에너지 효율성 향상을 위하여 방향성 메시징을 사용하는 수정된 지그비의 설계 및 구현 (A Design and Implementation of modified ZigBee using the Directed-Messaging for Energy Efficiency Improvement)

  • 지그비는 저 전력, 저 비용, 낮은 데이터 전송 속도의 특징을 가지는 무선 개인 망(Low Rate Wireless Personal Area Networ: LR-WPAN)의 표준이다. 방향성 메시징 기법은 방송을 사용하는 무선 센서 네트워크에서 방향정보를 가지는 메시지를 특정 영역으로 전송함으로써 중복 메시지 전송을 줄이는 것을 통하여 에너지 효율성을 높이는 프로토콜이다. 본 논문에서는 에너지 효율성 향상을 위하여 방향성 메시징을 지원하도록 수정한 지그비를 사용하는 실험용 격자형 센서 네트워크를 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문의 실험용 센서 네트워크는 방향성 정보를 사용하도록 수정한 ADV 메시지와 라우팅 관리 모듈을 지원하는 Nano-24 노드로 구성한다. 실험용 센서 네트워크의 에너지 효율 향상성은 실제 ADV 메시지 전송에 따른 실험 결과 분석울 통하여 나타내 보인다.

일 상급종합병원 간호사의 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인식 및 미래핵심간호역량 중요도-실행도 분석 (A Study on the Analysis of Nurses' Perception of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the Importance and Performance of Future Core Nursing Competencies in a Tertiary Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study is descriptive survey research on the analysis of nurses' perception of the 4th industrial revolution and the importance and performance of future core nursing competencies in a tertiary hospital located in Seoul. Methods: Data were collected from 149 nurses with more than a year of work experience and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Importance Performance Analysis(IPA) with the IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: The nurses' perception of the 4th industrial revolution was 3.23±0.71 out of 5 points. The importance of future core nursing competencies was 4.31±0.48, and the performance of it was 3.47±0.54. The analysis results of IPA showed that A (area of continuous maintenance) included critical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork and collaboration, evidence-based practice, communication, quality improvement and safety, professionalism, self-regulation and self-management, and personal literacy. The specific competencies were not included in B (area of priority improvement). Creativity, informatics, healthcare policy, leadership, research ability, and continuing education were included in C (area of progressive improvement). Knowledge and patient-centered care, ability to manage resources as well as professional, legal, and ethical responsibility were included in D (area of overinvestment). Conclusion: The nurses seemed not to be fully prepared for the 4th industrial revolution. However, they were well aware of the importance of the future core nursing competencies. Therefore, if nurses increase the performance of core competencies in order of priority according to the IPA results, they will be able to independently lead the changing nursing field.

에지 특성을 이용한 영역기반 정합의 개선 (An Improvement of Area-Based Matching Algorithm Using Rdge Geatures)

  • There are two methods to get 3-dimensional information by matching image pair feature-based matching and area-based matching. One of the problems in the area-based matching is how the optimal search region which gives accurate correlation between given point and its neighbors can be selected. In this paper, we proposed a new area-based matching algorithm which uses edge-features used in the conventional feature-based matching. It first selects matching candidates by feature-based and matches image pair with area-based method by taking these candidates as guidance to decision of search area. The results show that running time is reduced by optimizing search area(considering edge points and continuity of disparity), keeping on the precision as the conventional area-based matching method.

  • The dependences of color gamut size and power consumption on the area ratio of neutral and green sub-pixels for the RGBW LCD with RGB LED backlit are studied, in which the areas of red and blue sub-pixels are the same and are one quarter of pixel apertu re area. It is found that high color saturation and power saving can be achieved for the proposed RGBW LCD.

  • 모래다짐말뚝(SCP)공법은 느슨한 모래지반이나 연약한 점성토지반을 압밀촉진시키고 지지력을 강화하여 지반을 개량할 목적으로 적용되는 개량공법이다. 이 연구에서는 연약지반개량을 위해 점토지반에 모래다짐말뚝을 사용하는 경우에 지반개량목적에 부합되는 적절한 치환율($a_s$)을 결정하기 위해 치환율 변화에 따른 모형토조시험과 대형직접전단시험을 실시하였다. 원형모형토조를 이용한 실내시험에서는 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60% 의 치환율로 모래다짐말뚝을 조성하여 모래다짐말뚝의 치환율과 복합지반의 응력분담비, 침하저감효과의 한계를 규명하였다. 또한, 대형직접전단시험기를 이용하여 치환율 20%, 30%, 46% 의 복합지반에 대하여 치환율이 복합지반 강도에 미치는 영향도 조사하였다.

연변 지역간 유아교육여건 현황 분석 (Analysis of current situation of preschool education in YanBian area)

  • 본 연구에서는 연변 지역간 유아교육여건의 현황을 분석하고 정책적 시사점을 제기하였다. 분석변수로는 기관수, 학급당 유아수, 정교사당 유아수, 정교사비율, 유아당 사용면적수, 유아당 도서량을 사용하였고 가장 간단한 불평등 측정지수인 범위와 표준편차를 사용하여 연변의 지역간 현황을 분석하였다. 2011년, 2012년, 2013년의 통계자료를 활용하여 분석한 결과, 연변 지역간 유아교육여건은 분석변수와 측정지표에 따라 다양한 양상을 보였으나, 전반적으로는 개선되고 있다. 그러나 일부 지표에서는 지역간 격차가 심화되고 있고 결론에서는 분석결과를 바탕으로 유아교육의 기회균등을 제고하기 위한 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

국민주택(전용 85 m2 이하) 아파트평면의 변화에 대한 연구 - 제도적 변화와 사회적 변화를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Change of the Apartment Unit Plan in National Housing - Focused on Institutional and Social Changes -)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest an optimum guide line of the unit plan design in national housing (less than $85m^2$ of exclusive floor area in a dwelling unit). The unit plan of apartment have been improved diversely for the residents, and the family members per household have been decreased for decades comparing with the past. In contrast, the living space per household has been increased steadily, it is because of the improvement of the living standard. The unit plan have been improved from 2-bay corridor access type and 2~3 and 4-bay staircase type. In december 2005, the balcony was permitted to be used as exclusive living area without the increase of the original living area by law. So the apartment residents have been able to use more spacious area exclusively in a dwelling unit. On the other hand, the legalization on permitting balcony area into a exclusive area resulted in a distorted wide and enlarged plan only for the business profit improvement lately. The living environment has been changed differently unlike at the time of the legislation of the national housing. The family member per household has been decreased and the related law and the institution has also been changed. Moreover It has passed 40 years since the legislation of national housing ($85m^2$). So, The size of national housing should be reviewed according to the current trend in terms of the decrease of household and the utilization of balcony area.

경관단위분류를 통한 경관가치평가 및 경관계획적 활용 (Landscape Assessment and Landscape Planning based on Landscapetope Classification)

  • This study selected Nakdong River basin zone in Daegu as an example area to conduct landscapetope classification and aesthetic value assessment of landscape according to the classified landscapetope. The main result of this research can be summed up as following. First, the result of landscapetope type classification showed 28 types of landscapetope including complex residential area (AA), natural stream type with copious vegetation (BA), forest type centered on mixed forest of soft and hardwood (EB) along with 129 types of imputed specific landscapetope. The result of the total first assessment using B-VAT showed the first grade 10 types, II grade 4 types, III grade6 types, IV grade 3 types, 5 types for V grade with the lowest value. The second assessment conducted toward the landscapetope types with the grade higher than the average (including III grade) in the result of the first assessment showed that there are 66 spaces for the sites (1a, 1b) with special meaning for aesthetic landscape evaluation. And also, there were 69 spaces for those (2a, 2b, 2c) with meaning for aesthetic landscape evaluation. The design model of this research is largely divided into improvement goal and specific execution plan. First, the improvement goal is divided into 6 categories including conservation area, complementary area, and restoration area, and the specific execution plan is divided into 14 categories including special landscape management area, general landscape management area, conservation of hill areas with optically good condition. A comprehensive master plan was suggested by directly applying the set landscape planning model to the subject place of this research.

근대기 토지구획정리사업지구 내 노후 주거지의 주거환경에 대한 거주자의 인식 조사 - 청주시 우암동을 대상으로 - (Survey on Residents' Awareness of Housing Environment in Old Housing Districts Created by the Land Readjustment Project in the Modern Age - Focused on Uam-Dong in Cheongju City -)

  • This study is about the research of living environment in residential areas created by the land readjustment projects in the modern era, and recently lifted from Residential Environment Improvement district at the same time. The five criteria for evaluating the residential area are safety, health, convenience, comfort, and sustainability. The level of resident satisfaction in general is as follows. [completely dissatisfy as 5.30%, dissatisfy as 16.29%, neutral as 49.62%, satisfy as 16.29% and completely satisfy as 6.82%]. The results of the five survey items on the residential areas show that residents are aware of the area not as an old residential area to be demolished, but as a comparatively excellent residential area, namely very different results from the designation criteria of the redevelopment area designated by the Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act. If the road conditions and the deterioration of the buildings are judged to be designated as the redevelopment area and to be removed these settlements, the residential areas with social sustainability could demolished. Based on this study, it is necessary to conduct the research to find out the reason for deriving the results of each evaluation item in the succeeding study. These studies are needed to rediscover, to develop and manage the value of many old residential areas scattered in the city centers of local areas.

Strategies for Acceleration of Damaged Area Restoration Project in the Development Restriction Zone

  • The purpose of this study is to derive institutional improvement methods for promoting the Damaged Area Restoration Project in greenbelts. The current status of greenbelts in Gyeonggi-do, where greenbelts are extensively distributed was analyzed, and the relevant laws and regulations were reviewed to suggest measures to promote the restoration project. The area of damaged areas within greenbelts in Gyeonggi-do was 6,121,024 m2, accounting for about 0.52% of the total area of greenbelts, and more than 80% was found to be located in Namyangju (55.49%), Hanam (16.48%), and Siheung (8.68%). Various measures to improve the policy were examined as follows: reducing the minimum size of the restoration project area; adjusting baseline of recognizing range of damaged areas; introducing the right of claim for land sale; allowing long-term unexecuted urban parks to be replaced as alternative sites for parks and green spaces; simplifying administrative procedures; and allowing public participation. All of them are expected to promote the restoration project within greenbelts. In results, when the minimum size of area for the restoration project was reduced from 10,000 m2 into 5,000 m2, 3,000 m2 and 2,000 m2, the ratio of the number of combinable lots to the total number of lots increased from 4.4% to 18.8%, 38.8%, and 55.9% respectively in Namyangju. Morever, when the recognizable ranges of the restoration project were extended to the structures obtaining building permit as of March 30, 2016 and obtaining use approvals before December, 2017, the number of applicable lots increased by 5.1% and 9.2% respectively.
