  • Purpose - This study explored factors of online education that affect student dissatisfaction and learning effectiveness in higher education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research design, data, and methodology - This study combined qualitative and quantitative designs. The qualitative part of this study involved in-depth interviews using a criteria-based purposive sampling technique. The quantitative part of this study consisted of an online survey. Results - The qualitative results revealed that students faced significant problems related to online learning, including a lack of learning environment, interaction, and support from the school. The quantitative results indicated that the effects of transitioned-online courses on student dissatisfaction were higher with student support, the interaction between students and instructors, online learning environment, and course organization and evaluation based on the order, while the effects on learning effectiveness were higher with the online learning environment, interaction between students and instructors, course organization and evaluation, and student support based on the order. Conclusion - The results implied that online learning in the era of the COVID 19 pandemic negatively affects student satisfaction and learning effectiveness. Policymakers and school leaders should improve students' satisfaction and learning effectiveness when confronted with the pandemic. Better policies should be adopted to improve better way of teaching in the era of COVID19.

  • The purpose of this paper is to compare the learning effectiveness of autonomous learning between on-line cyber learning using Internet media and off-line learning using printed media. In this study, each group is provided with the same learning contents and the same learning conditions. For autonomous learning the results revealed a significant difference between on-line cyber learning being not as effective as off-line learning. In order to improve the effectiveness of on-line cyber learning the negative aspects have been identified. These findings will help to improve the development of on-line learning effectiveness.

  • The purpose of this study sought to determine the impact of shared leadership perceived by organizational members on team effectiveness and team learning behavior. For this purpose, the results of the empirical analysis of 206 organizational members are as follows. First, shared leadership was analyzed to improve team effectiveness. Second, shared leadership had a positive effect on team learning behavior. Third, team learning behavior was statistically significantly analyzed for team effectiveness. This study confirmed the importance of shared leadership, which has a positive impact on team effectiveness and team learning behavior. This may require building a new culture that can demonstrate the inherent leadership of organizational members in the influence relationship between shared leadership, team effectiveness, and team learning behavior. In other words, in order to systematically demonstrate and implement shared leadership, the execution ability of executives, managers, and working-level managers is important. To this end, it is necessary to build an organizational culture that matches the characteristics of the organization and develop and continuously implement human resource development systems and programs that can implement this.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study of improve the organizational performance and survival with the changes of the circumstances or in pursuit of improving the organizational effectiveness through the learning organization, the organizational culture was inspected with the condition precedent of the learning organization. The result of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, The learning organization has a positive effect on the organizational effectiveness. The knowledge and experience accumulated by the learning organization improve the official satisfaction. Second, in the organizational culture of the learning organization, developmental and rational culture has positive effect on the learning organization, but hierarchical and group culture has no effect on the learning organization. Therefore, To establish the learning organization through the organizational learning, all managers realize the importance of developmental and rational culture because the organizational effectiveness is significant when the organization change is new.

  • Since team performance has become one of the core factors for companies' success, companies are putting every effort to raise team productivity. In this vein, the purpose of this study was to examine the influence of team learning behavior upon team dynamic capabilities, team effectiveness, and to verify the mediating effect of team dynamic capabilities in corporations. 312 employees were randomly selected to participate in an questionnaire survey. The result has shown that the static correlation exists between team learning behavior, team dynamic capabilities, and team effectiveness. Team dynamic capabilities mediated the relationship between team learning behavior and team effectiveness. Based on the findings, the study implies that learning behaviors among team members should be supported in order to improve its outcome, and HR representatives must help to develop dynamic capabilities.

  • E-learning method has many advantages that supplement the shortfalls of offline education. For this reason, today's offline educational institutions adopted the online education technique to improve learning effectiveness. Recently, general universities have partially adopted online learning. As a result, a study is searching for ways to improve the effectiveness of education by copying the merits of the existing offline education onto the online education. Thus a proper evaluation of learners and a feedback provision are considered necessary to improve the effectiveness of online learning. This study aims to suggest a model that will improve learning efficiency by adapting the advantages of offline education to online learning. To evaluate properly, this study conducted Item Response Test to examine the learners and finally ensure them an adequate level of education. Also, this study suggested a way to enhance learning efficiency by finding out each learner's study habits and to address the weaknesses of online learning. It is expected that the suggested method would be helpful in bettering learner's ability to study in school environment.

  • All men′s achievement and behavior is always based on motivation. It has been reported that learning motivation plays an important role to get the achievement of study to approximately 16 ~ 38%. Therefore, a lot of researchers agree that learning motivation must be required for learning achievement. This study focuses on "How behavior induces learning motivation from learners\ulcorner" I adapted "the Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction" which is supported by John. M. Keller in the model of ARCS to the course of teaching-learning in order to improve them systematically. The effectiveness and results of adaptation must be considered to solve the math problems.

  • In this paper we present an associative menory network(AMN) controller for learning of robot trajectories. We use AMN controller in order to improve the performance of conventional learning control, e.g. RCL, which had studied by Sadegh et al. Computer simulations show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed AMN controller.

  • This study is a model study on the contents and methods of intercultural learning. Starting with a discussion of the intercultural learning model construct, it presents key contents important for intercultural learning and learning methods that can increase the effectiveness of intercultural learning. Also, we actually conducted the above learning program at the learning site and discussed the observations and results. It was a case study that allowed us to test the effectiveness of cultural intelligence theory, the latest theory that can improve intercultural competency. In addition, in order for the cultural intelligence theory to be effective in the learning process, it was found that the PBL method, which allows learners to solve problems on their own, rather than cramming education, is useful. Additionally, it was found that the ARCS model was also very effective in motivating and maintaining learners' continuous motivation. At this time, the instructor was also able to see that the effect increases when the role of catalyst becomes the main one.
