노후 학교건물의 유지관리비용 정책 평가를 위한 시스템 다이내믹스 모델 (A System Dynamics Model for Evaluation of Maintenance Cost Policy in Deteriorated School Building)

  • The maintenance of school building is pivotal issue. However, it is difficult to obtain basic analysis data for LCC(Lifecycle Cost) analysis and maintenance planning of school building. Therefore, this study proposed System Dynamics(SD) techniques to make maintenance decisions for school building. The interaction between the major parameters related to the aging of a building, maintenance activities, and cost were expressed in Causal Loop Diagram. Based on this, the formula for the relationship between causal maps was defined and converted to Stock and Flow Diagram. Through the completed SD model the 50-year plan of 214 educational building were tested by considered in account budget, maintainability, and budget allocation opinions. As a result, the integrated SD model demonstrated that it can support strategic decision making by identifying the status class and LCC behavior of school buildings by scenario. According to the scenario analysis, the rehabilitation action of preventive maintenance that primarily repairs the buildings in condition grade C showed the best performance improvement effect relative to the cost. Therefore, if the proposed SD model is expanded to consider the effects of other educational policies, the crucial performance improvement budget can be estimated in the long-term perspective.

형성평가시 개별피드백을 제공하는 시스템 (A System providing Individualized Feedback in Formative Evaluation)

  • 일반적으로 형성 평가는 교수-학습 활동이 진행 중에 투입되는 평가활동으로 학습 정보에 대한 피드백과 교정 및 교수 방법의 개선을 위한 평가이다. 본 논문에서는 형성평가에서 학습자 개인의 평가 결과에 따라 서로 다른 피드백을 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 지식, 이해, 적용 등의 영역별 기준에 따라 제작된 문항을 통해 각 학습자를 평가하고 이 결과를 기반으로 구분된 학습자 유형에 따라 서로 다른 피드백을 개별 학습자에게 제공하며 학습자는 이를 통해 부족한 영역을 보완하게 된다. 교수자에게는 문항별 정답 비율뿐만 아니라 학생 개개인에게 제공되었던 피드백 내용도 알려주어 교수방법을 개선하도록 한다.

  • 교육부는 2013년부터 초등학교와 중학교를 대상으로 웹 기반의 기초학력 진단-보정 시스템을 전국에 서비스하고 있다. 이 논문의 목적은 2015년에 실시된 기초학력 진단-보정 시스템 기반의 향상도 검사 결과와 교사 및 전문가들의 요구사항을 종합적으로 분석하여 시스템의 개선 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 진단-보정 차수별 응시율과 도달율을 분석하고, 교사 자문위원회와 전문가 협의회의 인터뷰 및 협의 내용을 기초로 기초학력 진단-보정 시스템의 개선방안을 도출하였다. 결론적으로 기초학력 진단-보정 시스템의 발전 방안을 교사 이용 활성화 방안과 학생 이용 활성화 관점으로 구체화여 제언하였다.

치과 의료의 질 향상(Quality improvement) 경진대회 경향 분석 (Analysis of trends in the dental care quality improvement contests)

  • Based on data from the Korean Academy for Dental Administration, which has been conducting the Dental Quality Improvement (QI) Contest since 2010, we aimed to provide basic data for the development of dental quality improvement indicators by analyzing the trends of dental quality improvement activities. A total of 54 articles in the dental QI contest from 2015 to 2021 were used to search for frequently used words and to classify the quality of dental care. The criteria for the quality dimension of dental care were first classified into structure, process, and outcome, and secondary classification was performed into patient safety, timeliness, patient-centeredness, equity, efficiency, effectiveness, and accessibility. The frequently used key terms were satisfaction (five times), efficiency (four times), system (three times), and implant (three times). The activities for process evaluation were high at 62.26%, structural evaluation activities at 35.85%, and outcome evaluation activities at 1.89%. According to the components of dental care quality improvement, the activity performed under efficiency was the highest (33.96%), followed by patient-centeredness (18.87%), effectiveness (16.98%), patient safety (15.09%), accessibility (5.66%), timeliness (1.89%), and the equity (1.89%). QI activities in dental hospitals were mainly activities on improvement in structure and process, as well as activities on efficiency, patient-centeredness, effectiveness, and patient safety.

  • The most recent improvement in the 10 V array system was carried out with focusing on noise reduction. We have evaluated the uncertainty of the 10 V Josephson array system after the improvement. The uncertainty evaluation of 10 V standard included a comparison with a programmable Josephson array system at 1 V. Every contribution to the measurement uncertainty was evaluated in the level of $10^{-10}$. The estimated combined uncertainty was found to be approximately $10^{-9}$ at 10 V, which was limited only by the indirect verifying method. In the near future, a direct comparison with another 10 V Josephson voltage standard is expected to be carried out to provide more accurate uncertainty evaluation for the KRISS Josephson voltage standard.

  • This research aims to improve the environmental education for elementary student's education program. That let environmental education be connected to other curriculum with a compunction enhancement plan to the internal volume side of environmental education, and grope for activation of compunction environmental education with curriculum necessary paradigm conversion of education for continuance possibility in green education. In case of legal and system, improving of legal and system by establishment of the environmental education act for system repair and source of revenue preparation of environmental education is needed. Based on importance of teaching-education and evaluation, it must be developed various teaching-education ways of environmental education in case of curriculum and an improvement of teaching-education ways and evaluation must be performed. After teaching-education about environmental education has been executed, a teaching-education improvement must be performed by evaluation.

  • 공학교육인증제는 공학 교육의 질적 향상을 통해 국제 경쟁력을 갖는 공학기술 인력의 양성을 목적으로, 공학교육인증 프로그램의 학생들이 졸업할 시점에 달성해야 하는 학습 성과를 프로그램의 교육목표에 맞게 설정하고 적합한 절차에 따라 성취도를 평가하도록 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 호서대학교 정보보호학 프로그램에서 설정한 프로그램 학습성과를 달성하기 위해 수행 준거, 평가 체계, 문서 체계 및 순환형 자율개선 체계 등을 포함하는 성취도 평가 시스템과 이러한 평가체계에 따라 성취도를 측정한 사례에 대해 연구한다.

  • This study focuses on design of supplementary evaluation indicator system geared towards comprehensive rearrangement projects in seats of township and town offices. In the first phase, it tries to reveal major problems and issues related to evaluation of the existing small town promotion projects. In terms of analytical tools, this study depends on the Delphi and AHP techniques. In specific, after three rounds of the Delphi methods, it extracts a series of alternative evaluation indicators derived from the AHP methods. It covers 5 major evaluation criteria, under which 18 independent items are hierarchically interconnected. It expects that these alternative evaluation indicators would contribute to selecting appropriate small town promotion projects. Next, applying these evaluation indicators, we examine couples of comprehensive rearrangement projects in seats of township and town offices. From the comparative contexts, we believe that the proposed alternative evaluation criteria would improve the general satisfaction level of key stakeholders in deciding the priority order of the small town promotion projects.

공급자 부품품질 향상을 위한 품질보증시스템 개선방안 (Enhancement of Quality Assurance System for Improving the Quality of Suppliers' Product)

  • A prerequisite for improving the quality of a product is to enhance the quality of its parts supplied from outsourced enterprises. An enterprise certified by ISO 9001 Quality Management System is expected to develop their effective quality assurance system and maintain it through continuous control and improvement, thereby ensuring the good quality of products that they produce. However, it is reported that small and medium-sized enterprises certified by ISO 9001 have difficulty establishing an effective quality assurance system. This study aims to propose a new method of improving a quality assurance system that can be more effective in small and medium-sized enterprises. This study collectively considered requirements specified in several international standards on quality system and the results of expert group brainstorming to identify evaluation areas and items for assessing a quality assurance system. Based on these evaluation areas and items, a set of checklists for diagnosing and improving a quality assurance system was developed. In order to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed method, this study applied it to ten small and medium-sized enterprises and could identify four approaches for improving their current quality assurance system. The presented improvement method, which consists of establishment of quality goals and quality innovation plan, defective products corrective activities, 4M and design change process, improvement of customer quality information management, is expected to be utilized as a useful tool for the enhancement of the quality assurance system of small and medium-sized enterprises.

  • The productivity is the one of the primary elements to evaluate the new systems performance for building construction along with the economic efficiency, the safety, and the quality improvement. At present the on-site construction automation systems(we will call it as Construction Factory or CF hereafter) is under the development by research group for construction automation of high-rise building. The system includes many sub-systems such as a robotic crane, a construction factory, bolting robots, a building material management system using RFID and so on. In this study we discuss and propose the method to evaluate for these hybrid on-site automation system fundamentally. In future we devise a framework of evaluation modules for the on-site building automation system on the basis of this discuss.
