The study is conducted in order to identify whether there is difference in laboratory safety management committee and safety manager appointment for type of institutes(university, research institute, enterprise institute). The study conducted statistical analysis of 2484 institutes (university, research institute, enterprise institute) that attended 'current status of laboratory safety management' by year(number of current status participation). As a result, university showed increase in forming safety management committee as the number of current status(year) increases. The number of safety management committee held were the highest amongst all institutes being 2 held/2 year. Furthermore, period of safety management committee held at university and research institutes are decreasing stately. For 2014, the rate of hosting periodic committee and temporary committee simultaneously when necessary are increasing. The rate of appointing safety manager who is in charge of laboratory safety is increasing in university, but it is decreasing in research institute and enterprise institute. The work pattern of safety manager in university is increase in exclusive duties and decrease in adjunct duties, while work pattern in research institute and enterprise institute is more on the contract duties.

The study focuses on analysing situation of disasters and characteristics in construction process which the technical construction firms accomplish. Besides, the study aims at the role and responsibilities of technical construction firms in construction safety. It is found out by a questionnaire and interviews in this study that safety control and management have a key role to prevent accidents in construction projects. Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that institutional improvement and support strategies are suggested and that additional to the support of the government and institutions in charge of the field of construction safety the effort of the first contractor, the second contractor and the laborer it is also important.

This study is aimed to investigate the occupational safety and health management of contractor company in the steel industry. Many companies now only carry out core functions inhouse and ancillary functions have been outsourced. This results in transferring risk to the contractor. The questionnaire survey was conducted on the suppliers and contractors of steel industry. Data were collected from 29 companies and their 240 contractor companies. From the survey result, it was found that the level of safety and health management is above the average. To strengthen the relationship for safety and health management, the supplier should provide more data and design a curriculum to train workers of contractor company. Also it is needed that the supplier company employ the person in exclusive charge to support contractor.

If you examine the Industrial Disaster Analysis Content that occurs every year in the small and medium enterprise, industrial disaster occurs because of manager's lack of safety and worker's unprepared safety education. Therefore effective safety education systems are needed to offer adequate knowledge and technology to the workers. On this research, to give an effective education way to decrease industrial disaster we administered to the workers who are in charge of 300 workplace in Incheon area to search actual condition of industrial disaster and to disclose a link between industrial disaster and industrial safety education. We put in effect on frequency study and examined x2 using SPSSWIN 10.0. On the research, the results shows that the industrial safety education and training are in effect regularly and the satisfaction are low. But the manager's satisfactions are high through safety education. So it shows that we need to find a way to put in effect safety education to satisfy the workers.

The epoxy resin materials used in outdoor high voltage equipments are required to have the high electric performance because of the miniaturization. The frequence dependence of the permittivity and the loss tangent have important information. In this paper we describe the frequency dependence of the permittivity and the loss tangent for epoxy resin filled with silica and the influence of filler shapes on the dielectric properties. The increment of tan $\delta$ in the low frequency region is caused by the increment of both the electrical conductivity and the polarization due to the shape of filler and the water absorbed in and near the interface between fillers and resins. The result of charge current and discharge measure, electric conduction is increased according to voltage.

Although all costs concerned in transportation be separated by region and each terms and conditions of Incoterms that state cleary them who have to pay the charges. But, almost lcl exporters donot want to pay their charges the carriers at loading port eventhough they make the contracts with the importer as FOB and CFR of Incoterms. And the carrier have been do not bill the FOB charges to the shipper. Now, there are no more Incoterms in LCL transportation. So, the importer have been payed loading port charges twice, first, the contract with the shipper, secondly, through the destination charge. These problems make decreasing of trading volume and increasing of logistics costs. We suggest every traders and carriers separate the costs as per the price terms and conditions of incoterms and bill/receive the costs separated the trader who have to pay the charges as per their price terms. It will bring mutual success in the world and increasing trade.

In this study the main elements which can be commonly adopted to every kind of business are selected through the research, case-study, benchmarking common items of a direct or indirect loss cost. As a result of the development of a program for evaluating loss cost a case or accumulated data can be easily managed through estimating the direct and indirect loss cost as tell as the ratio between directs and indirect cost. The program is fit to case-study and we are compared direct cost with indirect cost. Automatically, this program showed ratio between directs and indirect cost for style, scale of accident The person in charge of safety and hygiene can have better chances to get into management also the owner or the CEO can recognize the importance of management of safety and hygiene. So this can guide the company to invest in a prevention of disaster and to adopt a safety and hygiene management promote the prevention activity of a company, and finally decrease the accident rate in the country.

In the electrode fabrication of unit cell, we found that optimal the electrochemical characteristics were obtained with at 90 wt.% of activated carbon(BP-20), 5 wt.% of conducting agent(Ppy, Super P) and 5 wt.% of P(VdF-co-HFP)/PVP mixed binder. The electrochemical characteristics of unit cell with Ppy improver were as follows : 37.6 F/g of specific capacitance, 0.98 $\Omega$ of AC-ESR, 2.92 Wh/kg and 6.05 Wh/L of energy density, and 754 W/kg and 1,562 W/L of power density. It was confirmed that internal resistance were reduced due to the increase of electrical conductivity and filling density by the introduction of conductivity agent, and content of conducting agent was suitable in the range of 4~6 wt.%. According to the impedance measurement of the electrode with conductivity agent, we found that it was possible to charge rapidly by the fast steady-state current convergence due to low equivalent series resistance(AC-ESR), fast charge transfer rate at interface between electrode and electrolyte, and low RC time constant.

The value of charge currnet, discharge current, ${\varepsilon}r^'$,${\varepsilon}r^{'}$ residual voltage was measured inorder to investigate electric properties in Ethylene Prophylene Rubber for is irradiated C0$^{60}$$\gamma$ ray 0~38.1 Mrad. The value of charge current and the discharging current of the EPR is influenced by C0$^{60}$-$\gamma$- irradiation dose. The charging current and the discharging current of EPR increas, depending on the ratio of degradation. As the irradiatin dose is increased, the peak of residual voltage moves to the slorter time. The properties specific electric constant due to time variation was appeared dispersion by plentiful C0$^{60}$$\gamma$- irradiation dose. The increase of peak in ${\varepsilon}r^{'}$ is attrib uted to the irratiation dose almost proportionally.

Gasoline prices vary across Korea. Some gas stations charge higher prices, while others charge lower prices. In this paper, we try to find: why gasoline prices differ markedly across regions. We empirically estimate the determinants of gas prices by incorporating supply side factors as well as demand side factors into the empirical model. Empirical results show that both location-specific factors and store-specific factors affect gas prices. Concentration of competing stores, store brands, ownership of gas stations, and self-service availability influence gas prices. In addition, the availability of other customer services such as convenience stores, car wash, and auto repairs affects gas prices.
