Objectives : This thesis aims to provide basic materials for exploring trends and operational strategy of the cyber training. To achieve study purpose, it analyzed the satisfaction of trainees in regard to the education of field training course of Cyber Oral Health Promotion Program, established and operated between 2007 and 2009. Methods : This study conducted questionnaire surveys after the completion of training to utilize the satisfaction level of 989 respondents among 1,310 employees of public institutions who completed the field training course of Cyber Oral Health Promotion Program. Results : Respondents showed satisfaction on the training course throughout three years in terms of satisfaction of instructional methods (screen characteristics, educational techniques, and so on) according to educational contents, the connection and realization of online education and service satisfaction, necessary for learning in association with educational guidance, offered to learners by a tutor and rapidity in questions and answers. A majority of respondents in all years answered that they participated in training program voluntarily for self-development and improvement in work ability, and they thought that the completion of course would be helpful to their current work and future work. In addition, cyber training program was primarily conducted in the working place by 72.5%, and the most difficult thing in cyber training was to combine work and learning by 60.6%. Conclusions : As shown in the results above, workers in public institutions were satisfied with cyber job training and it was evaluated that cyber job training would be helpful to performing their actual work. Therefore, it is needed to collect and evaluate more diverse requirements of trainees with regard to cyber job training, and the development and operation of job training program that reflects these results sufficiently is required.

최근 K팝을 필두로 한 한류열풍과 K뷰티에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 또한, 국내 뷰티 서비스 산업에 대한 인기와 영향력이 커지며 경제적, 문화적 파급효과가 지속해서 확대되고 있다. 해당 파급효과와 더불어 국내 뷰티 서비스 발전에 따른 인력 수요에 대응한 전문인력양성 필요성이 강조되고 있기도 하며 뷰티 아카데미의 실 수요자인 교육생도 점차 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 뷰티 아카데미에서 제공하는 교육서비스에 있어 교육목적을 달성하기 위한 교육서비스 품질요인의 중요성과 관계몰입 간 영향 관계 및 교육서비스 성과를 살펴보는 것이다. 나아가 교육서비스 제공 활동을 비롯하여 행정지원서비스, 교육프로그램 등의 중요성을 도출하는 것이다. 하지만 뷰티 서비스 제공에 따르는 전문인력 양성을 위한 연구는 뷰티 산업의 발전속도에 비하여 부족한 편이다. 따라서 뷰티 서비스 교육이 강조되고 있는 현재 시점에서 본 연구는 국내 프랜차이즈 뷰티 아카데미의 교육생들이 교육서비스 품질을 바탕으로 하는 관계몰입과 교육서비스 성과에 간의 영향 관계를 살펴볼 것이다. 본 연구 수행을 위해 설정한 측정변수는 프로그램, 강사자질, 수강료, 외적 서비스, 서비스 공정성, 관계몰입, 신뢰수준, 교육서비스 성과이다. 해당 변수들은 설문조사를 통한 자료를 분석하여 측정하였으며 실증분석 결과 아래와 같은 내용을 도출하였다. 첫째, 뷰티 아카데미에서 제공하는 교육서비스 품질인 프로그램, 외적 서비스, 서비스 공정성, 관계몰입 그리고 신뢰수준은 관계몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 교육프로그램의 체계성과 다양성 등 학원 측에서 제공하는 교육서비스가 수강생에게 일률적인 관계몰입을 가능케 하는 것으로 나타났다. 교육서비스 품질 자체가 수강생 입장에서 뷰티 서비스 제공에 필요한 전문지식을 학습 받고 학원과의 관계에 유기적인 역할을 하는 것이다. 둘째, 교육서비스 품질과 관계몰입에 있어 학원과 수강생 간 신뢰수준의 조절 효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 이는 학원이 제공하는 교육서비스에 대하여 수강생들의 실질적인 신뢰 관계를 통해 더욱 높은 수준의 서비스품질을 느끼게 된다는 것이다. 위와 같은 실증분석 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구가 가지는 시사점은 교육서비스 성과로 대표되는 수강생 실력과 만족도를 향상할 방안을 강구하는 것이다. 뷰티 아카데미라는 학원 입장에서 제공하는 교육서비스 품질이 교육시설이나 수강생들의 진로 선택에도 큰 영향을 미칠 것이기 때문이다. 교육 자체에 관한 일관성과 편의성, 지식 지향성 등의 특성이 종합적으로 고려되어야 할 것이며 학원의 외부환경인 외적 서비스 요인을 통한 이미지 형성으로 강력한 시장 입지를 구축해야 한다. 나아가 경쟁업체와의 차별화된 전략 제시 측면에서도 교육서비스품질요인은 수강생과의 관계몰입에 상당히 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알 수 있기에 수강생의 행동에 수반되는 수요를 사전적으로 파악하여 수강생 개인이 경험하는 심리적 안정감에도 관계 마케팅 역할이 중요할 것이다.

본 논문은 예비교원의 소프트웨어 교육 역량 강화를 위해 마련된 소프트웨어 에듀톤 프로그램의 내용을 소개하고 그 성과를 분석하여 보고하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 지역별 소프트웨어 에듀톤 예선을 거쳐 선발된 22팀의 초등예비교사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 설문의 영역은 SW능력 수준, 학습 동기, 교육 결과, 강사 만족도, 멘토 교사 만족도, 교육과정 만족도, 교육과정 운영 및 관리에 대한 만족도로 구성하였다. 또한 예비교원들을 지도한 멘토 교사들이 작성한 멘토 교사 일지를 분석에 사용하였다. 본 논문은 양적 및 질적 자료 분석을 통한 소프트웨어 에듀톤 프로그램의 성과 분석 결과와 향후 에듀톤 프로그램 운영을 위한 개선 방향을 제안하고 있다.

Purpose: This study seeks to assess the educational needs pertaining to staff competency for alcohol prevention services in the workplace. Methods: The subjects were staff in charge of alcohol prevention services in four organizations. A questionnaire was modified pursuant to the IC & RC (International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium) Certified Prevention Specialist role delineation. The questionnaire consisted of five domains with 27 items. Data were collected via the self-administered questionnaire from October to November of 2009. 400 questionnaires were mailed and 144(36.0%) were returned. The collected data were analyzed using the Borich's needs assessment model and with SPSS/WIN 15.0. Results: Overall mean scores for the importance levels of competency ratings were 3.79, while the performance levels of the competency were 2.13 and Borich's need results were 6.32. Public Health and Mental Health Center showed the highest degree of educational needs in terms of education & program development (p=.022). Conclusion: The perceived importance levels pertaining to staff competency for alcohol prevention services in the workplace were higher than those of the current performance levels. Staff working for alcohol prevention services in the workplace showed a different level of educational need as regards these competency levels according to service providers. To promote the effectiveness of alcohol prevention services in the workplace, the development of an educational program to meet the needs of the service providers is necessary.

본 연구에서는 예비화학교사들이 모델의 이그노런스 교육을 교육실습에 적용할 수 있도록 교수프로그램을 제공하여 교육적 효과를 알아보았다. 교수프로그램의 구성은 Odden & Russ의 연구에서 제안한 센스메이킹 개념과 Asli 등이 제안한 교사의 센스메이킹 단계를 고려하여 구성하였다. 연구 대상은 우리나라 중부 지역에 있는 교사 양성 대학의 화학교육과 4학년 예비교사 23명이었다. 교수프로그램은 모델의 이그노런스 교육에 대한 센스메이킹 형성을 위하여, 초기 생각 도출 단계, 불일치 상황에서 모델의 이그노런스 인식 단계, 모델의 이그노런스 교육을 위한 수업 전략 구성 단계, 그리고 교육실습을 통한 수업 실행 계획 및 실천 단계 등 4단계로 구성하였다. 이 프로그램의 첫 단계를 통해 산·염기 반응의 아레니우스 모델과 브뢴스테드-로리 모델, 산화·환원 반응의 전자 이동 모델에 대한 예비교사들의 초기 아이디어를 알아보았다. 두 번째 단계를 통해 모델의 지식으로 설명할 수 없는 불일치 상황을 제시하여 모델의 이그노런스를 인식하도록 하였다. 세 번째 단계로 교과서 분석과 수업 전략 구성 활동을 통해 모델의 이그노런스 교수 역량을 기르는 활동을 하였다. 마지막 단계로 교육실습 동안 예비교사들에게 모델의 이그노런스 교육 실행을 계획하고 실천해 보도록 하였다. 이러한 모델의 이그노런스 교육에 대한 센스메이킹 형성 교수프로그램을 통해 예비교사들은 모델의 이그노런스를 인식하게 되었으며, 모델 이그노런스를 반영한 수업 전략 구성 및 실천 역량을 획득하고, 모델의 이그노런스를 가르치는 것의 교육적 가치와 필요성에 대하여 인식하게 되었다.

Constructivism is defined in a variety of ways (e.g., constructivist research paradigm, sociological constructivism, and philosophical constructivism) and applied in vastly different contexts. Among the various usages and interpretations of constructivism, one is educational constructivism that embodies an epistemological view of knowledge and learning that is an alternative to naive empiricism or classical behaviorism. To represent the full range of stances taken by educational constructivists, three versions of educational constructivism were considered in this study: individual constructivism originating in the work of Piaget, the radical version of constructivism associated with von Glasersfeld, and the social constructivism of Vygotsky. I investigated preservice teachers' meaning construction about constructivist epistemology as they went through their preservice teacher education program using in-depth interviews. This preservice teacher education program employs constructivist aspects of teacher education and generates applications of constructivism to the practice of teaching. Features of preservice teachers' internalized meanings of educational constructivism include: (1)traditional pedagogy as the default, (2) Literal interpretation of constructivism, (3) Individual constructivism as conceptual change learning, (4) Radical constructivism as a strong individualistic philosophy, (5) Social constructivism as being too ideal to be practical. A compilation of the teachers' own statements about how to implement conceptual change learning and their projected role as constructivist teacher is also provided.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 대상으로 교육서비스품질을 교육프로그램, 교수, 교육환경, 명성과 취업으로 구성하여 학생만족을 통한 행동의지에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 경남 1개 대학 간호대학생 350명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였으며, 최종 321부를 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 통계분석을 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 간호대학생이 인지하는 교육서비스품질의 구성개념 모두 학생만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향이 있으며 명성과 취업, 교육프로그램, 교육환경, 교수의 순으로 영향력의 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 학생만족은 행동의지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향이 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 교육서비스품질을 높이기 위한 질 관리가 필요하며 영향력의 상대적 크기를 반영하여 체계적인 관리가 요구된다.

본 연구는 취업 전 간호대학생에게 적용된 실무중심 교육프로그램이 신규간호사의 임상수행능력, 비판적 사고와 이직율에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 실무중심 교육프로그램에 참여한 후 해당 병원에 취업한 간호사 와 실무중심 교육프로그램에 참여하지 않고 해당 병원에 취업한 간호사를 대상으로 실시한 단일군 전후설계 및 비동등성 대조군 사후설계 연구이다. 연구결과 취업 전 실무중심 교육프로그램에 참여한 간호사의 임상수행능력과 비판적 사고는 높게 나타났으며, 실무중심 교육프로그램에 간호사의 입사 후 1개월 이내 이직율은 감소하였다. 병원 취업 전 간호대학생때부터 실무중심의 교육프로그램을 운영하는 것이 중요하며 신규 간호사의 인적자원관리를 위해서 새롭게 시도한 실무중심 교육프로그램은 학교에서 학생의 임상실습 교과과정 개발과 병원에서 간호사 교육프로그램 개발 시 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

This study analyzed the differences for educational training demographic characteristics and provides basic information for efficient education. The meaningful results of this study were as follows. First for gender, seven-factors except for education satisfaction had significant differences. Second for age, five-factors education performance, education satisfaction, professionalism, diversity, and education had significant difference. Third, for occupation and position, eight-factors had significant differences. We realized that senior staff of Grade 3 or above had the highest level in six-factors education concentration, education performance, education satisfaction, motivation, professionalism and diversity. Finally, for employment period, six factors except for professionalism and motivation had significant differences.

본 연구는 테크놀로지 활용 지원체계의 확대, 교사의 지식과 신념, 교사교육 프로그램의 분석 틀의 문헌연구를 기초로 국내 수학교육과의 관련 교육의 현황과 현안, 발전 방향을 탐색하였다. 강좌개설 및 운영 자료는 설문조사와 강의계획서로 수집한 결과 강의는 수업의 향상을 목적으로 하며 전체 학과의 1/3에 수학교육관련 ICT 강의가 개설되지 않았다. 테크놀로지 통합 예비 중등수학교사교육을 위하여 국가적으로 교육과정의 방향과 세부내용의 부조화, 소프트웨어와 교과서 등 지원 부족 문제 해결을 통한 교육현장 개선과 교사교육의 포괄적, 세부적 방향설정이 중요하며 무엇보다도 테크놀로지 활용 관련 비전의 공유가 필요하다.
