.23 on the sternum, 16.19 on the abdomen, 18.22 on the buttock, 15.83 on the hand and 15.49 on the dorsalis-pedia. The relationship between TSB and TcBs were formulated by simple regression with 0.406 < r < 0.668(p < .000). A higher relationship was revealed between TSB and TCB at the forehead in infants of full-term, ABO incompatibility, and Hb greater than 16 mg/dl(r =0.725, 0.790, and 0.717, retrospectively). Phototherapy altered the measurement of TcB per site. Conclusion: TcB on the forehead is a reliable, noninvasive and convenient measurement of TSB in normal infants(Institutions need to establish quantitative equations representing the specific relationship between TSB and TCB according to the hemodynamic problems of infants such as ABO incompatibility, or low Hb).

In most cases, the routing policy of networks shows a preference for a static one-to-one mapping of communication pairs to routing paths, which offers adversaries a great advantage to conduct thorough reconnaissance and organize an effective attack in a stress-free manner. With the evolution of network intelligence, some flexible and adaptive routing policies have already proposed to intensify the network defender to turn the situation. Routing mutation is an effective strategy that can invalidate the unvarying nature of routing information that attackers have collected from exploiting the static configuration of the network. However, three constraints execute press on routing mutation deployment in practical: insufficient route mutation space, expensive control costs, and incompatibility. To enhance the availability of route mutation, we propose an OpenFlow-based route mutation technique called Polymorphic Path Transferring (PPT), which adopts a physical and virtual path segment mixed construction technique to enlarge the routing path space for elevating the security of communication. Based on the Markov Decision Process, with considering flows distribution in the network, the PPT adopts an evolution routing path scheduling algorithm with a segment path update strategy, which relieves the press on the overhead of control and incompatibility. Our analysis demonstrates that PPT can secure data delivery in the worst network environment while countering sophisticated attacks in an evasion-free manner (e.g., advanced persistent threat). Case study and experiment results show its effectiveness in proactively defending against targeted attacks and its advantage compared with previous route mutation methods.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is (1) to empirically examine why laggards resist IT adoption in public service and (2) to investigate the relationship between resistance and negative behavioral intention. Methods: The questionnaire survey was conducted on expressway users who do not use High-pass system. The collected 232 samples were analyzed using structure equation model method with AMOS 22.0. Results: Resistance is found to be a statistically significant factor affecting intention to reject. Also, incompatibility, privacy concern, status quo inertia and relative advantage are found to be statistically significant factors affecting resistance. Conclusion: Laggards have a tendency to intend to reject IT adoption rather than to postpone. They are affected not by monetary, procedural aspect associated with purchasing or registering OBU(On Board Unit). Incompatibility and relative advantage which are inherent attributes of Hi-pass system are more influential factors than privacy concern and status quo inertia. They make ethical and emotional decision partially affected by public-social factors.
