This paper is study on Dong-Eue-Bo-Gam(東醫寶鑑) Dong-Eue-Bo-Gam(單方門)that is written by Heo-Joon. When Heo-Joon worte Dong-Eue-Bo-Gam(東醫寶鑑) between 1596 and 1610, it was the time for the people's healthy to be threatened by all kinds of infections and malnutrition. Dong-Eue-Bo-Gam(東醫寶鑑) compiled Chinese medical books and our medical books that still exists systematically. Especially there was Dan-Bang-Mun(單方門), medical art that is to use only one herb, at the end of each chapter for the people to treat disease. There was Tang-Aek-Pyun the end of Dong-Eue-Bo-Gam(東醫寶鑑). In this part, as it says herbs in rural areas were written in details, it was easy for everyone to get herbs to prevent any disease and to treat their sickness. That's why I'd like to succeed to our senior doctors' spirit for the medicine. So I decided to study Tang-Aek-Pyun that is based on Dan-Bang-Mun in Dong-Eue-Bo-Gam(東醫寶鑑) and many herbs that refer to the 4th of Gang-Je-By-Geup(廣濟秘笈). Medicine that was introduced in Dan-Bang-Mun(單方門) was 860 kinds of medicine. Among them, I choose about 3 kinds of medicine that was used the most frequently.

Objectives: Tremor is a common disorder causing abnormal movements, it is defined as, "rhythmic, involuntary movements of a part of the body against ones own volition.". The purpose of this study is to report the effects of Korean Medicine (Acupuncture and herbal-medication) for oromandibular tremor resulting from Deficiency Syndrome. Methods: We treated 6 patients suffering from oromandibular tremor who received hospital treatment in DongEui Medical Center from March to June in 2015. Results: After the treatments, oromandibular tremor decreased or disappeared. And some other accompanying symptoms were improved. Conclusions: These results suggests that Korean medical treatments (Acupuncture and herb-medication) might be effective for treating oromandibular tremor resulting from Deficiency Syndrome.

The demand for linear electrical machines, for both controlled motion and electrical power generation, has increased steadily in recent years. For example, for applications in the high-speed packaging and manufacturing sectors, linear electromagnetic machines, which provide thrust force directly to a payload without the need to convert rotary to linear motion, offer significant advantages in terms of simplicity, efficiency, positioning accuracy, and dynamic performance in both acceleration capability and bandwidth. So, this paper describes analysis the dynamic characteristics of Tubular Type Linear BLDC Motor by simulation and experiments.

DA-8159 is a new PDEV inhibitor, synthesized by Dong-A Pharm, as an oral agent to treat male erectile dysfunction. DA-8159 and sildenafil are mainly metabolized by cytochrome P450 enzyme CYP 3A4. In this study. we compared the metabolism of DA-8159 with sildenafil in vitro and in vivo. First, we quantified the remaining gatio of original compound, DA-8159 and sidenafil., after we incubated drugs for 30 minutes with human liver microsome cytochrome P 450 3A4. (omitted)

DA-11004 is a synthetic, potent NADP-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDPc) inhibitor where $IC_{50}$ for IDPc is 1.49 $\mu$M. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of DA-11004 on the high fat high sucrose (HF)-induced obesity in male C57BL/6J mice. After completing a 8-week period of experimentation, the mice were sacrificed 1hr after the last DA-11004 treatment and their blood, liver, and adipose tissues (epididymal and retroperitoneal fat)were collected. There was a significant difference in the pattern of increasing body weight between the HF control and the DA-11004 group. In the DA-11004 (100 mg/kg) treated group the increase in body weight significantly declined and a content of epididymal fat and retroperitoneal fat was also significantly decreased as opposed to the HF control. DA-11004 (100 mg/kg) inhibited the IDPc activity, and thus, NADPH levels in plasma and the levels of free fatty acid (FFA) or glucose in plasma were less than the levels of the HF control group. In conclusion, DA-11004 inhibited the fatty acid synthesis in adipose tissues via IDPc inhibition, and it decreased the plasma glucose levels and FFA in HF diet-induced obesity of C57BL/6J mice.
