In this paper, we discuss about the implementation of CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) which is information infrastructure for CALS. CALS concept is introduced by DoD(Department of Defense, US) to exchange technical data of product's life cycle electronically. This CALS concept is accepted by commercial industrial area and considered as a part of global concept of Electronic Commerce. CITIS- a service defined by MIL-STD-974- is about to be implemented by commercial industrial society, too. But, until now there is a few sites implementing CITIS and especially in Korea. In this paper, we discuss characteristics of some CALS/CITIS implementation and solutions, and introduce ETRI-CITIS.
Modular implementation of a feature is a first step toward feature-oriented product line engineering, which develops and then utilizes core assets to configure products in terms of features. Aspect-oriented programming provides effective mechanisms for improving the modularity of feature implementations. However, as features in general are not independent of each other, changes in the implementation of one feature may cause changes to or side effects in the implementation of other features. Moreover, since the time at which a feature is incorporated into products, called feature binding time, may be various from compile time through load time to run time, a feature may have to be implemented differently depending on when the feature is bound into a product. To make each feature implementation module as independent as possible, this paper proposes aspectual implementation patterns that can effectively separate feature dependencies as well as feature binding time from feature implementation modules. These patterns enable flexible composition of feature implementation modules without affecting other modules according to feature selection. The approaches are demonstrated and evaluated based on a product line of scientific calculator applications.

Dragon Stream Cipher is proposed for software base implementation in the eSTREAM project. Now this stream cipher is selected as a phase 3 focus candidate. Dragon is a new stream cipher contructed using a single word based NIFSR(non-linear feed back shift register) and 128/256 key/IV(Initialization Vector). Dragon is the keystream generator that produce 64bits of keystream. In this paper, we present an implementation of Drag(m stream cipher algorithm in hardware. Finally, the implementation is on Altera FPGA device, EP3C35F672I and the timing simulation is done on Altera's Quartus II. A result of 111MHz maximum clock rate and 7.1Gbps is throughput is obtained from the implementation.
At present, new techniques based on different component reference models for the integration of component and system of different platforms, such as EJB and COM+, are introduced. The operation between the components in the identical component platform is realized by the composition at the source level. In case of the different component platform, however, it is impossible to use combined components in real condition although they are components of similar domain. In this paper we proposed a solution for the composition problem by using component transformation methodology based on model between EJB and COM+ components which are different components. For the composition between EJB and COM+ components, we compared and analyzed each reference model, then proposed the Virtual Component Model which is implementation independent and the Implementation Table for the mutual conversion. Reffering to the Virtual Component Model and the Implementation Table, we can generalize each Implementation model to the Virtual Component Model, make the Virtual Component Model which is implementation independent through the virtual component modeling, transform EJB and COM+ components selectively. Proposing the effective Model Transformation method to the different component platform, we can combine EJB and COM+ components.

In this paper, we propose optimization methods for implementing SPARKLE, one of the NIST LWC finalists, on a 64-bit ARMv8 processor. The proposed methods consist of two approaches: an implementation using ARM A64 instructions and another using NEON ASIMD instructions. The A64-based implementation is optimized by performing register scheduling to efficiently utilize the available registers on the ARMv8 architecture. By utilizing the optimized A64-based implementation, we can achieve speeds that are 1.69 to 1.81 times faster than the C reference implementation on a Raspberry Pi 4B. The ASIMD-based implementation, on the other hand, optimizes data by parallelizing the ARX-boxes to perform more than three of them concurrently through a single vector instruction. While the general speed of the optimized ASIMD-based implementation is lower than that of the A64-based implementation, it only slows down by 1.2 times compared to the 2.1 times slowdown observed in the A64-based implementation as the block size increases from SPARKLE256 to SPARKLE512. This is an advantage of the ASIMD-based implementation. Therefore, the ASIMD-based implementation is more efficient for SPARKLE variant block cipher or permutation designs with larger block sizes than the original SPARKLE, making it a useful resource.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to gain basic information for parental education by investigating parent's implementation and perception of children's right to play. Methods: The subjects of this study were 458 parents who have a child in kindergarten or 1st grade of elementary school in J city. The research tool used in this study, the Parent's Perception of and Implementation for Children's Right to Play(PPICRP), was developed by researchers. PPICRP is a 5type rating scale questionnaire which includes the selection of a space for play, play time, play mate, instrument, etc. The data were analyzed by using the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The results showed that the parent's implementation for children's right to play was lower than the parent's perception of it except for the selection of play instrument. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study imply that there is a need for parent education which contains concepts and stresses the importance of play, which implement children's right to play. The unexpected result in the play instrument, the excessive organization of the play by adults, and the difference of parent's implementation according to the gender of their children were further discussed.

The management science was concerned about how to use the main point of the management science model and it's technique by the rational primary factors. The problem's definition, estabilished of the model and it's solving. These function are very difficult and important problems, what is more important, are the model of management science's real prosecution to the manager and management scientist. The management science give us a clue to the solution of a business problem. To get needs conclusion and achieving the estabilished object, we must implement a plan, a stratgem, a policy. If we were not implementing the recommended items, we may call the estabilished model and problem solving impractical, ivory-tower theorizing. But, the implementation of management science model is a complicated problem that is involved mutual relations of managers and management scientist, linkage parts member and the resources of organization. And the other problems of implementation are very complicated problems composed of technologic and economic, social and politic, psychological. This paper reports the implementation of a success that possibly studies a fluent and a chief cause to systematic analysis. Then, first of all I will define of implementation and from these, construction of a unity system, I continue with a catch hold of a main point and a fluent for the successful implementation.
In the past few years, many Korean companies have implemented various ERP systems. Despite the enormous efforts and costs, however, there have been doubts about the effectiveness of ERP implementation. The purpose of this study is to identify whether the announcement of ERP implementation affects the market value of the firm. To achieve the research objective, event-study methodology was used assessing the cumulative abnormal returns(CARs) for 33 firms' announcements of ERP investments. Findings of the study are summarized as follows: First, the announcements of ERP implementation have no effect on the firm value though the sign is negative. Second, there is marginally significant difference in the market value of the firm between the first mover of ERP implementation and its followers. In order to figure out any possible reasons of such unexpected results, several investors and fund managers of major investment firms were interviewed. They reached the two agreements that ERP hardly increases the firm value. One was mainly due to the misfit between the foreign business processes built in the ERP systems and Korean firms' traditional business processes. The other was the possibility of financial deterioration caused by substantial costs for ERP implementation.
The green premium is the most important feature of Korea's RE100 system. Green premium has three characteristics. The first, the cost of implementation is lower than that of other means of implementation. The second, it is linked with the RPS system to keep the means of implementing the green premium low. Third, the funds raised by the green premium are used to supply renewable energy to compensate for the additionality that the green premium does not have. When the entire industrial sector's electricity consumption is converted to renewable energy, the implementation cost of the green premium is estimated to be 3,377.4 billion won, and the REC purchase is estimated to incur the implementation cost of 6,576.4 billion won, which is 3.5 trillion more than the green premium. It was analyzed that an additional implementation cost of KRW 100 million would occur. In addition, in the case of solar PPA, it was analyzed that additional implementation costs of KRW 13,375.7 billion to KRW 16,162.3 billion were incurred. It was estimated that the renewable energy that could be supplied to the green premium would at least be sufficient for companies exporting to the US and EU. In addition, it was analyzed that when the fund created as a green premium is used for renewable energy supply, about 30.7% of the renewable energy supply through PPA can be supplied. However, as ESG is emphasized, green premium can be criticized by green washing because there is no additionality. There is also a limit to responding to the EU's CBAM. Therefore, companies can use the green premium depending on the situation, but it is more advantageous to use PPA, etc. The government needs to sufficiently maintain the supply of renewable energy using the fund to maintain the green premium.
