In this study, analyzed drilling log style examination of inside and outside of the country and merits and demerits to solve problem of these design and construction. And study improvement item on recording contents and suggested consistent drilling log standard illustration plan.

Innovation has become a key distinct feature of modern industrial society. It is generally recognized that new knowledge and technology are one of the most important sources of innovation. However, because of their limited resources, firms can not pursue all the promising new knowledge and technology that have possibilities to be developed into critical innovation. In this article, using the stakeholder theory, we try to establish a new conceptual model that can be used for understanding knowledge creation and innovation in society. In a society, there exist diverse socio-economic groups that have conflicting values and interests. Our stakeholder theory perspective on innovation claims that innovation can occur only when new solutions can satisfy their idiosyncratic stakeholder' values and interests better than current existing solutions. From the viewpoint of stakeholder innovation theory, there could be three different types of innovation: value improvement innovation, non-traditional value Innovation, and innovation for non-traditional stakeholder.

Recently, there has been growing interest in the financial and economic effectiveness of service quality and customer satisfaction. It means that the final goal of customer satisfaction is the maximization with firms' financial performance, enterprise could survive through the creation of continuous financial performance. Companies are working in various ways to identify the direct relationship of service quality and customer satisfaction with financial and economic effectiveness in order to justify and validate customer satisfaction management. In this study, the influence of customer satisfaction on the financial performance is examined. Customer satisfaction index, the key non-financial performance measure has significant association with firms' financial performance index. Moreover, high customer satisfaction has a competitive advantage, so it can be the key success factor of firm's financial performance improvement.

The discharge gap clearly is to order and to promote the improvement of processing feature of die-sinking electro discharge machining(EDM). If creation carbon, which generated by Pyrolysis of EDM oil and processing pace power which is generated in between an electrode and a workpiece, are overproduced, they will lower the processing speed and roughness of the surface. Therefore, it is gone through an experiment and the flow analysis of EDM oil in order to improve the treatment of processing chips, which is an important problem by contriving a new flushing method. The condition of an electric discharge is not considered to be a progressing of processing. It is assumed that the flow of processing fluid is equal to the flow of processing chip, which is remaining in the discharge gap, and thus, analyzing then comparing with the data of the experiment and investigate its correlation.

The Surface of semi-conductive silicone rubber was treated by oxygen plasma to improve adhesion and electric performance in joints between insulating and semi-conductive silicone materials. Surface characterizations were assessed using contact angle measurement and Fourier transform infrared spectroscope (FTIR). Adhesion level was understood from T-peel tests between plasma treated semi-conductive and insulating material. Electrical breakdown strength was measured to understand the charge of electrical performance. From the results, the oxygen plasma treatment produces a significant increase in function group of containing oxygen which can be mainly ascribed to the creation of carbonyl groups on the silicone surface from the strength were improved. Therefore it is concluded then plasma treatment leads to decrease voids originating form poor adhesive, and the improve the adhesion in silicone interface. So we could obtain higher electrical design level of silicone material used for electrical apparatus using oxygen plasma treatment.

This paper presents an architecture for driving multiple paralleled cold cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFLs) for back lighting applications. Multi CCFL operation and increase of brightness, the key to the architecture is a proposed capacitive coupling approach for lamp ignition. This system is consist of a flyback converter, a single inverter to drive multiple lamps and conductive floating reflector. The topology is capable of driving a number of parallel lamps with independent accurate lamp, The capacitive coupling the leakage inductance and stray capacitance creation which it used, current regulation and improving cost effectiveness with significant reduction in size and weight, compared to typical high frequency ac ballast. Experimental demonstration results for ten of parallel CCFLs with simultaneous ignition.

Recently, the most frequently studied topics related to the fourth industrial revolution (FIR) are Big data, AI, Cloud Computing and Internet of Things- these four components are collectively known as the main components of the FIR (henceforth MCs). The MCs have a wide range of effects on workers' performance. As such it is imperative that these components are properly understood. This understanding will lead to a proper recognition of the attitudes that workers need to adopt to the MCs. Specifically, the attitudes of workers to several variables need to be examined, including importance, intention to use, belief in improvement, efficacy to use, and negative cognition. Each of these variables plays a role in determining how worker's performance in the FIR era will change. The performance-related variables such as self-efficacy, expectations, and acceptance of change are also crucial. These variables are related to creation of new opportunities, and can greatly influence performance in the FIR era. This study explains how specific attitudes to MCs improve performance-related factors for FIR. The adoption of these attitudes will ultimately lead to more successful adaption to the FIR era.

Nowaday, the nations throughout the world expand the existing facilities or build the new airport competitively as the medium to link the travel and modern community as well as the symbolism of economic and technical improvement and it has been developed as a huge industry creating a high added value, beyond the simple transport services. Incheon International Airport has already been recognized as the world-class airport but still has a long way to go. It's necessary to develop the comprehensive cultural and art concept for sustainable value creation, instead of remaining as the airport with sophisticated facilities alone.
