In this study, adolescent understanding of and attitude towards unintentional drug use were investigated. 22 elementary, middle and high schools in cities and counties in Jeollanam-do Province were selected randomly and a survey was carried out. 489 students (46.9%) replied that they had received training on drug prevention and 553 (53.1%) said they never received training about drug prevention. That does one or two drugs with curiosity, thinks that is bad(p=0.002), and drug using thought that does not become the help in stress(p<0.001). With regards to the question on whether they would use drugs if suggested by friends, 88.7% answered they would decline the offer. 91.4% indicated they will participate if there is training about drug misuse in the future. 91.0% replied that this training about drug misuse was "satisfaction". Therefore it is be very important to understand the characteristics of adolescent and provide continuous training and campaign to help them to acquire correct habits to maintain good health and in doing so; help them to establish a healthy foundation for adulthood.

IT 관련 교과에서 실습 교육이 그 어느 때보다 강조되고 있다. 이 글은 IT 교육을 위한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 가상 데스크탑 서비스 제공 방안과 효율적인 운영 관리 방안을 연구하였다. 구현된 가상 실습 환경 시스템을 이용하면 교과의 커리큘럼에 적합하도록 커스토마이징된 실습환경을 제공할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 제안된 시스템을 이용할 경우 교과운영 사전에 미리 교과별로 프로비저닝 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 산정한 규모와 운영 정책을 참고하여 여러 사이버대학이 공동 활용할 수 있는 클라우드 실습 포털시스템을 구축한다면 보다 효율적이고 효과적인 가상실습 교육 서비스 시스템을 구축하고 제공할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

국내외적으로 CBRNE관련 사고로 인하여 국민의 불안감은 상당히 높은 수준이다. CBRNE 관련 사고는 다양한 원인에 의하여 발생하고 있으며, 피해규모는 상상 이상으로 확대될 가능성이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 불특정 다수를 대상으로 발생할 수 있는 CBRNE사고에 대한 피해저감방안으로 CBRNE 교육훈련 프로그램에 주목을 하였고, 국내 기관들의 CBRNE 교육훈련 프로그램에 대한 비교분석을 통하여 상이점을 밝혀내고, 이를 통하여 프로그램 개선방안을 제안하고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 초등 예비교사가 가지고 있는 천문 관련 개념을 조사하여 오개념의 분포를 분석하는 것이었다. 연구는 우리나라 중부지방에 위치한 초등교사 양성 대학 2학년에 재학 중인 예비교사 43명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 천문 개념에 대해 초등 예비교사들의 오개념은 다양한 분포를 나타냈다. 특히 많은 선행 연구에서 지적되었던 계절의 변화와 관련하여 초등 예비교사들은 여전히 오개념을 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 초등 예비교사들은 천문 개념에 대해 단순 암기 수준의 개념을 형성하고 있었으며, 다양한 사례에 알고 있는 개념을 적용하는 데에는 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로의 천문 관련 교육이 단순 암기가 아닌 다양한 사례의 적용과 응용을 통해 천문 현상을 이해하는 방향으로 이루어져야 하며, 교사 양성 과정이나 교사 연수에서도 이를 반영하여 천문 교육이 실시되어야 할 것으로 생각한다.

다양한 분야에서 활용되는 상황인지 시스템은 상황정보를 획득하기 위한 추상화 과정에서 규칙 기반의 인공기능 기술이 기존에 사용되었다. 그러나 서비스에 대한 사용자의 요구사항이 다양해지고 사용되는 데이터의 증대로 규칙이 복잡해지면서 규칙 기반 모델의 유지보수와 비정형 데이터를 처리하는데 어려움이 있다. 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 많은 연구들에서는 상황인지 시스템에 기계학습 기술을 적용하였으며, 이러한 기계학습 기반의 모델을 상황인지 시스템에 사용하기 위해서는 주기적으로 학습 데이터를 제공해야 한다. 이에 기계학습 기반 상황인지 시스템에 대한 선행연구에서는 여러 개의 기계학습 모델을 적용하기 위한 학습 데이터 생성, 제공 등의 과정을 보였으나 제한된 종류의 기계학습 모델만을 적용 가능하여 확장성이 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문은 기계학습 기반의 상황인지 시스템의 확장성을 고려한 기계학습 모델의 학습 데이터 생성 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 시스템의 확장성을 고려하여 기계학습 모델의 요구사항을 반영할 수 있는 학습 데이터 생성 모델을 정의하고 학습 데이터 생성 모듈을 바탕으로 각각의 기계학습 모델의 학습 데이터를 생성하는 것이다. 시스템의 확장성의 검증을 위해 실험에서는 노인의 건강상태 알림 서비스를 위한 심박상태 분석 모델을 대상으로 한 학습데이터 생성 스키마를 기반으로 학습데이터 생성 모델을 정의하고 실환경에서 정의된 모델을 S/W에 적용하여 학습데이터를 생성한다. 또한 생성된 학습데이터의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 사용되는 기계학습 모델에 생성한 학습데이터를 학습시켜 정확도를 비교하는 과정을 보인다.

Out-door learning activity in environmental education has been emphasized as an effective method in environmental education since the aims of environmental education emphasize students'value, attitude, actions as well as knowledge. In order to implement successfully out-door learning activity in environmental education classrooms, teachers'perceptions to environmental problems and experiences at fields are essential. An environmental education network among the metropolitan city and provincial office of education, nongovernmental organization of environmental movement and education and university was established and a teachers'in-service training program of out-door learning centered environmental education was implemented. The program was developed in order to 1) connect environmental education with the regional environmental situations, 2) provide teachers with opportunities to participate in an out-door learning program, and 3) train teachers to be environmental education leaders of out-door learning. For evaluation of the program, responses of participants to questionnaire were analyzed. Most of teachers responded that their perception of environment was changed positively after the participation in the program. This study suggested that a future planning of a teachers'in-service training program of out-door learning centered environmental education should be developed in considerations of arranging enough hours for out-door learning at regional environmental sites, applying performance assessment, providing teachers with multiple opportunities with programs in different levels including enriched programs, and establishing an environmental education network among nongovernmental organization of environment movement and education, university, and local offices and department of education.

본 연구는 21세기 IT 산업을 주도할 유비쿼터스 시대에 대비하여 IT 인력 양성을 대표하는 국내 대학의 유비쿼터스 기술 및 서비스 인력의 양성실태를 파악하고자한 것이다. 이에, 유비쿼터스 기술 및 서비스 인력에 대한 체계적인 분류체계를 개발하고, 국내 대학의 유비쿼터스 기술 및 서비스 관련 인력 양성 실태를 분석하여 시사점 및 대안을 제시하였다. 유비쿼터스 기술 관련 인력은 유비쿼터스 환경 하에서의 정보의 흐름에 따라 분류하였고, 유비쿼터스 서비스 관련 인력은 유비쿼터스 사용자의 관점에서 분류하였다. 본 연구의 결과물은 유비쿼터스 인력을 양성하기 위한 산 학 연 관의 협력 프로그램을 개발하는데 도움을 줄 것이며, 향후 유비쿼터스 인력의 수급 전망을 분석하는데 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The educational process and result of onboard training should be evaluated according to the 1995 Amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch-keeping for seafarers(STCW), 1978. In particular, the revised Convention requires that a trainee's seagoing service must be recorded in each cadet's Training Record Book approved by the maritime administration responsible for the issuance of certificates of competency. Trainees for certification under regulation III/1 of the STCW Convention are required to complete an approved on-board training programme. The purpose of this paper is to understand the compliance of the education for an approved on-board training programme. The questionnaire was distributed among 110 cadets being trained on board the training ship of the maritime college of the Mokpo National Maritime University. In this study, we conducted the questionnaire survey which is related to the on-board training programme such as marine engineering; controlling the operation of the ship and care for persons on board; electrical, electronic and control engineering; etc. The survey revealed that onboard training program was normally satisfactory, however, lack of practical training tools and time have accounted for most of the reasons for dissatisfaction. Therefore, it is our goal to enhance the satisfactory value of onboard training education by analyzing the reason of the dissatisfaction.

It was enacted 'Emergency Medical Act' in January, 1994 beginning the emergency medical service system from 1982, and while it was established the emergency medical department in junior college providing the detailed agenda about emergency medical technician and the regulation relative to the application of a law on the emergency medical act in 1995, the fire school and the National Medical Center are enforced the curriculum. It is very important subject faced for the construction of emergency medical system to produce a number of emergency medical technicians to be sufficient to the role of emergency aid. In this study it is analysed the training curriculum for the emergency medical technician and presented the improvement plans. 1. Though it needs the qualification level of first and second class in the selection process, the more important thing needs the detailed qualification level by term of one's service and the skills of business accomplishment. 2. In the examination management, (1) written examination is composed of the questions to understand how much faithfully they carry out the practical business as the emergency medical technicians, (2) it is added practical examination as the item to appraise the situation disposal ability. 3. It is necessary to prescribe the activity in the medical institution and ambulance arrangement through the development of 'Business Treatment Guide'. 4. For the regional balanced disposition of emergency medical personnel it is selected balanceably the educational institution by eight medical service areas, and considering the characteristics of region it is necessary to manage, in the practical business training course, another special course such as the mountains medical aid and sea medical aid. 5. In the period of education the first class needs the practical business training period of a certain period after passing examination, and the second class needs the extension of the period. 6. As the problems to improve in the curriculum [1] in the first class course (1) intensification of practical educaiton (2) reinforcement of curriculum (3) the development of standardized curriculum etc., [2] in the second class course (1) varieties of curriculum (2) intensification of basic first aid treatment education.

Since Environmental Education in Elementary School is taught separately in various subject area, a well-founded and organized curriculum in integrated Environmental Education is needed to educate teachers for professional development. In this research, a curriculum for elementary teacher in-service training program was developed in order to improve both environmental and educational competencies of elementary school teachers. The curriculum was based on the needs analysis on Environmental Education training for elementary school teachers. Also it was based on international and updated perspectives on Environmental Education, Education for Sustainable Development. The curriculum consists of the introduction and the particular perspectives. The particular is made of 60 hours, which covers 6 perspectives on environment. They are ecological perspective, environmental ethics perspective, social-cultural perspective, economic perspective, environmental hygienic perspective, and environmental policy. Environmental policies of Korea and the world were included so that teachers will understand efforts made at national level and participate more to environmental action in their schools. Lesson objectives were specified for teachers to apply this curriculum to their classroom easily. Related elementary curriculum and textbook were indicated at the end of each lesson so teachers can link their training setting with their classroom setting. Especially, in this curriculum various teaching and teaming methods for each lesson are introduced. Thus, this re- search is very practical for elementary school teachers who are planning to teach environment in their classroom.
