도시정체성 확립을 위한 도시재생의 유형 및 계획특성 분석 (Analyses on Type and Characteristics of Urban Regeneration for Establishment of Urban Identity)

  • This study analyzed a characteristic by types of urban regeneration helping the establishment of urban identity under social condition change. It will be foundation of sustainable urban development with strategy that secures world-wide competitive power. For this, sample cases that established identity from urban regeneration were reviewed about the main subject and the supporting subject in business side and hardware, software, system, and finance in design factors. 4samples each in inheritance intensification type and change creation type were selected and analyzed. The result said it is most effective to establish urban identity when inheritance intensification type is the private-centered for urban regeneration. And it is better to do the project that the main subject and the supporting subject are taken by the private or the private-leading partnership. It is necessary to manage the region and plan events with software design factors more than hardware design factors. In addition, for urban identity, it was found to be desirable to utilize and preserve fully current resources such as historical scenery and activate the communities than making new facilities. On the contrary, the project based on change creation type needs to be under the public management with innovative idea. Also, when it comes to design factors, facilities related to culture and art and community spaces should open and run actively. It is important for the region to improve its image by New design style such as TOD. In software side, it is important to manage the region by monitoring about urban regeneration business and solve social mix and employment problem. On the other hand, in terms of system and administration, both types don't show a difference in urban identity establishment, since it is same that both should make partnership and get a support of subsidy to be most effective.

대학생의 성교육 효과측정을 위한 기초 연구 (A preliminary study for the evaluation of the effects of sex education program on college students)

  • This study was performed to provide preliminary data for the development of a useful instrument to measure the effect of sex education. The study was conducted with the voluntary participation of 155 college students enrolled in the course "Sexuality and Relationship" at Y university in Seoul. At the end of that course, they were asked to write freely about the change they had experienced on sexuality. All meaningful statements were elicited and classified into 7 categories; "Change of Knowledge", "Enlightenment", "Change of Attitude on Sexuality", "Buildup of Ability", "Buildup of. Identity", "Change of Emotion", "Change of Behavior:' There were significant changes in the areas of knowledge(28. 6%), enlightenment(27.4%), and attitudes(20.3%) about sexuality among these 7 categories. The Change of Knowledge category consists of 3 areas: "concretion of knowledge", "increase of information", and "correction of misunderstanding." In the category of Enlightenment, total 12 areas are included: "sex role", "erception of lack of knowledge", "importance of family", "life plan", "parent role", "value of life", "equality", "sexual autonomy", "importance of sexuality", "freedom of sexuality", "perception of sexual problem", and "meaning of love." The Attitude Change category consists of 8 areas. These are "being natural", "being progressive", "being sensitive", "being truthful", "being expressive", "being cautious", "being responsible", and "being confident". The category of Buildup of Ability includes 4 areas: "problem solving", "sex education", "relationship", and "communication". The category of Buildup of Identity includes "sexual identity", and "value of sexuality". The Emotional Change category includes 3 areas: "positive feeling", "negative feeling", and "breaking from negative feeling on sexuality". The Behavior Change category includes "sex-related behavioral change". In conclusion, up to now most researches on sex education effect measures only changes of knowledge, attitude, and behavior. But we believe the changes in "Enlightenment", "Buildup of Ability", "Buildup of Identity", "Change of Emotion", should be included in addition to knowledge, attitude, and behavior in the development of an instrument to measure the sex education effects. And the effect of sex education should measure the degree of learning of autonomy, enlightenment, and ability of behavior and so on rather than studying the simple changes in sexuality.enment", "Buildup of Ability", "Buildup of Identity", "Change of Emotion", should be included in addition to knowledge, attitude, and behavior in the development of an instrument to measure the sex education effects. MBTI 자기성장프로그램이 간호대학생의 자아정체감, 자기효능감 및 대인관계능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of MBTI based Self Growth Program on Ego Identity, Self Efficacy and Interpersonal Relations Ability in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine whether a MBTI based self growth program had any effect on improving the ego identity, self efficacy, interpersonal relations ability and adjustment of nursing students. Method: The subjects in this study were 56 juniors who were majoring in nursing science at H and S college in Chungnam province. At each college, an experimental group and a control group were organized with 26 and 30 students respectively, and the data were gathered at H college from April 6 through May 14, 2004, and at S college from May 31 through July 3, 2004. A MBTI based self growth program was conducted 10 times for five weeks, twice a week and for 120 minutes each. And the ego identity, self efficacy, interpersonal relations ability and adjustment of the selected students were measured and compared to see if that program has any effect on above variables. For data handling, SAS 8.0 program was employed. Fisher's exact test and unpaired t-test were used to confirm whether or not the experimental and control groups were equivalent. Before the experiment, their ego identity, self efficacy, interpersonal relations ability and adjustment were tested by one-way ANOVA and Scheffe's multiple comparison in consideration of their general characteristics, and paired t-test and ANCOVA were utilized to see if that program brought any changes to their ego identity, self efficacy, interpersonal relations ability and adjustments. Result: The findings of the study were as follows; After the MBTI based self growth program was applied, the experimental groups made a significant progress in ego identity than the control groups. And the experimental groups underwent a significantly change in ego identity after the experiment, compared to the control groups. The experimental groups showed a significant improvement in self efficacy than the control group, and the experimental groups showed significant change in self efficacy than the control groups after the experiment. The experimental group showed a significant progress in interpersonal relations ability than the control group did, and the former groups underwent significant change in that regard than the control groups after the experiment. There was no difference in adjustment between the experimental and control groups. The experimental groups showed significant change in adjustment than the control groups after the experiment, but the difference was insignificant. After this program was implemented, the students underwent changes in self understanding, self accepting, understanding others and accepting others. They also had more confidence and more positive self images, and they were better able to tide over difficulties with others. Conclusion: The results of this study suggested that the MBTI based self growth program might serve to enhance the ego identity, self efficacy and interpersonal relations ability of the nursing students and brought inner changes to them. Therefore, the MBTI based self growth program was expected to make a great contribution to the character building of nurses.

  • This study aims to define the mechanism of the formation of a regional segregated area of Korean immigrants to Japan. And furthermore to examine the transformations of the ethnic identity with the change of the times and generations. Kotobuki is korean community formed in Yoseba. Yoseba is the space served as a catchment place of day laborers for jobs regarded as relatively unsdilled. such places generally have a large number of cheap lodging houses(doyagai) for them. With the change of the times, this area has become a place where the labor workers flocked into. koreans also came in with them. kotobuki was formed in Yoseba is a proof that socio-economic conditions influenced ethnic community. And the ehinc solodarity in the community got stronger in proportion to the solidarity tends to change and differs in degree accoding to the different generations of and different immigrant periods of the Koreans.

유럽 에코뮤지엄의 테마별 특징에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Peculiarities by themes of Ecomuseums in Europe)

  • Ecomuseums come into close relationship with resident and community. Progress of heritage concept brings on the change of valuation standard in heritage, that life style of residents become most important element of cultural heritage. The change of display method has caused the generation of various experience programs in ecomuseum which are display and education based on participation of visitors and residents. Ecomuseums in Europe during progress have conceptual peculiarities by themes to keep the cultural identity and protect folk culture in regional community. 'Europe Ecomuseum Network' seriously affected by social change and development is new alternative to promote regional identity and cultural exchange among Europe countries. People participation with all residents is decisive factor to promote identity and attachment in native place, as well as collaboration with residents, experts, administrators and NGO is one factor for sustainable development and the realization of ecomuseum, activation of regional economy, and also is the root of efforts to protect and activate regional community.

한국가족복지정책에서의 여성정체성 (Women's Identity in the Korean Family Welfare Policies)

  • By analysing women's identity rooted in Korean families and welfare policies related to families, this research aims to explore more gender-equal family welfare policies for the future. This research examines the change of families along with social changes, women's identity in families, the present family welfare policies, and women's identity in the family welfare policies. Social changes and the demand of market make influence on function and form of families. However, the broad social format of patriarchy persists and women's gender identity and gender role in families make little differences as ever. These women's gender role and gender identity are found in welfare policies related to families as they are. The women is regulated as dependent on male partner with the primary responsibilities on child rearing and elderly care. In addition, only focusing on families in need, Korean family policies are not generally established. Therefore, now, it is strongly suggested that Korean family policies concerning more diverse families should be launched with the gender-sensitive perspective.

  • 기업들은 고객에게 효과적으로 어필될 수 있는 기업이미지를 구축하기 위하여 Corporate Identity 작업을 계속 해 왔다 특히 매일 수없이 증가되고 있는 인터넷 사이트들 속에서 타 기업과의 차별화 된 이미지구축 노력은 더욱 지열 해 질 전망이다. 그러나 고전적 의미의 CI 프로그램들은 주로 인쇄매체 등의 오프라인에 적용하기 위한 개념으로 개발되었기 때문에 새로운 미디어에 대한 재적용이 불가피할 것으로 보인다. 특히 인쇄매체의 대명사이던 신문도 방대한 데이터베이스 구축과 빠른 업 데이트가 가능한 동시에 독자와 상호 인터렉티브한 기능을 가진 인터넷의 제 특성을 활용하여 그 영역을 온라인으로 넓혀가고 있으나, 오프라인과 일관성 있는 이미지 구축에는 아직 어려움이 많은 것이 현실이다. 이러한 견지에서 본 연구는 뉴스사이트가 인쇄매체와의 동질성을 유지하면서 웹 상에서 특성화될 수 있는 Identity전략과 그 방향을 모색해 보고자 한다

Study on Service Identity and Identity Framework

  • Objective: Service industry has become the most important industry among various economic activities, as the percentage of service related industry in advanced nations is over 60% of their GDP and the percentage of service industry in South Korea, a traditional manufacturing nation, now takes up over 60% of the entire economy. Background: Such industry paradigm shift has changed consumers from those that simply purchased products into groups of people that evaluate the companies that manufacture products, thereby further intensifying competition among companies and increasing the importance of integrated communication between companies and consumers. However, the excessive existence of sub-identities that have been developed for integrated management of the existing corporate identities, as well as the undifferentiated general management strategies by companies are creating confusion not only for consumers but also for various corporate interest parties. In addition, service identity strategy has become the most important strategy than any other sub-identity strategies in forming corporate identity at the increased importance of corporate service in the era of service industry. However, the current domestic circumstance is that the concept of service identity has not been well established through specific related studies. Method: Accordingly, the existing academic and field studies on the corporate identity(CI), brand identity(BI) and product identity(PI) used for the communication with consumers were reviewed in this study to establish and summarize the concept of service identity(SI) that appeared at the service economization. Results: The purpose is to examine the kind of change that could be brought about by SI for the corporate integrated identity strategy developed through the existing corporate, brand & product image in order to present a new direct in corporate identity strategy according to the industry paradigm shift through a SI centered new corporate identity framework. Conclusion: For preparing the new era of service industry, the corporate integrated identity strategy must be integrate with concept of service identity and which is essential to differential from other companies. Application: The proposed concept and framework of service identity on this paper will help to understand and clearly define why service identity is important factor of the new idea of corporate identities.

지명을 통한 장소정체성 재현과 지명영역의 변화 : 충주지역 지명을 사례로 (The Change of Geographical Names' Territory and Representation of Place Identity with Place Names : A Case Study of Chungju Geographical Names)

  • 본 연구에서는 지명연구 방법의 다양화를 위해 장소정체성과 스케일 정치 그리고 영역경합의 세 가지 개념을 사용하여 충주지역 지명의 특성을 밝혀보고자 하였다. 먼저 장소정체성과 관련하여 새로 바뀐 충주시 '수안보면'은 이전의 지명인 상모면보다 지역이 가지고 있는 천연자원인 온천의 속성을 크게 부각시킬 뿐만 아니라 정체성의 구성 조건인 '수적 유일성'과 '질적 동일성', 그리고 '자아 동일성'을 가지고 있어 이 지역의 장소정체성을 잘 드러내고 있다. 둘째, 지명을 통한 스케일 정치는 스케일의 상승과 하강으로 구분하여 살펴볼 수 있는데 지명 스케일 상승의 사례로는 충주시 이류면의 옛 지명인 이안면을 들 수 있고, 하강의 사례로는 조선시대 읍호승강제에 따른 충주의 읍호승강과 1917년 행정구역개편 때 충주군현 지명이 충주면으로 축소된 경우와 일본에 의한 월악산의 한자지명의 변경을 들 수 있다. 셋째, 지명 영역변화의 사례로는 지명 표기자가 지명 영역과 더불어 변화한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우가 있는데, 먼저 지명 표기자가 지명 영역과 함께 변화한 사례로는 충주시 용두동과 이류면 금곡리가 있다. 지명 표기자가 변하지 않으면서 지명 영역이 변화한 경우는 현재 충주시를 동서로 흐르는 달천을 들 수 있다. 결론적으로 본 연구결과는 지명이 장소정체성을 재현하고 구축하는데 활용될 수 있다는 점을 시사한다.

초국가적 이주에 따른 결혼이주여성의 지역정체성과 생활 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Local Identity and life Change of Female Marriage Migrants by Transnational Migration)

  • 결혼이주여성의 지역정체성은 특정 장소나 위치에 고정된 것이 아니라 지리적 이동과 새로운 지역으로의 정착을 통해 유연적 유동적으로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 이주라는 공간적 전환을 통해 구성 재구성되는 결혼이주여성의 지역정체성과 생활 변화에 주목하였다. 이를 위해 결혼이주여성의 지역정체성을 다문화와 이중문화 정체성, 동화와 한국문화 정체성, 배제와 본국문화 정체성, 주변화와 주변문화 정체성으로 유형화하여 결혼이주여성의 이주 및 정착과정에서 나타나는 생활 변화 특성을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 이주의 실행이라는 동일한 경험을 한 결혼이주여성이라 할지라도 개인적, 지역적 특성과 그 속에서 주어진 역할에 따라 상이한 지역정체성을 형성했다. 또한 대부분의 결혼이주여성들은 본국문화 정체성의 유지 및 표출에 소극적인 것으로 나타났다. 과반수이상의 결혼이주여성들이 다문화와 이중문화 정체성, 동화와 한국문화 정체성 유형으로 나타났다. 또한 동화와 한국문화 정체성 유형의 결혼이주여성이 다른 유형보다 생활만족도 변화가 크게 나타났다. 이를 통해 여전히 한국사회의 결혼이주여성에게는 동화와 순응이 적응과 동일개념으로 인식됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 결혼이주여성 및 다문화 가정 자녀의 이문화 역량은 문화와 문화 사이의 교량적 역할을 가능하게 하며, 한국의 다문화사회 다문화공간으로의 전환을 위해서는 서로의 문화를 상호인정하고, 공존할 수 있는 전세계적 시민성 함양이 필요함을 제언했다.
