  • The 7th national curriculum is focused on breeding an independent and creative Korean who will lead the age of globalism and information in the 21st century. It is necessary to improve the existing assessment methods in order to develop higher thinking abilities such as creativity and problem-solving skill. Although teachers have been aware of this necessity, they have realized that it is difficult to improve the current assessment methods. In this study, we selected some assessment domains on science learning with literature reviews and case analysis. In addition, we calculated the degree of its importance by the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). We suggest a direction for improving the present assessment domains on science learning on the basis of the research. Inquiry, cognitive, creative, and affective domain among assessment domains seemed to be listed in order of importance. Moreover, problem-identifying, hypothesizing, and inquiry-planning appeared to be the highest in the degree of importance among sub categories. Considering the results of this study, the current school assessment system which is focused on cognitive domain should be improved.

  • The purpose of this study was to design a training program for utilization of 3D special makeup mask program. This study was conducted with a 3D computer graphics software program, for special makeup mask using a variety of creative educational models and case study with comparative analysis. The makeup program applied to the majors and liberal arts classes for program design. Inthis study, the selected major courses included ' stage make up ', make up application', and illustrations and color '. Students were required to take a class targeted to questionnaire completion and analysis. The research method included literature search, and Internet navigation, of experimental research. The research targeted select college students attending a 4-year university located in Dae-jeon, Korea. ETRI's "3D mask special makeup simulation program" was used in support. A survey of the study conducted from September 1, 2013, to August 30, 2014, showed a total of 94 additional statistical analyses. First, grade 3 44.6% was attained by 91.7% of the first year student majoring in liberal arts classes, Second, students' in the 3D special dress up mask program Interestingly, attained high recognition in its mastering, usability, and creativity. Furthermore, the major student satisfaction was higher for the '3D special makeup mask program. Third, students '3D special dress up was one of the biggest advantages of the program', the mask ' that models 3D ' faces. • This paper researches on securing parking spaces and improving parking performance, by use of vehicle license plate investigation for average parking time and parking turnover ratio. Even though general surveys on vehicle license plate investigation are performed by the person, our survey is performed by the machine, CCTV. Unusually, our method checks average parking time and parking turnover ratio at time intervals of the survey. So, it is easy to check whether a parking lot is effectively used and its traffic flows smoothly or not. In our experiment, we exclude a method to recognize characters by use of 4-direction projection.

  • This study is to examine the current problems of teaching gifted children and suggest elements(or factors) to be considered in setting up goals thereof by analyzing incumbent teachers awareness. 121 teachers were arbitrarily selected from 30 different kindergartens located in Seoul and Anyang, and they were interviewed with two parts questionnaires(or opinions) of improving current practice. The first part of the questionnaire is composed of the questions about teachers awareness of gifted children, actual state of teaching gifted children, effects of teaching in kindergarten for gifted children, and desired direction for teaching improvement. The second part of the questionnaire provided interpretation of precociousness by study habit, creativity and definitive properties and asked the number of children qualified in their classes. Since the results of the first interview as to awareness of gifted children were dismal, 40 teachers were thereafter randomly selected again, and the second interview was warranted. The results alarmingly revealed that program of teaching gifted children were barely existing even though the teachers awareness for the needs of special education for the precocious as well of study materials and programs thereof was high. In addition, the teachers familiarity of gifted children was surprisingly low. At the second interview whereby gifted children was explained, the teachers awareness of gifted children was dramatically improved to 40% in comparing with 7.4% at the first interview without explanation of gifted children. Teachers awareness of gifted children was low because of lacking direct or indirect experience of having gifted children and special programs therof in their classes as well as teachers nonchalance. Therefore not only adequate training and education of teachers, but also cultivation of qualified teachers for special programs for the precocious are obligatory. Training of incumbent teachers and determination of gifted children are prerequisite for timely discovery of gifted children and adequate education for them. Development of special education programs and diffusion are also crucial.

  • Culture and art can be said to be an important medium that enhances people's creativity and satisfies our desire for cultural experience as well as emotional cultivation. These arts and culture are spreading all over the world through Hallyu, etc. to this day, and it is naturally positioned as an industry that creates the highest added value. However, rapid industrialization and development of industrialization also provided many negative causes, such as damage to nature due to the decline of factories and equipment industries, pollution and damage to the surrounding environment due to the use of fossil fuels. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the factors necessary for improving the image of the local community and maximizing tourism classes by actively utilizing the idle space abandoned due to industrialization and industrialization as a complex space for culture and art. As a result, empirical analysis was conducted through a total of six factors excluding typology through factor analysis. The results showed that reliability, certainty, and empathy had a positive effect, but responsiveness did not. In addition, the economic effect was found to have a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of digital cultural contents characteristics, perceived values and perceived risks on customer satisfaction and purchase intentions for Chinese consumers, and contribute to the development of digital cultural contents. In addition, a total of 328 valid samples were obtained through an online survey and empirical analysis was conducted. The analysis results of the study are as follows. First, except for creativity, which are characteristics of digital cultural contexts, entertainment and interactivity also have a significantly positive effect on both customer satisfaction and purchase intention. Second, perceived value has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and purchase intention, whereas perceived risk does not have this significant effect. Third, customer satisfaction has a partial mediating effect between the three factors(entertainment, interactivity, perceived value) and purchase intention. Therefore, to promote the development of digital cultural contents, we could promote consumers' purchase behavior by improving satisfaction through content entertainment, communication between content producers and service providers, and unity and value that customers actually feel during the consumption process.

  • As the film industry develops in China, movie posters come in various types. Among them, 'concept poster' has been recognized as an important means to form the first impression of a movie at the early stage of promoting the movie. In China, however, there are not many movie posters that have been recognized for their creativity. Accordingly, it calls for research on creative methods of implicitly expressing the content of the movie. This study analyzed visual expressions in the concept posters of HuangHai, who has been recognized not only for commerciality but also for artistry. The results showed that he did not use images of famous scenes and actors in the movie. Instead, he created the implicit image that reflects the main theme of the movie by using Minimalism, color, typography, and pictorial images. This study has a significance in terms of providing fundamental resources for improving movie poster designs in China.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the curriculum of a university-affiliated science gifted education center based on the core competencies and to suggest a direction for improving the education at the gifted education center. For this purpose, we set the 12 core competencies as follows: 6 cognitive competencies such as knowledge, creativity, scientific thinking ability, inquiry ability, problem solving ability and fusion ability, and 6 non-cognitive competencies such as task commitment, self-directed learning ability, motivation reinforcement and challenge, communication skills, collaboration ability and leadership. The curricula of the science gifted education centers reflect all the competencies, but some competencies are only potentially included in the contents of the programs. In this study, we present examples of education programs by each competences and suggest additional descriptions for the development of gifted education centers.
