그래프 탐색을 이용한 웹으로부터의 온톨로지 기반 규칙습득 (Rule Acquisition Using Ontology Based on Graph Search)

  • 지능형 에이전트와 규칙기반 시스템을 이용해 보다 지능적인 웹 환경을 구축하고자 하는 노력이 시맨틱 웹의 발전과 함께 증가하고 있다. 이러한 에이전트와 규칙기반 시스템에 필요한 규칙들을 이미 많은 지식들이 산재해 있는 웹으로부터 습득할 수 있다면 보다 효율적으로 시스템을 구축하는 것이 가능하며, 이러한 응용시스템의 확장은 시맨틱 웹의 발전을 더욱 가속화하는 계기가 될 수 있을 것이다. XRML 방법론은 웹으로부터 규칙을 습득하기 위한 단계적 방법을 제시하고 있으며, 온톨로지를 이용함으로써 규칙의 구성요소들을 자동으로 추출할 수 있도록 지원한다. 그러나 추출된 규칙구성요소들을 조합하여 완전한 규칙을 만드는 과정이 규칙관리자의 수작업에 의존하고 있다. 본 연구는 온톨로지와 그래프 탐색을 사용함으로써 이 과정을 자동화하고자 하는 연구이다. 온톨로지에 있는 규칙의 일반적 패턴을 기반으로 하여 그래프 탐색을 이용해 규칙구성요소들을 조합함으로써 웹 페이지로부터 자동으로 규칙을 추출할 수 있다.

Individual Identification and Breed Allocation with Microsatellite Markers: An Evaluation in Indian Horses

  • The capability of microsatellite markers for individual identification and their potential for breed assignment of individuals was evaluated in two Indian horse breeds. The strength of these individual assignment methods was also evaluated by increasing the number of loci in increments of five. The probability of identity of two random horses from the two breeds at all twenty five studied loci was as low as $1.08{\times}10^{-32}$ showing their suitability to distinguish between individual horses and their products. In the phylogenetic approach for individual assignment using Nei's genetic distances, 10.81% of horses associated with breed other than the major cluster of the source breed horses when all twenty five microsatellite loci were implemented. Similar results were obtained when the maximum likelihood approach for individual assignment was used. Based on these results it is proposed that, although microsatellite markers may prove very useful for individual identification, their utility for breed assignment of horses needs further evaluation.

표적 식별 성능 향상을 위한 EMD를 이용한 HRRP의 잡음 제거 기법 (De-Noising of HRRP Using EMD for Improvement of Target Identification Performance)

  • 본 논문에서는 레이다 표적식별 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 고해상도 거리측면도(High Resolution Range Profile: HRRP)에 포함된 잡음을 효과적으로 제거하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 HRRP에 포함된 잡음의 통계적인 특성과 EMD(Empirical Mode Decomposition) 알고리즘을 이용하여 HRRP에 포함된 잡음을 효과적으로 제거한다. 잡음 제거 실험 결과에서는, 본 논문에서 제안한 기법이 잡음을 효과적으로 제거하면서, 표적 식별 성능을 크게 향상시키는 것을 수치적으로 확인할 수 있었다.

  • A novel approach for integrating active sensing data interrogation algorithms for structural health monitoring (SHM) applications is presented. These algorithms cover Lamb wave propagation, impedance methods, and sensor diagnostics. Contrary to most active-sensing SHM techniques, which utilize only a single signal processing method for damage identification, a suite of signal processing algorithms are employed and grouped into one package to improve the damage detection capability. A MATLAB-based user interface, referred to as HOPS, was created, which allows the analyst to configure the data acquisition system and display the results from each damage identification algorithm for side-by-side comparison. By grouping a suite of algorithms into one package, this study contributes to and enhances the visibility and interpretation of the active-sensing methods related to damage identification. This paper will discuss the detailed descriptions of the damage identification techniques employed in this software and outline future issues to realize the full potential of this software.

An Improved Multilevel Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to Analyse on Engineering Project Risk

  • Purpose: To overcome the question that depends too much on expert's subjective judgment in traditional risk identification, this paper structure the multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematics model of the risk identification of project, to research the risk identification of the project. Research design, data and methodology: This paper constructs the multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematics model. Through iterative algorithm of AHP analysis, make sure the important degree of the sub project in risk analysis, then combine expert's subjective judgment with objective quantitative analysis, and distinguish the risk through identification models. Meanwhile, the concrete method of multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is probed. Using the index weights to analyse project risks is discussed in detail. Results: The improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm is proposed in the paper, at first the method of fuzzy sets core is used to optimize the fuzzy relation matrix. It improves the capability of the algorithm. Then, the method of entropy weight is used to establish weight vectors. This makes the computation process fair and open. And thereby, the uncertainty of the evaluation result brought by the subjectivity can be avoided effectively and the evaluation result becomes more objective and more reasonable. Conclusions: In this paper, we use an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate a railroad engineering project risk. It can give a more reliable result for a reference of decision making.

개인신원정보 보호를 위한 광 보호 시스템 (Optical security system for protection of personal identification information)

  • 개인의 신원정보 보호를 위하여 새로운 광 정보보호 시스템을 제안하였다. 개인 신원정보의 확인과 인증을 위하여 얼굴영상과 개인식별번호로 구성된 신원정보를 사용하였다. 영상 암호화는 4-f 광상관기의 입력과 푸리에영역에서 랜덤위상패턴을 사용하는 위상암호화 기술을 사용하였다. 그렇지만 암호화된 영상을 복원하는 과정에서 개인의 신원정보가 유출될 가능성이 있다. 이에 대처하기 위하여 신원확인 과정에서 영상을 복원하지 않고 암호화된 영상을 그대로 사용하였다. 암호화된 개인식별번호는 제안된 MMACE_p 필터를 사용하여 분류ㆍ인식하였고, 개인정보의 인증은 OWMF를 사용하여 얼굴영상의 상관치를 구하여 확인하였다. 제안된 MMACE_p 필터는 10개의 암호화된 숫자를 한꺼번에 인식할 수 있도록 4개의 MACE_p필터를 다중화하여 합성하였고, OWMF는 얼굴영상의 분리인식 능력과 SNR을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮤레이션을 통하여 제안된 정보보호기술이 개인신원정보 보호에 적용될 수 있음을 보였다.

질산화 작용이 있는 Aeromonas hydrophila의 동정 및 특성 (Identification and Characterization of Aeromonas hydrophila Producing Nitrification Capability)

  • 폐수처리 중 생물학적 처리에 활용할 수 있는 질소분해 능력을 가진 미생물을 분리하여 동정하고자 경기도내 하천 6지점에서 채취한 시료로부터 60개 균주를 선별하였다. 형태학적, 생화학적 및 배양학적 실험결과 Bergey\`s mannual of systematic bacteriology의 색인을 통하여 Aeromonas hydrophila로 동정하였다. Aeromonas hydrophila(AH-1), (AH-3), (AH-4), (AH-6) 균이 질산화 능력이 우수하였다. 4개 균주모두 amoxillin, ampicillin. cephalothin 과 ticarcillin에 내성을 나타내었다. 본 실험에서 분리한 Aeromonas hydrophila의 질산화의 최적조건은 균 농도 1.0$\times$$10^{6}$cells/ml, 배양온도 37$^{\circ}C$로 나타났다.

Analysis of the Changes in the Perceived Important Capabilities of Construction Project Managers after the Global Financial Crisis

  • After the 2008 global financial crisis, the construction environment in South Korea continued change in the construction environment. Construction orders in 2011 have shown a downward trend compared with the previous year. Along with these changes in the construction market, the professional capabilities of construction project managers that are perceived as important also changed after the global financial crisis. Accordingly, this study was conducted to identify the major business capabilities of the current construction project managers and to determine which of these capabilities have undergone changes in terms of the importance accorded to them after the global financial crisis, and ultimately, to derive the construction project manager capability areas that need to be strengthened according to the changes in the construction environment. The capabilities of construction project managers were surveyed at two different time points: in 2007 and in 2010. The results show that the year 2010, after the global financial crisis, an increase in the perceived important capabilities of construction project managers compared with 2007. This results the impact of the changes in the construction environment on the importance of construction project managers. This study derived the ramifications of the early identification of systems and prospects according to the changes in the construction circumstances on more efficient onsite and human resources management, by considering the appropriate capabilities of the construction project managers.

네트워크중심전(NCW)을 위한 UMPC 기반 데이터 링크 시스템 설계 및 구축 (The Design and Implementation of the Data Link System based on the Off-the-shelf Ultra Mobile Personal Computer for Network Centric Warfare(NCW))

  • All of the military aircrafts in Korea Air Force are administered and operated together in the same system regardless of whether they are equipped with the data communication capability or not. The absence of the data communication capability in some of the aircrafts might increase whole kill chain hour at the point of the Network Centric Warfare achievement. Network synergy effects cannot also be desired if the section which is not connected to the network influences to the whole tactical network. Equipping aircrafts with the data communication capability could be done by upgrading the aircrafts, but resulting in high costs and long updating time. This paper is a research about the design and implementation of the UMPC based Data Link System to aircrafts that do not have the data communication capability. The proposed system grafts the UHF-based wireless modem technology and the aircraft flight mission support software onto the off-the-shelf UMPC and GPS system. The employed UHF radio equipment allows communicating tactic data with another aircrafts on the air, the ground control point, and even the Tactical Air Control Party(TACP) control vehicle that achieve missions with aircrafts. It thereby increases such capabilities as navigation aid, situation awareness, quick target identification and attack. We also applied Closed Air Support(CAS) scenarios, which is very close to the real environment, to the experiments of the proposed system. The experimental results show that the proposed system could support the data communication capability effectively and the flight mission at low costs of money and time.

A guideline for evaluating EIS software packages

  • In the development of executive information systems (EIS) the selection of an appropriate software package as a system building tool is regarded as a key technology. This paper attempts to shed some light on the evolving field of EIS software packages and provides a helpful Guideline for selecting the most suitable product by addressing significant considerations. A framework is presented that includes a six-step evaluation process: need analysis, team building, vendor survey, identification of decision criteria, and building an evaluation model and its verification. The major evaluation criteria of the full-featured software include: special functionality, reporting, graphics. decision support capability user friendliness, general functionality physical requirements, communication linkage, vendor support, cost related factors, performance, and documentation capability. An illustrative model using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is also discussed to prove the appropriateness of our approach.
