In this paper, we propose a new fast Hough transform to improve the processing time and line detection of Hough transform that is widely used in various vision systems. First, for the fast processing time, we reduce the number of features by using multi-statistical methods and also reduce the dimension of angle through six separate directions. Next, for improving the line detection, we effectively detect the lines of various directions by designing the line detection method which detects line in proportion to the number of features in six separate directions. The proposed method was evaluated with previous methods and obtained the excellent results. The processing time was improved in about 20% to 50% and line detection was performed better in various directions than conventional methods with experimental images.

농림부에서 실시하고 있는 농가경제조사의 현황을 살펴보고, 표본조사의 결과로서 발표되는 농가경제통계의 통계적 신뢰도를 분석하였으며 통계결과의 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있는 개선방향을 제시하였다. 그리고 향후 농가경제조사가 지향해야 할 방향을 제시하고 이를 실현하기 위한 몇가지 방법을 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 외국인에게 중국어를 가르칠 수 있는 중국어 교사의 역량에 관한 현직 중국어 교사의 인식을 알아봄으로써 개선 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국 산동성 Q시에 외국인에게 중국어를 가르치고 있는 중국어 교사들 56명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 중국어 교사로서의 역량에 대해 그 중요정도는 중국어 교사들이 비교적인 높은 평균값으로 인식하고 있다는 것으로 나타났지만, 실제 보유정도는 평균 점수가 비교적인 낮은 것으로 나타냈다. 이런 결과를 바탕으로 내린 결론은 다음과 같다. 외국인에게 중국어를 가르칠 수 있는 중국어 교사의 역량이 시식, 기술, 소양 3가지 요소로 여길 수 있다. 중국어 교사 역량을 높이기 위하여 중국 문화에 관한 지식, 교수-학습 방법과 기능, 다문화 적응, 교학 연구 등 측면에 편중하게 노력해야 할 필요가 있다. 앞으로 중국어 교사 양성 및 연수 프로그램에서 중국 문화에 대한 지식 학습을 강화할 뿐만 아니라, 언어 교육의 다양한 교수-학습 방법에 대한 학습을 중시해야 한다. 양호한 심리적 소양을 유지하면서 다문화 적응 능력도 향상시켜야 한다.

This paper presents the laser processing to adjust the roll and pitch directions of the flex suspension assembly for hard disk drive production. The adjustment is accomplished using a number of laser beam projections that can be approximated using the regression model of the existing measured roll and pitch directions. Information derived from the analysis can be applied to control the quality of flex suspension assembly. The performances of the proposed technique were observed using the flex suspension assembly plant in Thailand as an illustrative case study. The experimental results are given to support the improving manufacturing yields and some economic benefits of the proposed technique.

We have studied electro-optic characteristics to improve viewing angle of the in-plain switching (IPS) liquid crystal display using an compensation film. The IPS mode shows relatively large light leakage and color shift in diagonal directions in a dark state. To solve this problem, we have compensated the low contrast ratio in diagonal directions using one optimized discotic film and adjusting TAC films of polarizers. The compensated IPS mode shows wide viewing angle characteristics that region of CR 50:1 is over $60^{\circ}$ of polar angle in all directions. The optimized IPS cell exhibits much better performances than other methods do in terms of CR and color uniformity.

Seismic resilience (SR) plays a vital role in evaluating and improving performance losses along with saving repair costs of structures from potential earthquakes. To further explore the developments, hotspots, and trend directions of SR, a total of 901 articles are obtained from the Web of Science (WoS) database. CiteSpace software is used to conduct a bibliometric analysis, which indicates an upward trend of publications in SR and explores the relationship of countries, journals, cited references, and keywords based on visual maps and detailed tables. Then, based on the results of the bibliometric analysis, a state-of-the-art review is conducted to further explore the current challenges and trend directions of SR. The trend directions can be divided into five categories: (a) SR assessments of infrastructure structures, (b) multi-hazard quantifications of SR, (c) seismic resilient structures, (d) refining and calibrating analytical models, and (e) multi-criteria decision-making frameworks for sustainability and SR.

정부에서 지원하는 소상공인 정책의 변화 필요성을 정책자금, 창업 및 경영 교육, 컨설팅 및 기타 서비스의 측면으로 살펴보고, 현재 소상공인의 실정에 맞는 정책의 변화 체계를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 정부의 지원정책이 소상공인의 기업 경영에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 특성을 고려하여 소상공인 정책에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 현실에 맞는 소상공인 정책의 변화 필요성의 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 소상공인시장진흥공단에서 시행되는 소상공인 정책의 운영 현황을 먼저 살펴본 후, 창업 한 소상공인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 현실에 맞는 소상공인 정책 변화의 필요성을 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과는 소상공인 정책 패러다임의 변화를 위한 기준을 제시했다는 데에 그 의의가 있다. 소상공인 정책 중 창업 교육 및 정책과 관련하여 연구 범위를 확대하여 소상공인 창업 활성화 방안에 대한 지속적인 연구가 진행되어야 한다.

This paper proposes strategy development to improve the management of Multicultural Family Support Centers by analyzing four Multicultural Family Support Centers (MFSCs) in Chungcheongnam-do. The research was conducted from September 2012 to January 2013. Future directions for the four MFSCs are established based on a SWOT analysis on both the internal and external environments of the centers. Various strategic directions for the four MFSCs were identified based on these analyses. For center A (urban type, college contract type), the strategic directions included the specialization strategy, systemization strategy, empowerment strategy, standardization strategy, and achievement maximization strategy. The strategic directions for center B (urban-rural combined type, social welfare center contract type) included the improvement of multiculture awareness, specialization strategy, human resource development strategy, and networking strategy. For center C (farming and fishing community type, direct management type by local authority), the strategic directions included the specialization strategy, activation strategy, qualification strategy, and networking strategy. For center D (farming and fishing community type, social welfare center contract type), the strategic directions included the specialization strategy, business standardization strategy, human resource development strategy, and network expansion strategy. The suggested management strategy development for the four MFSCs can provide implications for the management of MFSCs in other areas in Korea.

본 논문에서는 디인터레이싱 방법 중에서 가장 중요한 요소인 공간 필터의 성능 개선을 위한 새로운 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존의 에지 기반 알고리즘들은 보간의 성능을 좌우하는 정확한 에지 방향을 판단함에 있어서 만족스럽지 못하다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 에지 대신에 원 영상의 이진화 된 영상을 근간으로 에지의 방향과 기울기를 판단함으로써 효율성과 정확도를 증가시켰으며 보다 완만한 각에서의 방향판단을 위하여 탐색 윈도우 수평 크기를 IS로 증가시켰다. 기존의 에지를 이용한 방항 판단보다 이진화 된 이미지를 근간으로 에지의 방항과 기울기를 판단하여 보간 했을 때 판단의 오류를 최소화하여 차질을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 다양한 종류의 영상에 대한 컴퓨터 모의 실험 결과를 통하여 기존의 에지 기반의 보간 방법들에 비해 성능이 매우 우수함을 보였다.
