  • We studied about the adopted system to POSCO facility which is very complexity and various as an example for studying a facility diagnosis and management system that is starting to be distinguished in the nowadays. At the first, explain what's the background why POSCO adopted the system, and it's goal, and it's promoting direction and ways. And there after studied it's results and effective analysis. Finally inquiry about the future improvement and development items through problems which become known during the project periods.

  • To improve the surface waviness in the peripheral milling, since the tool deflection is largely affected by cutting force, the feedrate is controlled so that the cutting force measured in the normal direction to the workpiece is constant. A discrete time first order model between the feedrate and the tool deflection is derived for the control. The experimental results show that the surface waviness is greatly improved by the proposed method.

  • A virtual antenna system is presented to increase the channel capacity of a smart antenna in cdma2000. Although a smart antenna system can increase channel capacity by forming a beam to a desired user direction, an increase of channel capacity is limited by the number of antenna elements. A virtual antenna is proposed to improve the channel capacity by increasing the degree of freedom. The results show that the proposed system has a larger channel capacity than a conventional smart antenna system for the same number of antenna elements.

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the direction of development of residential land in downtown of Taegu. The main findings of this study are follows. The residential land in downtown is narrow in size, has bad accessibility to road and has bad land shape. So if you develop the residential land not separately but related to near place, it will be more profitable. Especially, we can use Hedonic Price Model as a was of making better in economic.

  • 전력계통이 커지고 복잡해짐에 따라 전력계통의 상태를 정확하게 파악하고 안정하게 운영하는데 EMS의 역할이 더욱 커지고 있다. EMS에서 상태추정은 다른 응용프로그램에 대한 기본 자료를 제공하므로 중요하다. 우리나라는 EMS와 MOS를 이용하여 전력계통을 안정하게 운영하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 EMS와 MOS의 상태추정 알고리즘을 소개하고 차이점을 비교하였다. 또한 상태추정 파라미터 운영현황을 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 앞으로의 개선방향을 제시하였다.

  • The level crossing collision accident which comprises more than 90 percent of all level crossing accidents is one of the most serious safety problems. There is a critical need for providing safe strategy and is focusing on the level crossing information rather than measures at a grade crossing. This study is intended to develop technology for accident prevention and damage reduction based on accident cases analysis result and improvement direction to complement shortcomings of safety equipment of conventional level crossing and to establish safety of travelers(train, motor vehicle, person).

  • Dewaxing Technique was reconized as the removal of waxy materials from the lubriating distillates for the purpose of the improvement of the low temperative fluidity of the lubricating oils. Recently this technique is developed not only the removal of the waxy materials but the reformation of the waxy materials which does not effect the low temperative fluidity of the lutricating oils. The cutalytic dewaxing technique is developed is this letter direction. And so I insist here the defintion of dewaxing technique must be defined as the technique of the removal and reforming technique of the waxy materials which effect the fluidity of the lubricating oils.

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the business process in which Korea Land & Housing Corporation utilizes spatial DB of NSDI(National Spatial Data Infrastructure) for compensation service. By the analysis of spatial data connected with compensation service, the influence of the matching error among spatial data on the business process for the service is identified and it is required to draw a direction for improvement in it.

  • The use of PBD(prefabricated band drain)far ground improvement is rapidly increased due to the merit of construction period and cost, environmental preservation compared with other vertical drain method, and the development of material. This paper presents the historical review, theoretical background, design procedure and method, and typical construction example for the PBD. Also, the direction of further technical development and study is recommended.
