This study improves the design of electric pot and cup that can safely pour and drink hot beverages among daily necessities for the blind and the elderly. It looks at the electric pot and cup that people with visual impairments usually use through their use perspective and studies and improves the safety problems that arise when using them based on the principle of universal design. Through this prior study, we study designs that can be used and shared by all disabled and socially disadvantaged people together and improve the design of household goods to expand the scope of use of general products and create new social values. In addition, through this design improvement process, everyone pursues an equal and virtuous life together, forms a well-off inclusive society, and takes advantage of the current position of the disabled and value of life once again.

In this study, in order to practice the social inclusion of libraries, the related policies currently announced in the 3rd Comprehensive Library Development Plan were examined, and the current status of tasks promoted by central administrative agencies and metropolitan and provincial libraries was examined based on these policies. As a result, first, in terms of active information welfare realization, various programs and services are being implemented to bridge the knowledge and information gap, but it seems that the scope of the target should be expanded in the future, cooperation with related organizations, and infrastructure improvement. Second, in terms of expanding the openness of the space, the expansion of the open space as an open space and the application of universal design are being performed. In the future, it seems that the scope of universal design application should be expanded in consideration of budget investment for continuous space reconstruction and diversity of users. Third, in terms of linking services across boundaries, services and programs are provided to infants and toddlers, children, women, the elderly, the underprivileged, job seekers, and multicultural families. In the future, it seems that the improvement of the service system for the expansion of inclusive services in libraries should precede, and cooperation between related ministries should be made to provide differentiated services. Finally, it is expected that future policy-making tasks for social inclusion should be considered not only for books, programs, and spaces, but also for librarians' education, establishment of cooperative networks with related organizations, and marketing for services and programs.
The purpose of this study is to develop an online community construct, which proposes an inclusive illustration of the structure of online communities, for online community designers. This study reviewed researches from psychology, sociology, management engineering, and practical reports to understand the characteristics and dynamics of online communities. The proposed online community construct visualizes the cognitive, affective, and behavioral aspects of online community. As the notion of community originates from geographical groups, and with the assumption that geographical community shares identical characteristics with online community, this study reviewed researches about geographical communities as a starting-point. Then the study went through three main perspectives (1) online community attributes, (2) sense of online community and (3) challenges of online community. Then this study proposed an online community construct that encompasses the reviewed frameworks. The online community can be seen as a congregation of members from two sources. One is from the 'Shared Goal' that meets the personal needs. Given the shared goal, members gather into the community without personal relationship and have more chances to feel the sense of belonging to their needs fulfillment or benefit. This befitting tendency leads to strengthening of membership. Public online forums fall under this classification. The other source is from the emotional connections that are already initiated by personal and casual contacts in the real world. The network of emotional connection can evolve into an online congregation of people under faint boundaries. Although there is no (or weak) shared goal, members are strongly bound to other members. Personal homepage or web log (blog) can be classified as an example of relationship-oriented community.
This study analyzed the characteristics and expression techniques of men's fashion bags and their aesthetic and formative values in modern men's fashion from the perspective of neo-deconstructivism. The study subjects were men's fashion bags appearing in four collections in Paris, Milan, London, and New York in the 2019 S/S-2021 S/S season. As a research method, the characteristics and expression techniques of the new disintegration of men's fashion bags were analyzed and categorized through prior research and literature research. The results of the study are as follows: First, the neoclassical characteristics of men's fashion bags caused 'Re-creation' to appear as the dissolution of the design principle and structure of the bag, and it was derived as 'decomposition of form' and 'decomposition of dress method'. Second, the 'Inclusive Diversity' of modern men's fashion bags of neo-deconstructivism appears in the form of gender demarcation and dissonance coordination. Third, 'Playfulness' in men's fashion bags involves the pursuit of fun through unconventional changes in the shape, size, and design of the bag, and it sometimes provides a fresh, new play experience through unpredictable design elements. Fourth, the 'Pursuit of new values' in male's fashion bags was a characteristic wherein the boundary between DIY attire and daily clothes and high fashion by the individual selection of consumers was blurred. This work is meaningful in that it conducted a basic study of men's fashion bags by examining the modern men's fashion bag from the perspective of the philosophical trend of neo-deconstructivism and categorizing its characteristics.

In contemporary times, there is an increasing demand for a dedicated healthcare environment, all over the world. The main motivation for this demand is the level of awareness manifested by the users and reflected on their expectations. Therefore new research strategies and design actions are investigated in order to answer to the users' needs and to provide objective design tools for the specialist. This study continues a series of previous developments of the Healthcare Environment Color Index that should be used for public facilities in Korea and abroad. The cross-cultural approach is a new opportunity for exchanging know-how and for testing and calibrating the perception of the users on the color index. The gathering of results was made based on the online survey provided in this phase in English version for the Romanian users. The survey was intended as an objective mean of research and an efficient way of disseminating information on the subject thus contributing to increasing the level of awareness of the users. A total of 86 Romanian and 89 Koreans with valid answers took part in the survey. Comparative visualizations of the results showed significant similarities concerning the patterns of color preferences but also cultural and emotional differences. As a result both categories of users proved to be aware of the relation between healthcare environment color and its effects on health. They also showed a common understanding on the potential of the color index. As a result the most appealing colors to be applied to the healthcare environment were the series G and B, and the most effective ones were proved to be the ranges of high lightness and low saturation but also the medium high lightness and medium saturation. Both the similarities and the differences of choice between Romanians and Koreans show that cultural and emotional differences of color recognition are important and that should be taken into consideration in design, in order to generate an inclusive and efficient healthcare environment.
As a form of online co-production, government crowdsourcing platforms have received growing attention from scholars and practitioners as a means of enhancing government-citizen co-production. This research aims (1) to introduce government leaders and managers to recent empirical research examining real-world cases of government crowdsourcing from different countries, (2) to systematically organize, analyze, and discuss the findings and implications of recent government crowdsourcing empirical studies, and (3) to provide government practitioners with evidence-based insights that could encourage informed decisions about how they design, implement, and evaluate government crowdsourcing platforms effectively and inclusively. Literature review is limited primarily to empirical works that rigorously examined real-world cases of government crowdsourcing. By focusing on a review of empirical research on crowdsourcing co-design and crowdsourcing design/government delivery platforms, this study discusses the key findings systematically and offers some insights and implications for leaders and managers seeking effective and inclusive design and implementation of government crowdsourcing platforms.
The variety of learners include students with disabilities and general students, and an ongoing focus of inclusive education research is non-discrimination. As part of integrated education, UDL (Universal Design for Learning) for students with disabilities supports a practical approach, participation, and advancement to improve learning opportunities for all students. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of using UDL in science classes. The dependent variables of this study were academic achievement in science, scientific attitude, and scientific motivation. In this study, the experimental groups were 9 people in the 5th grade and 11 people in 6th grade. The experimental groups were taught science class using UDL. In order to analyze the learning outcomes, the structure equation model was performed. The results of this study were as follows: First, the science achievement of learning outcomes of the science class applying UDL directly affected both scientific attitude and scientific motivation. Second, the scientific attitude of learning outcomes of the science class applying UDL directly did not affect scientific motivation. According to these results, learning outcomes for science achievement of the science class applying UDL showed that UDL affected both general students and students with disabilities. To summarize the analysis of learning outcomes, science achievement directly affected both scientific attitude and scientific motivation while scientific attitude did not affect scientific motivation. This study offered a specific implementation method for integrated education. Using the structure equation model for analyzing the effect has more significance.

This study aimed to introduce a case study of a basic engineering design course using the ENACT model for fostering social responsibility of engineers, and to investigate the educational effects of the course. Since the ENACT model was designed to encourage STEM college students to pursue responsible problem solving based on their understanding of socioscientific issues, we assumed that it would be beneficial for engineering students to foster their social responsibility as well as their understanding of science/engineering-related issues. A total of 49 engineering students who enrolled in the course participated in the study. Data included students' course artifacts, reflection papers, and responses to survey questionnaires. Results indicated that the students became more aware of nature of science and technology after the program, and began to solve the problems while considering the views of multiple stakeholders. They highly valued the experience of communicating with others as engaging in the civic activities. They also expressed high satisfaction and feeling of achievement on the course learning. We expect the ENACT model to be an effective teaching guideline that fosters the social responsibility of engineering students and furthermore, engineering ethics.
Behaviors of organizational members can be classified as two types. One is behavior required to perform formally given job. The other is a various kind of behavior taken voluntarily but not required directly and formally to perform job. The former can be called as in-job behavior while the latter can be called as extra-job behavior. Many organizational scientists so far, have focused on investigating in-job behavior. Yet, from a decade, organizational researchers have recognized that in-job behavior alone can not explain sufficiently job performance or organizational effectiveness Thus. they have paid attention to extra-job behavior, which is generally called as organizational citizenship behavior. Existing studies of organizational citizenship behavior have three types : First type is studying the concept and components of organizational citizenship behavior. Second tope is studying the determinants of organizational citizen-ship behavior and relationships with it. And third type is studying relatioships between organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. This study, therefore, have purposes as follows : Firstly, this study designs a comprehensive model in the below figure and generates inclusive hypotheses about relationships among antecedents, intermediate factors, and the components of organizational citizenship behavior. Secondly, this study investigating empirically such relationships and draws a picture of mediation roles of the intermediate variables. To design the model and generate the hypotheses, this study conducted a comprehensive literature survey on organizational citizenship behavior. To test the hypotheses, this study collected data from 847 employees at 12 large genral hospitals in Pusan area through a questionnaire survey and conducted the three step mediated regression analysis using the SAS-PC Package.
Joint pain is generally a common disorder not only for the old aged people but also for the immunocompromised patients. The present proposed study reveals the presence of inflammatory diseases in joint generally diagnosed by removing synovial fluid and changes in the volume and composition are examined for the presence of WBC and crystals. This study implement a non-invasive approach to identify the changes in joint fluid by measuring the changes in electrical property of the synovial tissue under the influence of electrical current signal with frequency range between 100 kHz to 300 kHz. The response of tissue for the current signal was measured in terms of potential drop across the tissue. The hardware system design consists of input and output sections. The input section which applies current signal to upper limb joint region is made of ICL8038 function generator IC with amplifier and voltage to current converter. The output section picks voltage variation using metal surface electrode, amplifier, ADC, PIC microcontroller and LCD interface. 100 patient inclusive of normal and disease affected patients where examined for upper limb synovial fluid variation and inflammatory diseases were identified.
