Changes in the business environment in which intense and sustained growth and survival must meet a variety of customer needs (Q, C, D) and business side of the enterprise for profit structure reformation is absolutely necessary for innovation activities. So far, management of innovation in method BPR, PI, OVA, 6 Sigma, Strategic Purchasing, PPM, SCM etc. are being introduced. However, they have a limit of partial optimization and improvement-oriented techniques. So this paper studied the TPI(Total Profit Innovation) application in order to derive empirical methodology to maximize profitability for the domestic S foundry factory. To this end, long-term gains through structural analysis and intensity analysis to ensure continued growth and profitability strategy are devised through management Innovation analysis. And improvement projects was presented to solve main issues of five categories(Inventory, Sales Mix, Cost, Quality Cost, Skill and Work-load) We will expect the office productivity improvement and financial performance improvement and then continually accumulate and review the results.

This study applied DEA analysis to measure the relative efficiency of 35 companies that produce automobile body components. First, the input and output, the improvement target value of the calculated variables, and the reference group for benchmarking for inefficient groups to become efficient groups were established through DEA analysis. In addition, whether inefficiency was due to technical inefficiency or size was analyzed in connection with the cases of the actual companies through the measurement of scale efficiency. Second, a route for efficiency improvement was derived through DEA-Tier analysis by defining the possible group for benchmarking in actuality within the production industry of automobile body components where the primary cooperative company belonged. Third, the financial variables that generate the difference between efficient and inefficient groups were derived through logistic regression analysis. Financial strategies that determine the direction the indices should be improved to allow the inefficient group to become an efficient one were recommended. This research is expected to provide diagnostic methods for management efficiency and the direction of improvement to enhance the management efficiency of automotive parts makers by identifying the causes of the inefficiency of domestic automotive parts makers empirically. The study also provides financial strategies together with the target values of efficiency improvement for each individual company.

The aim of this study is to analyze the improvement of housing renewal project and suggest the conditions of rural housing environment filled with the resident's desire, requirements concerning about characteristics of a rural environment and temporal and social requirements. The project for improvement of rural housing environment has been executed in a few ways: reform of the rural housing environment and the development of territories for settlement of a desolate region. To analyze and assess the accomplishments, we considered codes and process related to the project for improvement of rural housing environment and analyzed present conditions and problems through many reference books and administrative data. According to these results, devices in future business for improvement of rural housing environment are as follows; It should required a rational allocation of working space, living space, cultural activity space suitable for rural area characteristics and changed into uniformed system in various projects governed by different institutions.

The most common method of the single phase induction motor(SPIM) is to install a starting condenser and a centrifugal switch in series with the auxiliary winding. Even though this capacitor start method is embodied simply, it is feasible because of motor failure from malfunction of the centrifugal switch and the starting condenser. Moreover, it is hard to improve the performance characteristics of the SPIM. In this paper, the voltage and phase angle sequence, control strategy of the auxiliary winding of the SFIM is employed to eliminate the centrifugal switch and the starting condenser. The proposed control system is superior to a conventional system in the starting performance of SPIM. Finally, the improved starting characteristics of the SPIM is obtained with this strategy through simulation and experimental results.

Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy was undertaken by Korean Government to gain a national competitive advantage in Northeast Asia. Current Government has Northeast Asian Economic Hub Strategy including construction of SOC in Northeast Asia for promoting peace, promotion of formation of Northeast Asia Community, logistics hub, Financial hub and national innovation for R&D Cluster. To realize Northeast Asian logistics hub, the Northeast Asia logistics hub road map has undertaken as follows: expansion of logistics infra in Incheon Airport, Busan Port and Gwangyang Port, systematic improvements such as adjustment of investment distribution, special logistics companies, transparent customs in logistics transactions, logistics manpower, improvement of system supporting global logistics and attraction of international logistics companies to the logistics center, construction of seamless and paperless logistics information network, Northeast Asia railway infra. The purpose of this paper is to study investment priority and improvements in the Northeast Asia Logistics Hub Road Map and to contribute to gain the national competitive advantage as logistics hub in Northeast Asia

The market size of Internet portals has been continuously expanded and also competition has been fierce. For the business success of Internet portals, it is necessary to repeatedly perform a renewal project which improves their services, reflecting more improved or changed strategies. Accordingly, this paper proposes an analysis methodology for performing the renewal project more systematically and effectively. The methodology consists of four phases : establishing improved strategies, analyzing customers, deriving service alternatives, and determining services. The methodology places an emphasis on reflecting effectively customers' standpoints (i.e. customers' needs) and service providers' standpoints (i.e. business strategy) upon service improvement. Furthermore, the methodology includes a specific technique for analyzing the feasibility of services. To demonstrate the practical usefulness of the methodology, a real-life case is illustrated.

Current Korea furniture market is holding and leading with Hanssem, Livart, and other 10 main furnitures companies. The Hanssem furniture company is the first sales in Korea. And whole sales revenue was over 1 trillion KRW. Recently in Korea furniture market is changing rapidly by announcement of IKEA of expansion to Korea. IKEA is the number one furniture company in north european countries. Also, this company spreads at world widely, 44 countries and 358 shops, with their own marketing plans between lowest prices and developing north european furniture styles. Korean furniture companies are get in dangerous condition, and especially serious problems near Korean furniture company using same market place with IKEA. This research is expecting IKEA's brand power will hitting Korea furniture industries. Therefore, Korea furniture companies and industries need analysis of IKEA furniture, marketing strategy of IKEA, production strategy and other plans must be prepare for expansion of IKEA in Korea.

A systematic investigation for the process design in deep drawing is necessary to improve the quality of drawn cups. This study concentrates mainly on the influence of process design strategy on the product quality. Several types of process design were chosen from initial blank of 100mm in diameter to make final cup of 50mm in diameter. Forming analysis are carried out to find out optimal design in terms of drawing force. We assume that the case which shows minimum drawing force in the subsequent operations is the best case. Through experiments it is found that the case which shows minimum drawing force also results in minimum drawing force and better product quality than other case. Thus, it is shown that this design strategy is very effective in the improvement of quality in drawn cups.

본 논문에서는 파이프라인 구조에서 분기 명령어로 인해 발생하는 제어적 문제를 개선하기 위한 분기예측 및 다중 경로 전략을 분석하여, 기존 예측 전략에서 간과하 였던 지연 사이클의 수를 줄일 수 있도록 예측 전략과 이중 결로 전략이 결합된 새로운 구조 및 전략을 제시한다. 또한, 기존의 예측 전략에서 예측성공 확률의 측도 로 사용하던 BEP 대신에 시스템 성능을 평가할 수 있는 CPI를 사용하여 기존의 제안 들에 대해 본 논문에서 제시된 구조 및 전략의 성능 개선을 제시한다.

In this paper, we use and apply statistical tools to planning marketing strategy in advanced markets. New comers with low brand awareness in advanced markets can not attain high profit easily and need more effective strategic approach. In this paper, an effective and practical procedure is proposed to plan marketing strategies to satisfy the customer and increase the market share in advanced markets. The procedure consists of 5 steps : market survey, determining target brand, evaluation of brand attributes, gap analysis to determine the goal, and correlation analysis for effective improvement method. A case study is studied in the European market for electric appliances, between a Korean company and other companies. Various statistical tools are used to analyze the phenomena and some important conclusions are derived for effective marketing.
