오늘날까지 정보주체의 개인정보들은 많은 기업이나 기관에 중앙 집중화되어 있는 구조였다. 하지만, 최근에는 점차적으로 정보주체가 자신의 개인정보를 통제하고 소유권을 찾는 방향으로 패러다임이 변화하고 있다. 해외는 일찍부터 EU의 일반 개인정보보호법(General Data Protection Regulation)이나 미국의 소비자 프라이버시 권리장전(California Consumer Privacy Act) 등으로 개인의 데이터 소유권을 강화하고 있다. 국내도 여러 기업들이 모인 연합체들에 의해 분산 ID 서비스 모델에 대한 기술 연구와 서비스 적용 사례들을 만들어 가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 연구되고 있는 분산 ID 서비스 모델과 그 한계점에 대해 알아보고 해결할 수 있는 보다 개선된 분산 ID 서비스 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 제안 모델은 분산 ID를 제3의 기관인 보관자에게 안전하게 수탁하는 기능과 서로 다른 분산 ID 서비스가 생기더라도 상호 연동될 수 있는 연계 기능을 가진다. 아울러, 제안 모델의 보안 위협을 식별하고 보안 요구사항을 도출하여 보다 안전하고 편리한 모델을 제시한다. 분산 ID 기술은 사람에 대한 증명뿐아니라 향후 사물인터넷의 디바이스 ID 인증 관리에도 확장되어 적용될 것으로 기대된다.

Domestic industries are facing the open era as a result of signing the Korea-U.S. FTA with no exception to the financial industry. The FFA between two countries is expected to produce pros and cons for domestic financial industry. Therefore, it is very important to minimize the shock caused by opening our financial market and to adopt the advanced financial tools actively. Signing the Korea-U.S. FTA and enforcing the Integration Law of Capital Market are leading a big crisis to the Savings Banks which have been shrinking under the dramatically changing domestic financial environment since the financial crisis. To cope with financial globalization, Korean Savings Banks are demanded to build up their concrete identity and reposition their status. This is related to shaping the long-term position of domestic financial industry. Therefore, the Savings Banks must take the growth strategy for their survival, and it is an inescapable choice. Several options are available: big scale operation and diversification of business functions, reinforcement of local-focused mediating function of funds, establishment of strategic alliance with other financial firms, reinforcement of risk management system and core competence, nourishment and employment of professional manpower, and active deregulation and policy support. When the Savings Banks are refurbished as an independent local bank performing the central role of local finance, the bright future can be their destiny under the enormously changing global financial environment. Also, two more conditions need to be satisfied: to establish horizontal networks among local banks directed by cooperative Korea Federation of Savings Banks to reverse the weak scale position, and to satisfy their own peculiar niche market with internal countermeasure to face global financial networks.

연합인증은 다수의 보안도메인 간에 적용되는 사용자 인증 및 인가체계이다. 연구 및 교육 분야에서 활용되고 있는 다수의 국외 웹 응용서비스들은 표준화된 사용자 인증방식으로 SAML(Security Assertion Markup Language) 기반의 연합인증을 채택하고 있다. 하지만 국내는 공개 SAML 소프트웨어를 이용하기 힘든 특정 웹 서버나 웹 응용 서버의 시장 점유율이 높고 전자정부 표준프레임워크 기반의 Java 웹 응용이 많기 때문에 연합인증 기술을 적용하기 어려운 상황이다. 본 논문은 Java 기반의 웹 응용개발 환경에서 연합인증 기술을 쉽고 안전하게 활용케 할 목적으로 개발된 SAML4J 소프트웨어를 소개한다. SAML4J는 개발 프레임워크에 독립적인 세션 저장소를 지원하고 API를 통해 Web SSO 플로우를 처리케 함으로써 개발자 친화적인 장점이 있다. 네트워킹 테스트베드를 구성하고 개발한 소프트웨어의 기능과 성능, 확장성 및 보안성에 대해서 검증함으로써 SAML4J의 높은 활용가능성을 확인한다.

현재의 네트워크 환경에서는 사용자들이 인터넷상의 여러 서버에 대하여 각각의 독립된 ID(Identity)를 사용하고 있기 때문에 사용자들이 많은 수의 ID와 패스워드를 관리해야하는 불편함이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 ID 관리 시스템을 사용하지만, 앞으로 도래할 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 유무선 네트워크상의 수많은 컴퓨터들이 유기적으로 연결되기 때문에 사용자 ID 및 패스워드 관리가 더욱 복잡해지고, 기존의 단일 신뢰영역(COT: Circle of Trust)의 ID 관리 시스템으로는 이러한 어려움을 해결하기에 충분하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 다중 신뢰영역 간의 federated ID 연동을 유선 컴퓨팅 환경에서뿐만 아니라 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경으로 확장하기 위한 federated ID 연동 모델을 제안하고 평가하였다.

Although the officially confirmed incidence of the acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS) has remained low thus far in Korea, the progression of the pandemic has been rapid, concerned about an eventual increase in transmission. Until a vaccine or cure is found, public information and education remain an important weapon against AIDS. For the year 2000, the current WHO projection is that there will be a cumulative total of 40 million HIV infections in man, woman and children, of which more than 90％ will be in the developing countries. The incerased mortality among adults and children has raised concerns that AIDS may become so devastaing as to reverse positive population growth rates and wipe out entire population. In order to plan for the rising incidence of patient with AIDS, an assessment of AIDS-related cognition and behavior, attitude of the recognized high-risk groups is necessary. Considering that undergraduates have sexuality active and more oriented toward sexual concerns than other ages. Adolescents today are more sexually involved than in the past: The media, including films, music, and television, reinforce sexual concerns by preseating images of highly sexual adolescents. Incidence of both petting and sexual intercourse in higher and occurs at earlier ages, they are important reservoir of AIDS infection. Hence, it has become important to emymerats and describe the knowledge, attitude and behavior of them, I want.. This information will eventually guide the direction of change in public policies and education programs to meet the challenges of AIDS. The objective of this study were to identity Knowledge, Attitude, Experience of Sex and AIDS in Korea. The data were collected by survey at Korean Federation for AIDS Affairs, INC. and J university, K junior college. After October in 1993, surveyed with 507 student during their's college days in Seoul. The questionnaire was designed to provide information on sex and AIDS-related knowledge and attitudes and experience. AIDS-related knowledge was measured by using 26 questions on mode of transmission and AIDS-related attitudes were measured by 7 questions, AIDS-related experience was measured by 5 questions. There were the main dependent variables in our study, In conclusion, students during their university day need to develop AIDS-preventive education programs. Clearly, the many AIDS-prevention educational effort need to be guided by well trained health agents. Financial supports from all sectors (i.e., public and private) of our society are required to achieve that end. Further researches on AIDS-related Knowledge and Attitude and behaviors of undergraduates are needed for the development of comprehensive AIDS prevention programs.

알타이라는 명칭은 어족의 이름, 알타이 산맥 일대에 거주하는 민족의 이름 그리고 알타이어족의 사람들과 그들이 거주하는 지역의 이름 등 여러 가지로 쓰이면서도, 그것이 의미있는 단위인가를 둘러싼 논란이 계속되어 왔다. 이 논문에서는 알타이 어족의 분포 지역 전체를 포괄하는 주체가 형성되지 않았다는 데에 이러한 논란의 핵심적인 원인이 있다고 주장한다. 일각에서 주장하듯이, 알타이 문화권이라고 부를만한 문화적인 공통성과 역사적인 접촉이 있었을 수 있지만, 그것이 근대를 겪으면서 의미있는 단위인 민족으로 묶어지지 않았고 또 그러한 의식이 형성되지도 않았기에 문화적 유사성으로만 남게 된 것이다. 이는 한편으로 소비에트적인 근대화를 통한 종족 정체성의 재구성과 러시아, 중국 등 주변 강대국의 강력한 개입, 불교, 기독교등 외래 종교의 뒤늦은 전래 등의 요소가 복합적으로 작용한 결과이기도 하다. 그러나 알타이를 지역 연구의 단위로 설정하는 데 따르는 어려움은 이 지역에 특이한 현상만은 아니다. 이는 지역 설정이 물리적 환경에 따른 자연적인 경계 획정이 아니라, 문화정치적 관계에 따라 인위적으로 권력관계가 분배된 결과이기 때문이다. 따라서 알타이의 사례는 그 지역적 특수성에도 불구하고, 지역연구에서 지역을 균일한 "문화"를 지니는 것으로 미리 전제하는 것의 위험성을 알려주는 함축을 지닌다.
