This presentation summarizes the development of the integration information search system for a Test-bed area located in Daejeon. It will be used for the validation of software components developed for the high resolution satellite image processing. The system development utilizes the Java programming language and implements the web browse capabilities to search, manage, and augment the satellite image data, the Ground Control Point(GCP) data, the spectral information on land cover types, the atmospheric data, and the topographical map.

지능형 경로 이동 기능을 갖춘 드론을 이용하여, IoT형 열화상 기반 태양광 고장 검출 장비의 개발 및 드론과의 연동을 최적화하여 취득된 이미지 데이터의 실시간 분석을 통해 태양광 발전소의 고장 판독을 용이하게 함으로써, 태양광발전소의 발전율 향상과 효율적인 유지관리 모델을 만들 수 있는 기반 기술의 제시와 이미지 차감 분석기법을 이용하여 태양광 패널의 고장을 판독할 수 있는 시스템을 설계한다.

The $21^{st}$ century is the age of sentiment and image. As industrial development pushes the demands of consumers for various goods, the marketing patterns of these goods have individualized. They are expressions embedded with various meanings. Retail shops, now going beyond the practical purpose of display and sales of goods, enhancing brand images and establishing a consumer-oriented strategy, play a key role in reacting to and creating overall cultural issues. This study will analyze and investigate the Prada retail shop, which has distinguished its brand image and effectively promoted its identity through a sustained management strategy. The Prada retail shop has established an image of a cultural icon through cultural marketing. It suggests individuality and creativity along with diversity It reflects the basic concepts of cultural marketing, freedom of expression combined with information and high technology. The Prada building symbolizes the brand itself. To foster these kinds of retail shops, data and information based on continuous studies must be provided and shared, and also the systematic reinterpretation and the effective presentation of expressive trends in interior design needs to be studied on an ongoing basis.

Objectives : Acupuncture points and meridians have been usually depicted as a two dimensional drawing and verbal description. Recently, imaging and three-dimensional image processing technologies have been introduced into medical fields such as anatomy and virtual operation, for the purpose of enhanced efficiency in research and education. This study attempted an image modelling of the meridian and acupoint in the upper limb region. Methods : A vector image model of an arm was produced and medical information on the meridian and acupoint of the arm region was incorporated. Results : A 3D modelling of the acupuncture meridian and acupoint in the upper limb region was produced along with a user console to control the presentation of related information and to facilitate visualization of the 3D model images. Conclusions : A 3D modelling of the acupuncture meridian and acupoint will be an efficient platform for an education and research.

본 논문은 영상 데이터의 저작권 보호를 위하여 원영상의 DC 영역 및 각 주파수 영역에 이진 로고 영상의 주파수 계수를 삽입하는 강건한 워터마킹 방법을 제안한다. 패턴을 인식할 수 있는 인간 시각 시스템으로 인해 기호가 숫자보다 훨씬 더 설득력이 있으므로, 워터마크로 64*64 이진 로고 영상의 1 레벨 DWT(discrete wavelet transform) 계수값을 사용한다. 제안한 워터마크 알고리즘은 로고 영상을 1 레벨 DWT하고, 이 DWT 계수값에 인간시각시스템(HVS: human visual system)을 적용하여 영상의 주파수 영역에 있어서 중요 부분(ROI: region of interest)을 기준으로 삽입한다. 따라서 본 워터마킹 기법은 워터마크 검출시 저작권을 바로 확인할 수 있고, 작은 크기의 워터마크를 HVS와 ROI를 이용해 삽입함으로써 비가시성과 견고성이 뛰어나다는 장점이 있다.

This paper presents a real-time implementation method of a laser pointer mouse system. This system consists of a camera, a FPGA circuits to track a laser footprint and RF module for communication between a laser pointer and the proposed system. We first simulate the system and realize the system by a FPGA circuit after implementing it by a VHDL.

본 논문에서는 애매성을 고려한 이론을 적용하여 유사도를 측정한 후 퍼지 관계 행 렬을 생성하여 인식을 행하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 인식 시스템은 모델과 입력 영상의 특징값을 정합하여 행하게 되는데 이때 얼마나 유사한가를 계산하는 유사도 측정은 대단히 중요한 작업중의 하나가 된다. 이를 위해 톨이론과 퍼지이론의 일치도 연산을 이용하여 유 사도를 측정하며, 퍼지 관계 행렬을 생성하여 정합을 행하고자 한다. 제안한 알고리즘에 대 해 3차원 물체와 얼굴 영상을 대상으로 실험을 수행하였으며 이를 통해 본 논문의 유용성을 입증하고자 한다.

요즘 의료 분야는 환자 병력 약제 정보등과 같은 다양한 의료정보가 증가함에 따라 정보화의 요구가 대두되고, 이는 디지털 영상의 등장과 함께 컴퓨터의 도움을 받는 소프트웨어의 개발로 이어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 추세에 맞춰, 이전에 개발된 유방암 전용 소형 감마카메라로부터 신호를 획득하여 실시간으로 디지털 영상을 만들어 내고 화면에 디스플레이하는 의료영상 표현 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a strategy for the promotion of the image of nursing. The study questions were; Do nurses have a proper self image\ulcorner What image of nursing do the public have\ulcorner It is thought that the prejudices that the public have about nursing personnel have to be eliminated in order to provide for better health care. Even though the public have misconceptions of prejudices, nurses have not paid much attention to them, nor sought ways to change them. This study was designated to make out a model project to improve the image of nursing held by the public. This study was a strategy building descriptive study. This study was oriented to a model project to improve the image of nursing. The subjects for the study were 650 nurses who were staff nurses. The study procedures were as follow ; First step ; a special action committe for nursmg image making was established of nine members who were divided into five subgroups. 2nd step ; a 1st workshop was held to improve self concept of nurses and to recognize them the necessity of nursing image development, a 2nd workshop was held to develop a conceptual framewrk for the action plan and for budget planning. 3rd step ; a master plan for a nursing image was developed and evaluated through discussion and presentation. 4th step ; lecture and role playing were used to further the development of a caring attitude in the nurse. 5th step ; a situation oriented video film was made and previewed the film is done for nurses and doctors, and lastly ; an academic symposium was held to redefine and reinforce the nursing image under the title of future directed nursing for Yonsei University, at this time three nurses were given awards for demonstrating a caring attitude in order to motivate nurses to develop a care oriented attitude.

In this study, in order to improve visualization and enhance the ability of the surgeon to perform delicate endoscopic surgery, three dimensional endoscopic system is designed. These 3D systems have our features of stereoendoscopic image processing: real time image capture and retrieve; presentation of left and right image on a single monitor; separable processing of the left and right eye images; coding of the 3D endoscopic video. For 3D endoscopic video coding, three approaches are presented based on interlaced picture structure, side-field format structure, and simulcast technique. Experimental results and performances comparisons are presented and analyzed or these approaches. Digital video coding techniques are presented or 3D endoscopic video sequences by means of an MPEG-2 video coding.
