  • The one-person producing system is that planning program, arrangements, composition, taking pictures and edition are all done by only one person. In the reality of the producing systems of the broadcasting programs, as the number of the broadcasting stations, which apply one-person producing systems, is gradually increasing, the study on the change is going on. In this study I grasped the merits and demerits of both systems ; multi men producing system and one-person producing system. And then I analyzed the sudden change of the method of the producing programs into one using the 6m digital camera. The merits of producing programs by means of the 6m digital cameras are following ; the mobility of producing programs, a close contact with the source, the enlargement of the diversity of the contents and cutting down expenses. The demerits of it are following ; a lowering of the degree of completion and the unstableness of an image. Nowadays because of the enlargement of the rate of the outsourcing production, the number of the independent production studios rapidly increased. From the viewpoint of cutting down expenses and the diversity of contents, the number of broadcasting programs produced by means of one-person producing broadcasting program system is increasing.

  • In order to obtain the overall fire line information of medium and large forest fires at night, the ground control system was developed to determine whether forest fires occurred through real-time video clips and to calculate the location of the forest fires determined using the location of drones, angle information of video cameras, and altitude information on the map to reduce the time required for regular video matches obtained after the completion of the mission. To verify the reliability of the developed function, the error distance of the aiming position information of the flight altitude star and the image camera was measured, and the location information within the reliable range was displayed on the map. As the function developed in this paper allows real-time identification of multiple locations of forest fires, it is expected that overall fire line information for the establishment of forest fire extinguishing measures will be obtained more quickly.

  • In this paper, we realized a system that converts the character images of the printed Korean alphabet (Hangul) to the editable text documents by using the black and white CCD camera, We were able to abstract the contours information of the character which is based on the structural character by using the boundary tracing technique that is strong to the noise on the character recognition. By using the contours information, we recognized the horizontal vowels and vertical vowels of the character image and classify the character into the six patterns. After that, the character is divided to the unit of the consonant and vowel. The vowels are recognized by using the maximum length projection. The separated consonants are recognized by comparing the inputted pattern with the standard pattern that has the phase information of the boundary line change. We realized a system that the recognized characters are inputted to the word editor with the editable KS Hangul completion type code.

  • Computerized map reading system is one of the most important application areas in the image processing.A map databaes can be used for a wide range of scial activities such as narural resource assessment, regional plan-ming,and reaffic nabigation system. The road segments, however, are extracted as briken in the area where they are overlapped and interupted by chracters and symbols.Few approaches have been taken to complete road segnents interupted by map symbols. In this paper,a movel approach for the extracation and completion of road segements interupted by map symbols is proposed using neural networks. The system is applied to 1/25,000 scaled maps published by the Grographical Survey Unstitute of Ministry of Construction of Korea. It will be shown that the system can extract and reconstruct road segmetns for the various areas of maps sucessfully.

  • The costume in musical is an important visual factor that contributes to the level of stage completion by for the character and overall atmosphere of the whole play. Besides, as if it is has a fixed times in the drama, it has to produce to consider an opinion of producer to express the theme, atmosphere of a play and especially in the period adventure drama, to revive as it is historical dress, there is not creation at stage of today. This research is studied into the stage costume of the musical 'Jekyll and Hyde' an adapted to express image of good and evil in the one character. For this research, it researched costume of Victoria period in England, study character of main actor by analysis of the play in an original work, examine the stage costume of the musical 'Jekyll and Hyde' performed in the inside and outside of the country. In the musical stage costume, by character difficult of stage costume, factor of design feature divided to good and evil and compare feature design of stage costume, research new design express method to consider musical acting, moreover through designing and producing the costume to be suitable for the content of the work. This research consists of research and actual production of work, study of documentary records, collection and analysis of overseas performances, news releases, video material and internet research were the methods of this study.

  • This research is to observe the shoreline changes in Jinha beach over the 50 years with aerial photographs and satellite images. The shoreline image feature was retrieved from the corrected images using wet and dry techniques and analyzed by DSAS from the statistical point of view. From 1967 to 1992, the mouth of Hoeya River was severely blocked and the northern shoreline off Jinha beach was eroded. The blockade of river mouth seemed to have been eased along with the completion of the dike, but soil continued to be deposited along the high sea away from the river month. Compared to the past, a layer of sediment has been formed off the northern coastline while the southern coastline has eroded. At least in the region subject to this research, the construction of a training dike is to blame. On top of that, a mere combination of dredges and artificial nourishment is not enough to take under control the changing shorelines properly. Thus, it is necessary to devise a more fundamental solution by taking into account reasons behind sediment from the river area that could change the shorelines besides the costal environment.

  • Ocean Scanning Multispectral Imager (OSMI) is a payload on the KOMPSAT satellite to perform global ocean color monitoring for the study of biological oceanography. The instrument images the ocean surface using a wisk-broom motion with a swath width of 800km and a ground sample distance (GSD) of < 1km over the entire field of view (FOV). The instrument is designed to have an on-orbit operation duty cycle of 20% over the mission lifetime of 3 years with the functions of programmable gain/offset and on-board image data compression/storage. The instrument also performs sun and dark calibration for on-board instrument calibration. The OSMI instrument is a multi-spectral imager covering the spectral range from 400nm to 900nm using CCD Focal Plane Array (FPA). The ocean colors are monitored using 6 spectral channels that can be selected via ground commands. KOMPSAT satellite with OSMI was integrated and the satellite level environment tests including instrument aliveness/functional test, such as launch environment, on-orbit environment (Thermal/Vacuum) and EMI/EMC test were performed at KARl. Test results met the requirements and the OSMI data were collected and analyzed during each test phase. The instrument is launched on the KOMPSAT satellite on December 21,1999 and is scheduled to start collecting ocean color data in the early 2000 upon completion of on-orbit instrument checkout.

  • In recent years, various methods have been attempted to visually manage the construction site efficiently, and in particular, there has been a tendency to use a UAV or a drone in the air rather than a land on a construction site, Can be visually photographed and recorded or analyzed. In this study, the unmanned aerial photographs were taken at least three times and the USN sensors were simultaneously operated on the main structure at the time of shooting, The goal of this research was to make the image information and environmental information of the construction site available for efficient construction management by matching. As a result, not only professional engineers at construction sites but also administrative managers can visually confirm the detailed situation of the site at the time of the construction site and the completion status, and can help decision making in appropriate budget input and appropriate resource support The experts in each field discussed the safety management of the construction site, the prevention of disaster and various factors of change which can be changed by natural environment factors.

  • Drones, one of the 4th industrial technologies that are expanding from military use to industrial use, are being actively used in the search missions of the National Police Agency and finding missing persons, thereby reducing interest in a wide area and the input of large-scale search personnel. However, legal review of police drone operation is continuously required, and the importance of advanced system for related operations and analysis of captured images in connection with search techniques is increasing at the same time. In this study, in order to facilitate recording, preservation, and monitoring in the concept of precise search and monitoring, it is possible to achieve high efficiency and secure golden time when precise search is performed by constructing spatial information based on photo rather than image data-based search. Therefore, we intend to propose a spatial information construction technique that reduces the resulting data volume by adjusting the unnecessary spatial information completion rate according to the size of the subject. Through this, the scope of use of drone search missions for large-scale areas is advanced and it is intended to be used as basic data for building a drone operation manual for police searches.
