In 1990s with the increasing of consumers' standard of life and change of life style, there has been an increase of import from overseas license brands and a new participation of big enterprises, as well as small and medium enterprises in local fashion market. As a leading fashion company with a long tradition and technique, the INDIAN brand of Sejung Inc. needs to establish a new image to preoccupy relative superiorty in the competition with other brands and satisfy future consumers in the present situation of 1990s. Therefore, for developing of its image, we made an investigation of three-dimentional marketing about business environment, and after setting up the B.I concept, we initiated to express a visual image. Through a made-up question after the completion of those works, we decided our logo mark and completed the entire design system, including the basic and applied elements of main design items of INDIAN B.I Finally, to maximize the effect of the brand identity, it is necessary for us to keep the principles in making the shape of design, to take care of them thoroughly, to make all the members' thinking and behavior unite concerned with the brand, and to execute continuous educational programs for practice of B.I. conciousness with the public relations when B.I. will be appeared on the market.

This article defines sijo's musicality in two ways and verifies how musicality is shown in modern sijo with some examples. First, the first metre of a song's fourth part, that is, the sijo's jongjang, should include a reverse of its poetic image. A song consists of five parts. Each part is sung as a part of the song, that is, the sijo's dimetre, trimetre, or tetrametre, but its fourth part is sung as the monometre which is the first metre of its jongjang. This is because the first metre of a sijo's jongjang forms the axis of the reverse in its poetic image, and when this works properly, it can maintain musicality as a sijo. Second, a sijo's tetrametre and sijo-chang's gak should correspond as the same value along with the completion of its meaning. If a sijo does not keep the metre, each part's completion of meaning and also the sijo-chang's gak become problematic, so it is impossible to perform sijo-chang. Only when each part's completion of meaning and the gak of the metre correspond to each other as the same value, the sijo can maintain its musicality. Next, the study verifies how musicality is shown in modern sijo. This was examined through the examples of gyeol-metre and yangjang-sijo in dan-sijo that cannot form any tongsa madi, arrangement of syllable units beyond metres, or the examples of loose reverse of meaning in a transitional phrase. The two kinds of musicality presented by this author have already been proved with old sijo. However, modern sijo has been created mainly centering around its image, so such musicality has been ignored and sijo's identity has been damaged seriously. In sijo, musicality gives life. If modern sijo is created mainly around its image, it can never be called as sijo unless it has musicality. Although modern sijo is not performed as music, it should be equipped with the form to be performed as a chang. This is how sijo can maintain its musicality. It is thought that now is the time to recognize modern sijo as the matter of communication between sijo-chang and sijo literature, not just as the combination of sijo-chang and sijo literature.

National Youth Space Center will complete installation of the NYSC 1m Telescope in this year. Before completion of the telescope, we present the software design of JTCS, and the preliminary result of tracking performance by JTCS and mount of the telescope. JTCS currently uses commercial software of the Sky X, for the real-time coordinates of various objects, such as asteroids, comets, and even satellites. In order to guarantee flexibility in CCD detectors, the MaxIm DL software was adopted and JTCS provides auto-guiding and scheduled image-taking with MaxIm DL. We are now stabilizing the telescope mount and JTCS with long-exposure tests, and gathering the preliminary data of tracking performance.

The fuzzy vault scheme has emerged as a promising solution to user privacy and fingerprint template security problems. Recently, however, the fuzzy vault scheme has been shown to be susceptible to a correlation attack. This paper proposes a novel scheme for one-time templates for fingerprint authentication based on the fuzzy vault scheme. As in one-time passwords, the suggested method changes templates after each completion of authentication, and thus the compromised templates cannot be reused. Furthermore, a huge number of chaff minutiae can be added by expanding the size of the fingerprint image. Therefore, the proposed method can protect a user's fingerprint minutiae against the correlation attack. In our experiments, the proposed approach can improve the security level of a typical approach against brute-force attack by the factor of $10^{34}$.

The principal government building of Kyungsanbuk-do was designed to show korean traditional architecture with tile-roofed house to reflect the image of Kyungsangbuk-do as the province of traditional culture. The roof of korean traditional architecture is the most importanat part that distinguishes the design character of a building and is important to determine degree of completion. As this is so, in the design phase, we reviewes the design documents about the proportional and slope of the roof, durability and sizes of component material and the structure of eaves. In the construction phase, it was required to cooperated with specialists of traditional architecture for realization of traditional beauty of the buildings as designed.

사진에는 의도하지 않은 노이즈나 찍는 과정 중에 발생한 실수나 문제로 원치 않게 가려진 부분이 있을 수 있는데, 이미지 완성 어플리케이션은 사용자가 전문적인 프로그램이나 전문가의 도움 없이 노이즈나 가려진 부분을 제거할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 GAN(Generative Adversial Network) 모델에 노이즈가 있는 사진을 입력으로 넣어 노이즈가 제거 된 사진을 생성하도록 하였고, 생성 된 사진과 기존 이미지가 자연스럽게 합성 될 수 있도록 보정을 하여 완성 된 이미지를 출력하는 어플리케이션을 제안한다. GAN 분류 모델의 시그모이드 교차-엔트로피와 생성이미지와 원본이미지간의 평균 제곱 오차를 함께 최소화 하도록 생성 모델을 학습시켰고, 낮은 평균 제곱 오차를 가지는 완성 이미지를 생성 할 수 있었다. 이미지 보정을 통해 생성 된 이미지와 입력 이미지와의 밝기 차이를 해소시켜 좀 더 자연스러운 완성 이미지 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

Resorting to electronic arbitration to resolve disputes in international trade contracts is the most important reflection of technological progress on the reality of international commercial arbitration. Electronic is a modern image of traditional arbitration, and this type of arbitration provides many advantages that are not provided by any legal system for resolving disputes, including speed, effectiveness and lower costs. What will this development produce? Through technical progress in the means of communication, it has become conceivable that international trade dealers agree to arbitration via electronic means of communication, followed by the completion of the arbitration process via the Internet, leading to the issuance of the electronic arbitration award in an electronic manner as well.

For practical education, many practices using various practical equipments have to be provided to students. In this study, the application of learning curve to represent student's learning process in a practical education using a equipment was studied. Learning curve model was originally developed in production management and based on human performance in human factors aspects. In this study, the application of learning curve model was studied on the eye tracking system, which is used to evaluate the usability of a product in design area. As a case study for its applicability, practical education for eye tracking system was provided to three students and then task completion times were measured for hardware system setup and gaze image recording. Learning curves were estimated for two tasks and then task completion times were predicted using the learning curves. Through ANOVA(analysis of variance) and correlation analysis, the applicability of learning curve to practical education was analysed. As the result, learning curve could be effectively applied to practical eduacation using equipment.

For the rapid change of fashion trend in modern society, the role of Jewelry has been emphasized. Even though the shape of Jewelry is tiny, but it has risen as one of the fashion items which could be used for various application. Especially, the Brooches are mainly put on her's top where they hold someone's eyes, so it could be regard as Artwork which assists for wearer's distinctive style and lingering impression. Overviews of Researches Trend in Brooch, they have been concerned about Brooch Design, Internal state of the Accessory in clothes and Accessory Design which is expressed in Fashion. But, the study on the relations between Clothes and Brooch is insufficient. So, in this paper, first of all we arrange the terms according to characteristic of Brooch, and then study empirically for the relations between Clothes and Shape of Brooch, Colors of Brooch, Materials of Brooch in Fashion Collection in order to study for the new physical beauty that is expressed by interaction between Clothes and Brooch.

Background: The aim of the study was to evaluate the vaginal dose and toxicity in patients of cervical cancer treated with image guided brachytherapy at our institute. Materials and Methods: Thirty-five patients treated with image based brachytherapy for cervical cancer were included. Vaginal contouring was done on MRI at brachytherapy and with CT scans of subsequent brachytherapy fractions. Dose volume parameters (DVH) were reported in accordance with the GEC-ESTRO guidelines. These were correlated with vaginal toxicity (assessed by CTCAE version 3) and quality of sexual life assessed at one year of completion of treatment. Results: Vaginal shortness was observed in 22 out of 30 (62.8%) patients, Nine (25.7%) had vaginal dryness and in 10 (28.5%) patients, there was contact bleeding. No association could be demonstrated between the dose volume parameters and vaginal toxicity in the present study. Conclusions: The lack of association between dose volume parameters of vagina with vaginal morbidity may be due to uncertainties involved in the delineation of vaginal wall and dosimetry. Future research is required to accurately define vaginal dose distribution to study its correlation with vaginal morbidity. Vaginal morbidity needs to be documented in order to improve the sexual outcome in these patients.
