본 논문에서는 전문대학 학생들의 취업과 진로를 위한 기본적인 능력인 기초학습능력의 저하에 대한 개선방안에 대하여 논의한다. 기존에 제시되고 시도된 다양한 기초학습 능력 제고방안에 대한 사례 분석 및 서울지역 I 전문대학 사례를 조사하여 언어영역 학습능력에 대한 학점과의 상관관계를 분석하고 계열별 특성을 도출하여 계열에 적합한 기초학습능력 제고 방안을 제시한다. 본 연구수행을 기반으로 도출된 결과 및 시사점을 토대로 영역 및 계열에 기초한 기초학습능력 진단 및 평가관리시스템 구축 및 학생경력개발 시스템 내의 기초학습능력 미흡 학생에 대한 계열별 학생지도 방안 적용 등을 통한 본 논문 제안의 활용을 기대한다.

건설회사 본사차원의 안전관리 활동은 회사 전체의 안전관리업무 기획 및 조정 등을 하는 업무로서 건설회사의 안전수준을 향상시키는 데 있어 매우 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 이에 본 연구는 건설회사의 안전수준에 따라 합리적이고 효과적인 본사 안전관리 업무가 가능한 안전전략을 제안하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 국내 대형 건설회사 본사의 안전관리업무 실태를 파악하기 위하여 초일류기 업 인증제도의 안전부문 평가항목 및 기준 중 본사 차원에 해당되는 것을 안전관련 전문가를 통해 이의 유효성을 검증하도록 하였다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 채택된 평가항목 및 기준을 조사대상인 79개 건설회사에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 51개 건설회사의 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 현재의 건설회사 안전수준에서 안전성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 안전전략을 79개 건설회사의 3년간 평균 재해율인 1.20을 기준으로 평균 재해율 이하와 이상인 건설회사 집단으로 구분하여 제안하였다.

국내 대다수의 토목 CM을 포함해 특히 도로부문 CM은 근 10여 년 간 다양한 시범 사업을 수행하고 있으나, 현재 건설시장의 안착에 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있으며 감독, 감리, CM이 과도기적으로 운영되는 여건 속에서 다양한 문제점에 노출되어 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 부실시공 및 안전문제 등으로 대변되어 온 건설 산업에 대한 부정적인 시각을 극복하고 건설 산업 전반에 걸친 비용절감 및 품질향상을 이룩하여야 하는 당면과제는 필수적이다. 이를 위해 각 주체와 효율적으로 융화될 수 있는 CM의 정착은 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있으며, 현재까지 다양한 분야에서 토목 CM의 정착화 방안에 대한 검증을 추진 중에 있다. 하지만 아직까지 수행성과에 대한 정확한 측정이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이며, 발주자를 위해 CM에 대한 객관적인 이해를 돕는 문헌이 매우 부족하다고 판단된다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하고 발주처의 관점에서 바라본 CM 제도 활성화를 추진하기 위해 현재 수행되고 있는 다양한 CM의 업무 및 제도분석을 실시하였으며, 이를 통해 빈번하게 발생되는 문제점의 해결방안을 다각도로 제시하였다. 또한 발주처를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 발주처의 관점에서 바라본 CM 제도 활성화 방안을 다양한 측면에서 제시 하였다. 이를 통해 얻어진 연구 결과는 향후 CM의 제도적 정립에 있어 중요한 기여를 할 것으로 판단된다.

최근 초고층건축 사업추진 및 수행을 위한 관련 기술개발과 함께, 사업 추진을 지원하기 위한 관련 법 제도개선의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 국토해양부 초고층복합빌딩사업단에서는 초고층복합빌딩 법 제도 및 지원정책관련 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 본 연구는 1차년도 결과의 일부로서, 초고층 건축 지원을 위한 법 제도 및 지원정책 관련 이슈와 문제점을 파악하여 초고층복합빌딩 기술요소 유형별 분류체계를 구축하고, 항목별 중요도 및 현황수준평가를 통해 개선방향을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 초고층 프로젝트 생애주기에 따라 총68개의 기술요소를 도출하였으며, IPA방법론을 적용하여 중요도 및 현황평가를 실시하였다. 또한 글로벌기준의 초고층 법 제도 개선방향을 도출하였으며, 초고층을 중심으로 하는 국내 건축 관련 법 제도 선진화의 기반이 될 수 있다.

Most companies in the IT service industry have suffered from low profitability although this industry is highly value added, which may result in losing the competitiveness of the industry. The purpose of this study is to identify the influencing factors on the profit improvement rate of IT service projects and suggest how to improve the profit improvement rate, thus recovering the competitiveness of the IT service industry. The 273 IT service projects conducted by an IT service company in Korea during the past three years were analyzed and the project managers who performed these projects responded to the questionnaire developed in this study. The result from the analysis of data collected shows that the influencing factors on the profit improvement rate of IT service projects include scheduling, experience in similar projects, the leadership of project leaders, the level of team skills, relationship with clients, and clients support.

Purpose: The primary objective of this case study is to establish a COQ(Cost of Quality) management system for power generation industries. Key topics of this study include collecting COQ elements, their classifications, COQ computation formula, and determining COQ improvement projects. Results: A comprehensive set of COQ elements have been isolated for electric power generation companies. The COQ elements were classified in such a way that they could be managed according to the PAF model as well as the SIPOC diagram. This study showed that a systematic approach could be established for monitoring the COQ elements and using them in the process of improving quality competitiveness. Methods: The PAF(Prevention-Appraisal-Failure) model has been employed in the process of collecting COQ elements for a power generation company. All the cost of quality elements were first examined through an extensive review of articles and books in the field of quality. The cost elements were then refined and augmented by conducting a comparative study with international standards. The COQ elements have been verified by a group of quality managers and classified according to both the PAF model and the SIPOC diagram for better understanding in the entire organization. An improvement strategy has been also proposed by using a typical COQ level of power generation companies. Conclusion: The conventional PAF model was used in establishing a COQ management system for power generation industries. This case study illustrates the procedure about identification, classification and computation of quality costs, including selection of improvement projects. The system can be used not only for observing the current state of cost elements related to quality, but also for planning an improvement strategy using the ratio of cost classification.

Corporate managers look at IT outsourcing as long-term strategic choices not as short-term tactical ones, and maximizing the effect that IT outsourcing brings about is the main concern to them. Emerging different types of IT outsourcing and their effects on the corporate business decisions necessitate the research on this subject. According to previous researches, the Intent for IT outsourcing is categorized as IS Improvement, Business Impact, and Commercial Exploitation. The decison factors for these IT outsourcing include corporate strategy types, IT role, and interaction between these two. Firm size and IT maturity are selected as moderating factors to add the credibility to the research of the effect of IT outsourcing decision making. Analyzing IT outsourcing data collected from 61 large-size and mid-size domestic firms revealed that corporate strategy rather than IT role is more significant factor affecting the intent for IT outsourcing decision. That means the decision of outsourcing intent is affected by corporate strategy types. Defenders(as in corporate strategy types) tend to use IT outsourcing more as a means to improve information systems, compared to analyzers and reactors. Prospectors tend to use IT outsourcing more as a commercial exploitation, compared to analyzers and reactors. These outcomes prove that corporate strategy characteristics reflect outsourcing intent. There were previous researches that showed outsourcing decision depends on IT role however the hypothesis was rejected that IT role determines outsourcing intent. It was also rejected that the interaction between corporate strategy types and IT role determines outsourcing intent. Corporate decision makers should first analyze corporate strategy, and reflect it on the outsourcing intent when they make IT outsourcing decisions. Only the precise defining of IT outsourcing intent will lower the risk and increase the possibility of success.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate if companies' efforts of quality management practices have positive impacts on the companies' performance as the first stage. In the second stage of this study, we tried to confirm if the degree of companies' making efforts on customization strategy and R&D strategy function as moderate variable on relationship between quality management practices and companies' performance. Methods: The collected data through survey were analysed using multiple regression for the first stage of the study and moderate regression for the second one of it. Results: The results of this study are as follows; quality management practices have positive effect on performances. Moreover, much effort on customization strategy has significant moderate effect on relationship between quality management practices and corporate performance. On the other hand, much effort of companies on R&D strategy has significant moderate effect on the relationship between the two as well. Conclusion: Manufacturing and services companies in Korea need to make effort of quality management practices in order to improve corporate performance. Moreover, if that efforts are combined with customization strategy and R&D strategy, they will expect synergy effect on performance improvement.

본 논문은 한-미 FTA 체제하에서 한국의 로봇산업 수출 경쟁력을 조사하고, 로봇산업의 역량 강화를 위한 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 한국과 미국의 로봇 산업의 현재 상황과 환경 그리고 한-미 FTA의 핵심 요인들을 분석한다. 그리고 한국 로봇산업의 SWOT 분석을 통하여 우리나라 로봇산업의 특징을 분석하고, 분석결과를 바탕으로 한-미 FTA 협정 발효에 따른 로봇 산업의 경쟁력 향상 전략을 도출한다. 이러한 분석과 전략을 통하여, 한-미 FTA는 한국의 로봇 산업이 미국 시장으로의 진출하는데 다양한 이점을 가지게 하며, 한국의 수출 역량을 강화할 수 있는 기회를 제공함을 발견하였다. 결론적으로 현재의 상황을 개선하고, 경쟁력을 확보하기 위하여 로봇산업관련 정부부처 및 업체들은 한-미 FTA 효과를 중요하게 인지하고 활용하여야만 한다.

이 연구의 목적은 학문 통합적 비유를 활용한 창의적 문제해결력 지향 수업 전략을 개발하고 이 전략이 학생들의 창의적 사고력, 비판적 사고력, 창의적 인성, 학업적 자기 조절에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 기존의 창의적 문제 해결력 지향 탐구 수업 모형에 비유 활동의 PDCA 네 단계 모형을 활용한 '학문 통합적 비유를 활용한 창의적 문제 해결력 지향 탐구 수업 모형'을 개발하여 이 모형에 따라 구체적인 대학교 화학 실험 수업 전략을 개발하였다. 그리고 예비 과학 교사를 대상으로 개발한 수업 전략을 한 학기 동안 실시하였다. 그 결과 문제 인식 및 가설 설정, 가설 설정, 변인 통제 영역에서 창의적 사고력 하위 범주 중 독창성이 유의미하게 향상되었다. 또한, 문제 인식 및 가설 설정, 자료 해석 및 자료 변환의 영역에서 비판적 사고력이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 학업적 자기 조절에 대해서는 확인된 조절과 통합된 조절에서 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 그러나 창의적 인성에 대해서는 모든 하위 영역에 대하여 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
