환형 폴리옥시에틸렌 존재하의 피롤의 화학적 중합에 관한 연구 (Study on the Chemical Polymerization of Pyrrole in the Presence of Cyclic Poly(oxyethylene)s)

  • 호스트 분자로서 환형 폴리옥시에틸렌을 사용한 inclusion 화합물을 이용하여 수용액상에서 피롤의 화학적 중합을 수행하였다. 이와 같은 합성 전략은 수용액상에서 화학적 산화방법에 의해 견고한 방향족 고분자의 사슬을 성장시킬 수 있는 가능성을 나타내며, 수용성 올리고 또는 폴리피롤을 손쉽게 얻을 수 있는 방법을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부분적으로 고분자 주사슬에 환형 폴리옥시에틸렌을 함유한 수용성 폴리피롤을 얻었으며, NMR, IR, UV 및 MALDI-TOF MS 분석 등을 통하여 그 구조를 확인하였다.

Stress Intensity Factors and Kink Angle of a Crack Interacting with a Circular Inclusion Under Remote Mechanical and Thermal Loadings

  • A problem of a circular elastic inhomogeneity interacting with a crack under uniform loadings (mechanical tension and heat flux at infinity) is solved. The singular. integral equations for edge and temperature dislocation distribution functions are constructed and solved numeric-ally, to obtain the stress intensity factors. The effects of the material property ratio on the stress intensity factor (SIF) are investigated. The computed SIFs are used to predict the kink angle of the crack when the crack grows.

  • We use L models to compute the rational homotopy type of the mapping space of the component of the natural inclusion in,k : ℂPn ↪ ℂPn+k between complex projective spaces and show that it has the rational homotopy type of a product of odd dimensional spheres and a complex projective space. We also characterize the mapping aut1 ℂPn → map(ℂPn, ℂPn+k; in,k) and the resulting G-sequence.

동보(東寶) 중석(重石)-모리브덴 광상(鑛床)의 광물공생(鑛物共生)과 유체포유물(流體包有物) (Mineral Paragenesis and Fluid Inclusions of the Dongbo Tungsten-Molybdenum Deposits)

  • The Dongbo tungsten-molybdenum deposits are fissure-filling veins emplaced in granites of late Cretaceous age. Integrated field, mineralogic and fluid inclusion studies were undertaken to illuminate the characters and origin of the ore deposits. Mineral paragenesis is complicated by repeated fracturing, but four distinct depositional stages can be recognized; (I) tungsten-molybdenum minerals-quartz-chlorite stage, (II) iron-oxide and sulfides-quartz stage, (III) iron -oxide-base metal sulfides-sulfosalts-quartz-carbonates stage, (IV) barren rhodochrosite-zeolite stage. Fluid inclusion studies were carried out for stage I quartz and stage III quartz, sphalerite and calcite. Fluid inclusion studies reveals highly systematic trends of homogenization temperature and salinity throughout the mineralization. Ore fluids during stage I were complex, NaCl rich brine and salinity reached values as high as 34.4 weight percent equivalent NaCl, but the later ore fluids were more dilute and reached to 9.7 weight percent equivalent NaCl during stage III. Intermittent boiling of ore fluid during stage I is indicated by the fluid inclusions in stage I quartz. Depositional temperatures and pressures during stage I range from $520^{\circ}C$ to $265^{\circ}C$and from 600 to 400 bars. Homogenization temperatures of the stage III quartz, sphalerite and calcite range from $305^{\circ}C$ to $190^{\circ}C$. Fluid inclusion data from the Dongbo mine are nearly similar to those from other hydrothermal tungsten deposits in the Kyeongsang basin. Depositional temperature and salinity of ore fluids during precipitation of tungsten-molybdenum minerals in Dongbo mine were much higher, but $CO_2$ contents were much lower than those from hydrothermal tungsten-molybdenum deposits of late Cretaceous plutonic association in central parts of Korean peninsula.

Study on the Inclusion Behavior of Sulfobutylether-β-Cyclodextrin with Perphenazine by Flow Injection Chemiluminescence

  • The inclusion behavior of sulfobutylether-${\beta}$-cyclodextrin (SBE-${\beta}$-CD) with perphenazine (PPH) was first studied by flow injection (FI)-chemiluminescence (CL) analysis with proposed $lg[(I_0-I_s)/I_s]=lgK_{P-CD}+nlg[C_{PPH}]$ model and molecular docking. Results showed that a 1:1 complex of SBE-${\beta}$-CD/PPH could online form, with the formation constant $K_{P-CD}$ of $2.57{\times}10^7Lmol^{-1}$ at 298 K. The thermodynamic parameters showed that the inclusion behavior of SBE-${\beta}$-CD/PPH was a spontaneous process by hydrophobic interaction. The molecular docking results revealed PPH entered into the larger cavity of SBE-${\beta}$-CD with two hydrogen bonds. Based on the linear relationship of the decrement of luminol/SBE-${\beta}$-CD/PPH CL intensity against the logarithm of PPH concentration ranging from 0.03 to 30.0 ng $mL^{-1}$, the present FI-CL analysis using luminol/SBE-${\beta}$-CD/PPH system was successfully applied to PPH determination in biological fluids and tablets with recoveries from 94.5 to 105.6% and RSDs less than 2.6% (n = 5).

  • 3차원 금속 착제, Cd(pn)Ni(CN)4를 host로 하는 포접 화합물을 합성하고, X-선 회절 데이타를 이용한 단결정의 구조해석을 하였다. 결정학적 데이타는 다음과 같다. $[Cd(pn)Ni(CN)_4]{\cdot}0.5(CH_3COCH_3{\cdot}H_2O)$, Fw = 387.35, Orthorhombic, $Pn2_1a$, a = 13.950(3) $\AA$, b = 26.713(7) $\AA$, c = 7.628(1) $\AA$, V = 2843(1) $\AA^3$, Z = 4, $D_x=1.81 gcm^{-3}$, $\mu(MoK{\alpha})$ = $28.153cm^{-1}$, T = 297K, 3521개($F_0>3{\sigma}(F_0)$)의 회절 강도에 대한 최종 신뢰도 인자 R = 0.0418이 얻어졌다. 이 포접 화합물은 thiourea 포접 화합물과 유사한 턴넬형의 포접 공간(T-type)을 형성하며, 이런 포접공간 내에 분자당 0.5개의 아세톤과 물분자를 guest로서 받아 들인다. 표제의 포접 화합물은 이미 보고된 바와 같이, 가지달린 유기 guest분자가 host의 기하구조를 T-type으로 이끈다고 하는 host 선택성에 대한 또 하나의 증거가 된다.

Enhanced antidiabetic efficacy and safety of compound K/β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex in zebrafish

  • Background: 20(S)-Protopanaxadiol 20-O-D-glucopyranoside, also called compound K (CK), exerts antidiabetic effects that are mediated by insulin secretion through adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-sensitive potassium ($K_{ATP}$) channels in pancreatic ${\beta}$-cells. However, the antidiabetic effects of CK may be limited because of its low bioavailability. Methods: In this study, we aimed to enhance the antidiabetic activity and lower the toxicity of CK by including it with ${\beta}$-cyclodextrin (CD) (CD-CK), and to determine whether the CD-CK compound enhanced pancreatic islet recovery, compared to CK alone, in an alloxan-induced diabetic zebrafish model. Furthermore, we confirmed the toxicity of CD-CK relative to CK alone by morphological changes, mitochondrial damage, and TdT-UTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) assays, and determined the ratio between the toxic and therapeutic dose for both compounds to verify the relative safety of CK and CD-CK. Results: The CD-CK conjugate ($EC_{50}=2.158{\mu}M$) enhanced the recovery of pancreatic islets, compared to CK alone ($EC_{50}=7.221{\mu}M$), as assessed in alloxan-induced diabetic zebrafish larvae. In addition, CD-CK ($LC_{50} =20.68{\mu}M$) was less toxic than CK alone ($LC_{50}=14.24{\mu}M$). The therapeutic index of CK and CD-CK was 1.98 and 9.58, respectively. Conclusion: The CD-CK inclusion complex enhanced the recovery of damaged pancreatic islets in diabetic zebrafish. The CD-CK inclusion complex has potential as an effective antidiabetic efficacy with lower toxicity.

  • In this study, a formula for thermal processing induced plate deformations, in terms of process parameters such as heat input and plate thickness, is developed analytically using an infinite laminated plate theory to consider cuboidal inclusion with an eigenstrains. When a plate has arbitrary heating lines, complex deformed shape of plate was calculated by the method estimating plate deformation proposed by this study. To make a curved surface of the ship hull, the line heating method is mainly used. Application in automatization of line heating was deliberate by using proposed method.

Solubilization by $\beta$-Cyclodextrin: A Fluorescence Quenching Study

  • Solubility of carbon tetrachloride ($CCl_4$) in water increases appreciably in presence of $\beta$-cyclodextrin ($\beta$CD). $CCl_4$ is a very good quencher of 1-naphthol (1ROH) fluorescence. By studying the quenching of fluorescence of 1ROH included in $\beta$CD cavity, it was found that there is an increase in the availability of $CCl_4$ around $\beta$CD in the aqueous medium. This could help to rationalize the enhanced solubility of $CCl_4$.
