A novel data hiding technique based on modified histogram shifting that incorporates multi-bit secret data hiding is proposed. The proposed technique divides the image pixel values into embeddable and nonembeddable pixel values. Embeddable pixel values are those that are within a specified limit interval surrounding the peak value of an image. The limit interval is calculated from the number of secret bits to be embedded into each embeddable pixel value. The embedded secret bits can be perfectly extracted from the stego image at the receiver side without any overhead bits. From the simulation, it is found that the proposed technique produces a better quality stego image compared to other data hiding techniques, for the same embedding rate. Since the proposed technique only embeds the secret bits in a limited number of pixel values, the change in the visual quality of the stego image is negligible when compared to other data hiding techniques.

JPEG is good for full color representation but is poor in quality of image because of the small size and the losing compression ways. GIF is a kind of format style made for image - transmission in Compuserve which is a method of PC communication in U. S. A and now is used in world wide web owing to the efficiency of file compression and transmission. But GIF only is used 256 colors, so the images in web has a poorer quality of colors effect to be compared with those of printed catalogues. Also there can be licence problems when the images is used for commercial uses because the possession is Compuserve. The PNG is a way that the total advantages of JPEG and GIF. PNG image file is a more skillful (bitmap display unit), shows a high quality image like TIFF image about, gives superior compression , a 10% to 30% represents full color, 256 color, gray like JPEG. GIF file which uses LZW compression file is a thing which pays licence, In other hands, PNG is free from licence and more skillful image processing method against image error, and it is possible to conserve the color information. Therefore, this treatise is about how various images which are utilized for commercial printings in web, can be made into PNG files about the compression file. And the representation of image by compared the G]U images with JPEG images as well as compression file and the representation of image the superiority of color representation. In addition, 1 check out how much ranges the PNG files are available for electronic publish printing.

통신, 해양, 기상의 세 분야 복합 임무를 수행하는 천리안위성(Communication Ocean Meteorological Satellite: COMS)의 기상 및 해양 영상 자료 수신 및 처리에 대한 백업 지상국 운영의 특성 및 결과를 논하였다. 먼저, 기상 및 해양 영상 자료 수신 및 처리 백업을 위한 지상국 형상, 영상 자료 처리, 백업 운영 업무의 특성을 기술하였다. 그리고 성공적인 백업 운영 확인을 위해, 정규 운영 시작 이후 처음 3년 동안의 정규 운영 결과도 제시하여 하였다. 2011년 4월부터 2014년 3월까지 영상 자료 수신, 전처리, 위성 방송배포에 대해 달성된 운영 성능 결과를 통계 분석 자료로 제시하였다.

Multimodal medical image fusion is the process of retrieving valuable information from medical images. The primary goal of medical image fusion is to combine several images obtained from various sources into a distinct image suitable for improved diagnosis. Complexity in medical images is higher, and many soft computing methods are applied by researchers to process them. Intuitionistic fuzzy sets are more appropriate for medical images because the images have many uncertainties. In this paper, a new method, based on Sugeno's intuitionistic fuzzy set (SIFS), is proposed. First, medical images are converted into Sugeno's intuitionistic fuzzy image (SIFI). An exponential intuitionistic fuzzy entropy calculates the optimum values of membership, non-membership, and hesitation degree functions. Then, the two SIFIs are disintegrated into image blocks for calculating the count of blackness and whiteness of the blocks. Finally, the fused image is rebuilt from the recombination of SIFI image blocks. The efficiency of the use of SIFS in multimodal medical image fusion is demonstrated on several pairs of images and the results are compared with existing studies in recent literature.

본 연구의 목적은 교차로 신호등 영상과 신호현시 영상을 하나의 영상정보로 통합 하여 중앙센터로 전송하는 방식이다. 시스템은 교차로 영상과 신호현시 영상을 수집하여 하나의 영상으로 통합하여 중앙센터에 전송 저장한다. 이 시스템은 사고발생시 사고정보를 즉시 전파하고 사고 원인을 규명하고 분쟁을 해결하는데 소요되는 시간을 줄임으로써 2차 사고를 예방하는데 효과적 일 것으로 예상된다.

This paper mainly studies the national impression of college students on South Korea, selects students from some key universities as the target population, and conducts an in-depth investigation from the overall impression of South Korea, diplomatic image, food culture, language culture, tourism, entertainment circle and other aspects. Through a questionnaire survey of Chinese college students, this paper studies the image of South Korea in the eyes of contemporary Chinese college students, including the following aspects: First, Research the current Chinese college students' perception of the overall image of South Korea; Second, it studies the current Chinese college students' perception of the image of South Korea in the diplomatic, language, food, tourism and entertainment circles, and analyzes the internal dimensions of the image of South Korea in the minds of Chinese college students; Third, it studies the current Chinese college students' cognition of the overall image of South Koreans, and analyzes the internal dimensions of the image of South Koreans in the minds of Chinese college students; Fourth, to investigate the evaluation of Chinese college students on the image of South Korea. The survey results are analyzed from the perspectives of all subjects and gender differences, combined with the theories of communication and intercultural communication, and suggestions and prospects for the future development of the national image are made.

The history of mankind has been together with the history of image because image provides with excellent information as a communication means. However, this study argues that there is more underlying cause for it. A subject is the subject of unconscious and the role of image is huge in the process toward the subject. Of course, image has been dealt in-depth in psychoanalysis. Film study also applied psychoanalysis on it. However, they were not the approach from the viewpoint with image in the center. Accordingly, this study will verify the image toward the subject and the absoluteness of image. The result of this study is that image intervened deeply in the formation of the subject much higher than the level of simple communication. Since image communicates with the subject on more underlying level, the subject have been always entangled with image and men have delved in image and been attracted to it.

In this paper, we designed a emergency medical image communication system EMICS added concept of emergency medical image to the existing emergency medical information system based on DICOM. Also we suggested a emergency medical image object EMISPS of EMICS. Using EMICS, the emergency medical technician can work together with emergency doctor. Therefore the patient can take more stable care than existing emergency medical information system. Using EMISPS, the emergency medical technician can get exact situation information of the patient.
