  • The revised legislation is introduced that the extension of the balcony area for the apartment houses is allowed. In the past the tenants had to install them illegally by themselves when they wanted to extend their balcony. We have reviewed the standard of the balcony's windows to be set up for them because the contractors can construct the exterior windows. At present, the detailed capacity standard for them is not established Of course some items of them are classified within five capacities among the KS standards. But the standard of the extensional balcony windows are not defined. Therefore this study is aimed at setting up the criteria of the noise, insulation and leak for the window system in expanding the balcony area and adopting it into window's works.

  • Generally the window of the building is an objective of mining and having a distant view and also for a circulation it will can open and shut because becomes the structure insulation, the meat detailed drawing it does a very difficult portion, it is. And, recently the use of heat recovery ventilator has increased rapidly for improvement of air Quality and energy saving in building. But, the high efficient heat exchange will be more increasable than water vapors which were only occurred residential active. Purpose of this study is measurement of thermal performance about heat-recovery system integrated window. The result of the window thermal resistance is 1.80 $W/m^2K$ by KS F 2278. Air tightness is 5.96 m3/m2h at 4 Pa by KS F 2292.

  • On account of Indoor Air Quality(IAQ) deterioration by reason of high isulation and air tightness for energy saving, absence of energy efficiency ventilation system development that can be domestic existing window system, the cost increase and the energy addition loss by mechanical ventilation for IAQ improvement the ventilation obligation making design standard was prepared by a social and technical background and the necessity. In this study, open module type natural ventilation window system for energy saving included a fixed and continuous quantity ventilation was developed. The purpose that indoor thermal comfort environment evaluate of indoor resident.

차량 윈도우 리프트 음질 고급감 향상을 위한 음질 지수 제작 및 개선에의 응용 (The Development and Application of Sound Quality Index for the Improving Luxury Sound Quality of Road Vehicle Power Window System)

  • With the increasing the importance of emotional quality of vehicle, the sound quality of systems with electric motor components has become increasingly important. Electric motors are used for windows, seats, sun roof, mirrors, steering columns, windshield wiper and climate control blowers, etc. In this paper, a study was conducted to identify sound quality factors that contribute to customer's satisfaction and preference of the window lift system. Jury test for subjective evaluation was carried out and sound quality index was developed. Averaged sound pressure level and sharpness were significant factors when glass moves down. Also, maximum loudness at stop section and averaged loudness were significant factor when glass moves up. Next, noise source identification was carried out using beam forming method during glass transferred section and impulsive noise at stop section. Several improvement methods were applied using the source identification result. And finally, the degree of sound quality improvement was judged using sound quality index.

  • 진동원을 포함하고 있는 제품이 불량품일 경우 비정상 소음진동이 발생하게 된다. 최근 자동차 부품업계 등에서 생산되는 제품의 진동소음 관련 품질을 판별하는데 있어 주로 사람의 청각을 사용하여 판별하는 소음감각 판정방법을 개선하여 제품의 진동신호를 계측 및 분석하여 판별하는 시스템의 도입이 시도되고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 Window Regulator Module에 대한 판별과정에 자동화된 품질 판단시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이를 위해 LabVIEW를 이용한 진동모니터링 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 가속도계를 이용하여 Sector gear 이음부분의 진동신호를 계측 및 분석하여 모니터링 하였다. 양품과 불량품의 진동신호 특성을 분석하여 모니터링 함으로써 보다 정확하게 양품여부를 판명할 수 있게 되었다.

A Comparative Analysis of the Energy Load due to Window Area Ratio of Domestic Public Buildings

  • In the case of public buildings, fast communication and transparency in the administration and the public, as well as ensuring visibility and lighting performance using a glass curtain wall is symbolically expressed through the transparent glass skin. This study is a simulation in order to derive the basic data for the establishment of the improvement of the heating and cooling load analysis according to the window area ratio changes with respect to the high effectiveness of the government's large public building energy consumption analysis and green building certification system of guidelines was analyzed by a change in the energy load. Glass curtain wall is light and visibility, the symbolic meaning of communication, etc., but is widely used in a variety of characteristics, in terms of energy consumption being disadvantaged sheath plan should have been. Design, including the Atrium, is much less energy than energy consumption by the window area ratio. Thus, while compliance with design guide lines, the atrium and I like the burden of a large space ratio and energy load consists of only glass suggest that require more research on that given in the guidelines.

Glazing 특성에 따른 고층 오피스 건물의 에너지성능 분석 (The Analysis on Energy Performance according to Characteristics of Glazing in High-rise Office Buildings)

  • In case of newly constructed buildings, the construction type is almost Curtain-wall system or large window in building skin. However, these kind of buildings have problems with regulations on building energy efficiency. And national regulations on building energy efficiency limit only the V-factor of window(except infiltration), it is hard to predict energy consumption of Curtain-wall buildings which gain large solar energy in summer. In this study, the influence of LSG(Light to Solar Gain) on energy performance was theoretically analyzed with simulation. LSG is the value of VLT divide SHGC and represents the optical performance of the glass or glazing. The Window & Therm program developed in LBNL was used to analyze window systems and EnergyPlus was used to building energy. Cases of glazing are three types; single coated Low-e clear glazing, tripple coated Low-e clear glazing, tripple coated Low-e tinted glazing. The results of this study are follows; 1) The building energy consumption of Alt-l, 2, 3 were about 300, 253, $259kWh/m^2{\cdot}yr$ respectively. Therefore, improvement of LSG could save the energy up to 16%. 2) The saved energy could be converted 1 billion won as annual benefit of total energy costs 3) SHGC and LSG more influence on cooling energy than heating energy in office buildings.

3D 모델링을 통한 유리창 청소로봇의 응력해석 및 설계 개선방안 도출 (Stress Analysis of a Window Cleaning Robot using 3D Modeling and Improvement Plan)

  • 최근에 개발되고 있는 가이드레일형 유리창 청소로봇은 현재 첫 번째 시작품이 제작되어 시험 중인 상황으로, 그 크기와 하중이 최적화 되지 못한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 현재의 유리창 청소로봇을 개선하고 구조적 안전성을 확보하기 위한 정량적인 데이터를 도출하기 위하여 응력해석을 진행하였다. 유리창 청소로봇의 자중, 풍압 등에 의한 응력을 해석한 결과, 자중에 의한 처짐, 풍속에 대한 항력 등에서 개선의 여지가 있음을 발견하였다. 도출된 해석 결과는 유리창 청소로봇의 설계 개선에 직접 적용될 예정이며, 이를 통하여 설계의 완성도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

지역에 따른 육상운송의 효율성과 생산성 분석 (The Changes of Technical Efficiency and Malmquist Productivity of Land Transportation by Region)

  • 육상운송은 서비스 제공자의 공급초과에 따른 구조적 문제와 비효율적인 요소들을 개선하기위하여 노력하고 있다. 따라서 육상화물운송시장은 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 지역별 물류구조를 지역의 산업특성에 따라 개선되어야 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 지역별 육상운송의 운영 효율성과 생산성을 연구하였다. 사용한 자료는 각 시도별 육상운송물류의 5개년(2005-2009)간의 균형패널자료(balanced panel data)이용하였다. CCR과 BCC 분석에서 2005년-2008년 까지는 울산광역시가 가장 효율적이다. 2009년은 서울 특별시가 가장 효율적인 DMU이다. Window 분석결과는 광주광역시와 강원도가 0.062로 나타나 가장 안정적이다. Malmquist 생산성 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 충청남도와 충청북도의 경우 4기간 평균 생산성지수는 약 6.6%와 7.3% 증가하였다. 본 연구는 지역물류정책에서 육상운송의 구조개혁에 따른 효율화 방안을 제시하고 있다.
