The Rational Regulation of Illegal & Harmful Information in Cyberspace (모바일 라이브 스트리밍 서비스의 불법·유해방송 근절에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzes the characteristics of mobile live streaming service, the illegal and harmful information characteristics of mobile live streaming service for the purpose of eradicating illegal and harmful broadcasting, and shows illegal and harmful broadcast on the mobile live streaming service and eradication plan. First, we reviewed the mobile live streaming service, illegal and harmful broadcasts through literature review, and secondly surveyed illegal and harmful broadcasts of mobile live streaming services and their awareness and countermeasures. As a result, it is confirmed that the mobile live streaming service is illegal, harmful broadcasting exposure frequency is high, illegal, and harmful broadcasting exposure is caused by characteristics of real time broadcasting rather than user's. In order to eradicate the illegal and mobile information about the mobile live streaming service, it is necessary to fix the illegal service and harmful broadcasting reporting system, but the government has confirmed the requirements for regulatory measures. From a microscopic point of view, it will be necessary to investigate the illegal use of mobile live streaming services and the eradication of harmful information.

  • In proportion to the rapid development of information and communication technology, the damage to copyright infringement is also increasing. In particular, as the OTT platform market has grown significantly in recent years, the speed and distribution of pirated copies that infringe copyright are increasing rapidly compared to the past. Accordingly, the country is trying to prevent copyright infringement by detecting and blocking illegal streaming sites, but it is difficult to expect great results due to the fast production of illegal streaming sites. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the causes of rapid production of blocked illegal streaming sites, track and analyze 58 illegal streaming sites, and propose ways to effectively block illegal streaming sites based on the analysis results.

  • Illegal software use have been abroad through online (internet) and offline (CD, DVD, USB, etc.). It infringes intellectual property rights and weakens the will to software development. Also, it generates the software errors and virus intrusion in PC. It hinders national software industry and induces the personal and national trade friction. Many group (company, office, organization, institution, etc.) have been realized the prohibition of illegal software use. But, it is too hard to monitor and control illegal software use. In this paper, we propose a method of software management in a group. A software module of client agency is installed in all PC of the group. A main server of the software management controls the all of the PC through the communication. The server blocks the install of illegal software, permits the install / use of honest goods software, monitors the license (term, amount) in all the PC. The system prevents errors of illegal software use, all cuts the virus intrude through the illegal software, improves the performance of PC relatively.

  • With the development of over-the-top (OTT) services, the demand for content is increasing, and you can easily and conveniently acquire various content in the online environment. As a result, copyrighted content can be easily copied and distributed, resulting in serious copyright infringement. Some special forms of online service providers (OSP) use filtering-based technologies to protect copyrights, but illegal uploaders use methods that bypass traditional filters. Uploading with a title that bypasses the filter cannot use a similar search method to detect illegal content. In this paper, we propose a technique for profiling the Heavy Uploader by normalizing the bypassed content title and efficiently detecting illegal content. First, the word is extracted from the normalized title and converted into a bit-array to detect illegal works. This Bloom Filter method has a characteristic that there are false positives but no false negatives. The false positive rate has a trade-off relationship with processing performance. As the false positive rate increases, the processing performance increases, and when the false positive rate decreases, the processing performance increases. We increased the detection rate by directly comparing the word to the result of increasing the false positive rate of the Bloom Filter. The processing time was also as fast as when the false positive rate was increased. Afterwards, we create a function that includes information about overall piracy and identify clustering-based heavy uploaders. Analyze the behavior of heavy uploaders to find the first uploader and detect the source site.

  • The existing legal regulations that indiscriminately distributed various illegal information on the information network are discussing focused on civil liability and criminal liability. however, at this paper that approached with problem of police responsibility as a target of the exert of police authority for blocking illegal information on the information network. based on this recognition, this paper propose the problem and reformation about the present Information Communication Networks law's 7 of Article 44, Section 2 that for prompt blocking illegal information on the information network, not about direct regulatory approach to a person in charge of act but about the information network service provider which is a person in charge of condition.

  • When illegal transactions are made with bitcoin, it's not easy to track all the bitcoins used in the transaction and seize them. Especially, if criminals distribute illegal transactions by spreading them to several bitcoin addresses, it's difficult to track hidden bitcoins other than confiscated bitcoins even if some bitcoins are confiscated. This paper proposes a method for tracking and monitoring all bitcoin transactions suspected of illegal transactions. This method estimates bitcoin addresses that are highly relevant to crime among all bitcoin addresses that dealing with the address based on the bitcoin address list of the alleged crime, and keeps track of addresses that are relevant to crime and help to investigate illegal bitcoin transaction.

  • The purpose of this study is for designing a illegal query detection system using Winpcap library for unauthorized access by internal person. The illegal query detection can be possible detecting the data in out of access control or searching illegal data by plagiarizing other user ID. The system used in this paper collects packets and analyzes the data related to SQL phrase among them, and selects the user's basic information by comparing the dispatch of MAC address and user's hardware information constructed previously. If the extracted information and user's one are different, it is considered as an illegal query. It is expected that the results of this study can be applied to reducing the snaking off unprotected data, and also contributed to leaving the audit records using user's access log which can be applied to the pattern analysis.

  • illegal medical advertisement have been on the rise, and false and exaggerated medical advertising are increasing the damage to medical consumers. Therefore it is urgent to take countermeasures about this. Thus, this paper try to analyzes the characteristics of general commercial and other medical advertisements and looks for alternatives that can minimize the damage caused by illegal medical advertisements and institutional weaknesses by analyzing the regulatory trends in medical advertising.

  • Due to economic development and increasing gross national income, the number of automobiles continues to rise, leading to a serious issue of illegal parking due to limited road conditions and insufficient parking facilities. Illegal parking causes significant inconvenience and displeasure to people and can even result in accidents and loss of lives. The severity of accidents and their consequences, related to the growing number of vehicles and illegal parking, is escalating, particularly in the metropolitan areas. Consequently, efforts are being made to address this problem as a cause of social issues and come up with measures to reduce illegal parking. In particular, half of the public complaints in the metropolitan area are related to illegal parking, and the highest physical and human damage occurs in Gyeonggi. Thus, this study aims to use machine learning techniques based on data related to illegal parking in Suwon city, Gyeonggi, to categorize regional characteristics and propose effective measures to crack down on illegal parking. Additionally, practical, social, policy, and legal measures to decrease illegal parking in the metropolitan area are suggested. This study has academic significance in that it solved the problem of illegal parking, which is mentioned as one of the social problems that cause traffic congestion, by classifying regional characteristics using K-prototype, a machine learning algorithm. Furthermore, the results of this study contribute to practical and social aspects by providing measures to decrease illegal parking in the metropolitan area.

  • Sharing copyrighted files without copyright holder's permission is illegal. But, a number of illegal file sharers using BitTorrent increase. However, it is difficult to find appropriate digital evidences and legal basis to punish them. And, there are no framework for digital investigation of illegal sharing using BitTorrent. Additionally, role of server in BitTorrent had been reduced than server in conventional P2P. So, It is difficult to apply investigation framework for illegal sharing using conventional P2P to investigation process of illegal sharing using BitTorrent. This paper proposes the methodology about punishing illegal sharer using BitTorrent by suggesting the digital investigation framework.
