As the amount of information increases explosively with the development of society, the need for a digital archive has emerged in order to maintain information efficiently. There is a current standard of digital archive is OAIS(Open Archival Information System) reference model. OAIS reference model is mainly interested in long-term preservation and concerned about comprehensive content. This paper propose digital archive workflow that is used not only for long-term preservation but also for the efficient utilization with the image data. The OAIS reference model and the metadata standard should be added surge information to build a digital archive. Therefore we propose metadata model should be managed based on multi-level classes not only for effective digital image archive but also for utilization.
The purpose of this multi-disciplinary convergent study is to establish Image Copyright Archive Model for Museums to protect image copyright and vitalize the use of images out of necessity of research and development on copyright services over the life cycle of art contents created by the museums and out of the necessity to vitalize distribution market of image copyright contents in creative industry and to formulate management system of copyright services. This study made various suggestions for enhancement of transparency and efficiency of art contents ecosystem through vitalization of use and recycling of image copyright materials by proposing standard system for calculation, distribution, settlement and monitoring of copyright royalty of 1,000 domestic museums, galleries and exhibit halls. First, this study proposed contents and structure design of image copyright archive model and, by proposing art contents distribution service platform for prototype simulation, execution simulation and model operation simulation, established art contents copyright royalty process model. As billing system and technological development for image contents are still in incipient stage, this study used the existing contents billing framework as basic model for the development of billing technology for distribution of museum collections and artworks and automatic division and calculation engine for copyright royalty. Ultimately, study suggested image copyright archive model which can be used by artists, curators and distributors. In business strategy, study suggested niche market penetration of museum image copyright archive model. In sales expansion strategy, study established a business model in which effective process of image transaction can be conducted in the form of B2B, B2G, B2C and C2B through flexible connection of museum archive system and controllable management of image copyright materials can be possible. This study is expected to minimize disputes between copyright holder of artwork images and their owners and enhance manageability of copyrighted artworks through prevention of such disputes and provision of information on distribution and utilization of art contents (of collections and new creations) owned by the museums. In addition, by providing a guideline for archives of collections of museums and new creations, this study is expected to increase registration of image copyright and to make various convergent businesses possible such as billing, division and settlement of copyright royalty for image copyright distribution service.

This study aims to share a methodology for locality reproduction by concretely explaining the theoretical model, procedure, and practice of constructing the Port of Busan Image Digital Archive, based on the photographic and postcard images of the Port of Busan, the representative place of Busan. Among the open-source record management programs, Omeka was chosen in implementing the digital archive because of its suitability for image exhibition. After establishing the principles for archive implementation in accordance with the purpose of the archive, a basic investigation was conducted for the record collection. With the consent of the individuals and institutions that possess the related records on the Port of Busan, such as the National Archives of Korea, the Busan Museum, and the City of Busan, original image artifacts were thus collected. The collected artifacts were then described using the Dublin Core metadata and categorized by time period. The Port of Busan was classified through four distinctive spatial characteristics (transportation, historic, industrial, and living spaces). A total of 11 themes for the exhibition was then suggested. The Busan-Shimonoseki Ferry Boat was chosen as an example exhibition of transportation space.
Several environmental problems have occurred and extremely affected throughout the East Asia region. Satellite imageries and spatial information have been used in the applications of environmental and natural hazard management for years. Sharing these data and resources in the community is considered as one of the optimal solution. It would consequently bring cost saving to all participated countries and eventually be beneficial to mankind as a whole. Encouraged by these factors, ASEAN+3 Satellite Image Archive for Environmental Study project was submitted by Thailand in the 3rd Senior Official Meeting between ASEAN, China, Japan and Korea (SEOM+3 Meeting) and approved by the SEOM+3. The main objectives of this project are to share satellite images, information related to natural resources and environmental issues, and to provide data information services to all ASEAN+3 countries. The proposed system is basically embedded by distributed system. The network of data users, data providers, and the center will be established using the Internet. User can access, navigate, display, and even download some archived contents. Its service site can be generally categorized into two parts, which are environmental related data archive and the Integrated satellite image catalogue. The extension of web based GIS is also planned for future development so that GIS users can conduct some preliminary analysis directly on line. This presentation will indicate scope of work, system, working scenario, and work plan of the project.

Archive exhibitions are one of the important tasks of archives that promote the value of archives and contribute to increasing users' interest and positive image but have not yet been activated. Recently, there has been a shift from a one-way archive exhibition to a new way to draw attention and understanding from users by using archival contents. This study aims to propose ways to activate archive exhibitions by utilizing archival contents by analyzing the exhibits of domestic cultural heritage institutions. Focusing on ways to improve the understanding and utilization of records through archival contents, the proposed strategy for developing archive exhibition programs is a three-way contents-based exhibition, experiential exhibition, and digital environment-based exhibition. The results of this study are expected to help develop archival exhibition programs that will enhance users' interest and understanding of records.
We develop an automatic imaging matching technique for combining portal image and simulator image for improvements in localization of treatment in radiation therapy. Fusion of images from two imaging modalities is treated as follows. We archive images thxough a frame-yabber. The simulator and portal images are edge detected and enhanced with interpolated adaptive histouam equalization and combined using geometrical parameters relating the coordinates of two image data sets which are calculated using Fourier descriptors. We don't use any kind of imaging markers for patient's convenience. clinical use of this image matching technique for treatment planning will result in improvements in localization of treatment volumes and critical structures. These improvements will allow greater sparing of normal tissues and more precise delivery of energy to the desired irradiation volume.
Standard of implementing a robot is Man, so in many field, Many studies are processing to archive a robot, very similar to human being. This paper, based on the theory of man, implemented on the model of parallelism sense and visual information, which is needed when it's moving. Introduced robot uses CCD and designed Image Processing Board for the purpose of archiving vision data. To keep parallel condition, This use ultrasonic sensors for auto-mobile.

To this end, the city of Seoul, Busan, and Wonju, was surveyed and were given the suggestion it should efficiently build its city archive based on the results of its analysis.
