  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the business process in which Korea Land & Housing Corporation utilizes spatial DB of NSDI(National Spatial Data Infrastructure) for compensation service. By the analysis of spatial data connected with compensation service, the influence of the matching error among spatial data on the business process for the service is identified and it is required to draw a direction for improvement in it.

  • The biggest factors, which lower the machining accuracy of machine, are thermal deformation and chatter vibration. In this article, we introduce the development case of a device and technology that can automatically compensate thermal deformation errors of machine during long-time processing on the machine tool's CNC (Computerized Numerical Controller) in real time. In machine processing, the data acquisition of temperature signal in real time and auto-compensation of the machine origin of machine tools depending on thermal deformation have significant influence on improving the machining accuracy and the rate of operation. Thus, we attempts to introduce the related contents of the development we have made in this article : The development of a device that embedded the acquisition part of temperature data, linear regression to get compensation value, compensation model of neural network and a system that compensates the machine origin of machine tool automatically during manufacturing process on the CNC.

Dual Pickup 대물렌즈의 생산을 위한 주요 Parameter 및 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Key Parameters and Characteristics in the Manufacturing Process of the Dual Pickup Objective Lens)

  • In order to operate CD and DVD compatibly in a pickup system, the objective lens comprise diffractive optical element(DOE) zone and aspheric curvature on its lens surface. The DOE objective lens is effective to simplify this dual-purpose pickup system of the 655nm and 785nm wavelength by using only one lens, but requires more precision manufacturing process and system due to the complicated shape. This paper presents the overall manufacturing process of this objective lens and describes main parameters in each process, for the correction of the aspheric surface in its core, the shrinkage compensation after injection molding, and the uniformity compensation by adjusting molding conditions.

엔드밀 가공에서 2축 절사력 PI 제어를 통한 커터 런아웃 제거에 관한 연구 (Cutter Runout Elimination in End Milling through Two-Axes PI Force Control)

  • This paper presents the in-process runout compensation methodology to improve the surface quality of circular contouring cut in end milling process. The runout compensation system is based on the manipulation of workpiece position relative to cutter in minimizing the cutting force oscillation at spindle frequency. the basic concept of this approach is realized on a end milling machine whose machining table accommodates a set of orthogonal translators perpendicular to the spindle axis. The system performed that measuring the runout related cutting force component, formulating PI controlling commands, and the manipulating the workpiece position to counteract the variation of chip load during the circular contouring cut. To evaluate the runout compensation system performance, experimental study based on the implementation of two-axes PI force control is presented in the context of cutting force regulation and part surface finish improvement.

A Study of Seam Tracking and Error Compensation for Plasma Arc Welding of Corrugation Panel

  • This paper describes weld seam tracking and error compensation methods of automatic plasma arc welding system designed for the corrugation panel that consists of a linear section and a curved section with various curvatures. Realizing automatic welding system, we are faced with two problems. One is a precise seam tracking and the other is an arc length control. Due to the complexity of the panel shape, it is difficult to find a seam and operate a torch manually in the welding process. So, laser vision sensor for seam tracking is equipped for sensing the seam position and controlling the height of a torch automatically. To attain more precise measurement of an arc length, we measure the 3D shape of the panel and analyze error factors according to the various panel states and caused errors are predicted through the welding process. Using that result, compensation algorithm is added to that of arc length control and real time error compensation is achieved. The result shows that these two methods work effectively.

직무발명 보상액 산정 방법론의 개선 방안 연구 (A Study on Improvement of the Calculation Methodology of Employee Invention Compensation)

  • 2016년 통계청의 자료에 따르면 법인의 직무발명 비중이 늘어나고 있음에도 불구하고, 정당한 직무발명보상을 실시하지 않는 기업은 56.9%나 되는 것으로 집계되었다. 하나의 원인은 객관적인 특허 기여율 산출 방식과 정당한 보상의 명확한 기준이 정립되지 못했기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 정당한 직무발명 보상금 산정을 위해 DCF (Discounted cash flow)와 AHP (Analytical hiearchy process) 방법론을 활용한 새로운 특허 기여율 산출 방식을 제시하고 이를 활용하여 실제 사례를 통해 검증하였다. 그 결과 기존 판례의 보상금 산정보다 2.3배 높은 금액이 산정되었으며 이는 정당한 보상금 산정에 있어 명확한 기준이 정립되지 않아 발명자 보호에 매우 미흡한 현 상황에서 조금 더 발명자를 보호할 수 있는 객관적인 보상금 산정 기준을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 방법론은 계산방법과 절차가 단순하여 중소기업을 위한 직무발명 보상 기법으로 활용 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

중학교 학생들의 보상문제해결 과정에 대한 분석 (A Study on the Problem-solving Process in Compensation Performance of Middle School Students)

  • 이 연구에서는 중학교 학생들의 보상논리 문제해결 과정을 알아보았다. 이 연구를 위해 서울 소재 남녀공학 중학교 3개반 5개조 21명을 대상으로 하였으며, 보상논리를 주제로 한 활동의 수업내용을 참여 관찰하였고, 그 내용을 녹음하여 조사${\cdot}$분석하였다. 학생들의 보상논리 형성과정을 분석한 결과 학생들은 개인마다 각기 다른 유형의 형성과정을 나타내었다. 수학적 연산력이 뛰어나난 학생들은 비례식에 의해 보상논리를 설명하고 반비례관계와 보상논리는 같은 개념이라고 생각하는 경향이 강했고, 보존논리가 잘 발달되지 않는 학생들은 보상논리 형성과정에서 평형을 유지하려는 힘은 보존된다는 생각과 두 변인의 관계를 연관지어 생각하지 못하였다. 보상논리 형성에 성공한 학생들은 다른 학생들에 비해서 보존개념 형성정도가 높았다.

우리나라 기술도입의 보상구조 특성분석 (A Study on the Characteristics of Compensation Structures of Korean Technology Imports)

  • This study examines the underlying properties of compensation structures and empirically test the difference in a various aspects of the compensation structures of Korean technology imports. In particular, this study looks into the trends of technology licensing from abroad in Korea and analyze the patterns of compensation structures in terms of compensation type, contract period and royalty rate by licensor country, group of licensor countries, size of licensee companies and area of licensed technologies. By doing so, this paper investigates how compensation structures in international technology transactions are determined in Korea and draw implications from the process of discussion.

  • Electrical discharge machining (EDM) is one of the most extensively used non-conventional material removal process. The recent trend in reducing the size of product has given micro EDM a significant amount of research attention. Micro EDM is capable of machining not only micro holes and micro shafts as small as a few micrometers in diameter but also complex three dimensional micro cavities. But, longitudinal tool wear by electrical discharge is indispensable and this affects the machining accuracy in micro EDM process. Therefore, newly developed tool wear compensation strategy called round trip method is suggested and verified by experiment. In this method, machining depth of cut, overlap effect and critical travel length are also considered.

An I-V Circuit with Combined Compensation for Infrared Receiver Chip

  • This paper proposes a novel combined compensation structure in the infrared receiver chip. For the infrared communication chip, the current-voltage (I-V) convert circuit is crucial and important. The circuit is composed by the transimpedance amplifier (TIA) and the combined compensation structures. The TIA converts the incited photons into photocurrent. In order to amplify the photocurrent and avoid the saturation, the TIA uses the combined compensation circuit. This novel compensation structure has the low frequency compensation and high frequency compensation circuit. The low frequency compensation circuit rejects the low frequency photocurrent in the ambient light preventing the saturation. The high frequency compensation circuit raises the high frequency input impedance preserving the sensitivity to the signal of interest. This circuit was implemented in a $0.6{\mu}m$ BiCMOS process. Simulation of the proposed circuit is carried out in the Cadence software, with the 3V power supply, it achieves a low frequency photocurrent rejection and the gain keeps 109dB ranging from 10nA to $300{\mu}A$. The test result fits the simulation and all the results exploit the validity of the circuit.
