본 연구의 목적은 국가의 주요 정책인 저출산 대응전략 모색을 통해 국민들이 출산율의 중요성을 인지하기 위한 정부정책의 효과적인 홍보방안 제안이다. 본 연구는 광고홍보 학계와 실무자들 중에서 정부의 정책광고와 홍보에 전문성이 높은 6명의 전문가를 대상으로 초점집단면접을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 정부의 저출산 홍보전략은 통합홍보와 예산 편성의 문제점이 제기되었고, 홍보메시지 전략은 일관성 높고 타깃에 적합한 창의적인 접근이 부족하였으며, 매체전략은 젊은 세대의 특성을 반영하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 저출산 대책 정부홍보의 개선방안을 제안하였고, 향후 정책입안에 활용될 것이 기대된다.

본 연구는 어림하기를 통한 소수점 찍기 활동이 초등학교 5학년 학생들의 연산과 소수점 오류를 줄이는 데에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 판단해 보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 위의 연구를 위하여 실험 집단에는 소수의 연산에서 어림하기를 통한 소수점 찍기 활동을 실시하였고, 비교 집단에는 전통적인 방법의 소수점 찍기 활동을 각각 실시하였다. 그 결과 두 집단 사이의 문제해결력에서는 유의미한 차이가 없었으나 계산력에서 유의미한 차이를 발견할 수 있었으며 어림을 통한 소수점 찍기 활동이 소수점 오류를 줄이는데 지속적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 어림하여 소수점을 찍는 활동이 소수의 개념적 이해와 소수 자릿값에 대한 이해를 도와주며, 소수의 곱셈, 나눗셈에서 소수점의 위치를 정하는데 도움을 준다는 것을 시사한다.

In the on-line pre-learning which is applied in this study, on line pre-learning, in-class, post-learning are circulated together in the same experiments. The on-line pre-learning has been tried to 136 students in A junior college in Seoul for 3 years. The effects of their self-regulated learning are as follows. First, the self-regulated learning ability has increased by 0.42 point. The point after the self-regulated learning and before it is 3.24 and 3.66 respectively. Second, cognitive regulation, motivational regulation and behavioral regulation have also increased. Out of them, cognitive control has increased the most. Metacognitive strategy is higher than cognitive strategy. In conclusion, the result shows that the on-line pre-learning is helpful to develop the self-regulated learning ability and it is also suitable to teaching-learning method for junior college.

This study presents results of aerodynamic wing optimization under uncertainties. To consider uncertainties, an alternative strategy for reliability-based design optimization(RBDO) is developed. The strategy utilizes a single loop algorithm and a sequential approximation optimization(SAO) technique. The SAO strategy relies on the trust region-SQP framework which validates approximated functions at every iteration. Further improvement in computational efficiency is achieved by applying the same sensitivity of limit state functions in the reliability analysis and in the equivalent deterministic constraint calculation. The framework is examined by solving an analytical test problem to show that the proposed framework has the computational efficiency over existing methods. The proposed strategy enables exploiting the RBDO technique in aerodynamic design. For the aerodynamic wing design problem, the solution converges to the reliable point satisfying the probabilistic constraints.

In this paper, we propose a dynamic code allocation strategy using voice activity detection and evaluate the performance of a dynamic code allocation strategy using voice activeity detection in DS-CDMA system. Proposed method allocates code to mobile terminal according to the residual capacity computed by SIR in the base station. In hot spot traffic loading cell, we find that the performance of proposed method is better than that of a fixed code assignment strategy using voice activity detection. Also, we find that the proposed method provide much improvement in blocking probability against the dynamic code assignment strategy withoug voice activity detection.

This paper proposes the control strategy of the shunt Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) devices to improve transient stability in multimachine power system. The multimachine power system has high nonlinear response after severe disturbance. The concept of Lyapunov energy function is applied to derive nonlinear control strategy and it was found that the time derivative of line voltage is not only can apply to control the shunt FACTS devices in multimachine system but also is locally measurable signal. The fuzzy logic control is also applied to overcome the uncertainty of various disturbances in multimachine power system. This paper presents the method of investigating the effect of the shunt FACTS devices on transient stability improvement. The proposed control strategy and the method of simulation are tested on the new England power system. It was found that the shunt FACTS devices based on the proposed nonlinear control strategy can improve transient stability of multimachine power system.

The main objective of this a paper is to improve the efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) by using an improved direct torque control (DTC) strategy. The basic idea behind the proposed strategy is to predict the impact of a small change in the stator flux amplitude at each sampling period to decrease electrical loss before the change is applied. Accordingly, at every sampling time, a voltage vector is predicted and applied to the machine to fulfill the flux change. The motor drive simulations confirm a significant improvement in efficiency as well as a very fast and smooth response under the proposed strategy.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the literary approach using a game strategy on young children's phonological awareness and writing abilities. The subjects were selected from two classes of 'H' and 'M' Kindergarten in G city. The research tools used were the Phonological Awareness Ability Test, which was corrected by Jo, Kim, and Jeong(2006) and used to measure young children's phonological awareness abilities, and Lindberg(1987)'s Kindergarten Writing Assessment which was adapted and used by Noh(1994) in order to assess writing abilities. The literary approach activity using a game strategy used in this study resulted in an improvement in young children's phonological awareness abilities and writing abilities. These results suggest that these activities are valuable tools and can be applied successfully in the childhood education field as teaching aids.

Manufacturing strategy deals with the issue that how manufacturing can achieve the organization's overall goals within the framework of corporate strategy. In this paper, manufacturing strategy and programs for high performance are examined in order to answer the following questions: What kinds of manufacturing strategies are adopted\ulcorner How many programs for high performance are introduced\ulcorner To what extent do the programs contribute to performance improvement\ulcorner What are the difference between the high performance and low performance groups\ulcorner From the survey data of 97 Korean manufacturing companies, answers to the questions are obtained and the implications are discussed.

Apartment Building remodeling market is now growing centering around non housing building. Unlike non housing building remodeling business, understanding of remodeling demanders accustomed to profit of reconstruction, deficiency of experience performing remodeling project and construction, shortage of will performing remodeling policy and detailed action method are difficulties in performing apartment building remodeling business. Understanding change of remodeling demanders, strong economic incentive by government, construction management paradigm shift from new construction into building life cycle, application of construction method using existing building condition before remodeling and remodeling related industry infrastructure are required to improve this remodeling business circumstances.
