Purpose - Finding top K persuaders in consumer network is an important problem in marketing. Recently, a new method of computing persuasion scores, interpreted as fixed point or stable distribution for given persuasion probabilities, was proposed. Top K persuaders are chosen according to the computed scores. This research proposed a new definition of persuasion scores relaxing some conditions on the matrix of probabilities, and a method to identify top K persuaders based on the defined scores. Research design, data, and methodology - A new method of computing top K persuaders is computed by singular value decomposition (SVD) of the matrix which represents persuasion probabilities between entities. Results - By testing a randomly generated instance, it turns out that the proposed method is essentially different from the previous study sharing a similar idea. Conclusions - The proposed method is shown to be valid with respect to both theoretical analysis and empirical test. However, this method is limited to the category of persuasion scores relying on the matrix-form of persuasion probabilities. In addition, the strength of the method should be evaluated via additional experiments, e.g., using real instances, different benchmark methods, efficient numerical methods for SVD, and other decomposition methods such as NMF.

The characteristic of Web 2.0 is openness, participation, share, cooperation and creation. The purpose of this article was to identify learner based knowledge creation strategy through UCC in Web 2.0, to develop UCC by university students and to make systematic UCC process. This article suggested knowledge creation strategy with UCC learning Community of Practice(CoP). UCC was developed by 25 students who registered e-learning in "P" university and conducted interview with students and experts to analyze the contents which related with research questions. Systematic process for developing educational UCC was consisted of sectors such as idea creation, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Main developing process steps were as follows: making subject$\rightarrow$seeking information$\rightarrow$selecting data$\rightarrow$designing contents$\rightarrow$making story board$\rightarrow$planning of filming$\rightarrow$filming$\rightarrow$digitalizing$\rightarrow$editing$\rightarrow$reviewing final product$\rightarrow$implementing$\rightarrow$evaluating. For learner based knowledge creation through UCC, educational institutions have to provide platform for learners' need, and learners create diverse ideas with UCC CoP. This article suggested knowledge creation strategy with sharing collective intelligence through process of UCC design, development, implement and evaluation.

This study attempted to characterize conflict frames of environmental disputes by examining twelve actual wetland permitting cases in Ohio. The participants consisted of such interested parties as applicants, technical, legal or environmental consultants to applicants, U.S.Army Corps of Engineers, U.S.Environmental Protection Agency, U.S.Fish and Wildlife Service, Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, Ohio Department of Natural Resoures, local agencies, the environmental community, and citizens who have been involved of the permitting process. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of how different perceptual frames existed in the wetland conversion disputes, and to understand different environmental conflict frames that influenced disputants' perception relating to dispute resolution. The vehicles used to collect the necessary data were three survey instruments : Open-ended questionnaires, Likert-type questionnaires, and ranking questionnaires. Forty-three subjects were contacted for open fact-to-fact interviews, 53 subject for Kikert-type mail survey and 54 subjects for ranking instrument mail survey. Analyses of survey results revealed that six different types of frames were clearly identified from all the parties involved in Ohio wetland conversion disputes. It revealed that disputants had statistically significantly different levels of perception to the frames based on the participants' role (i.e. regulator, applicant, commentor), the number of involved parties in the process, processing time and the issuance of a permit. The findings also revealed that information sharing among disputants played a significant role in the process of froming and reframing. The alternative idea, building cooperation through negotiation, was proposed to provide new insight into the resolution of the dispute.

Mobile Cloud Computing is today's emerging technology. Customers enjoy the services and application from this combination of mobile technology and cloud computing. Beside all these benefits it also increases the concerns regarding privacy of users, while interacting with this new paradigm One of the services is Location based services, but to get their required services user has to give his/her current location to the LBS provider that is violation of location privacy of mobile client. Many approaches are in literature for preserve location privacy but some has computation restriction and some suffer from lack of privacy. In this paper we proposed a novel idea that not only efficient in its protocol but also completely preserves the user's privacy. The result shows that by sharing just service name and a large enough geographic area (e.g. a city) user gets required information from the server by doing little client side processing We perform experiments at client side by developing and testing an android based mobile client application to support our argument.

Conventional social science typically regards the idea of a 'mountain' as part of 'nature' and a physical environment existing separately from, or prior to, human society and culture. However, in Korea, which is 70% mountainous land, the 'mountain' is part of a unique 'social nature'. This research develops the idea that in this context the mountain is a social nature and a cultural landscape which are tied heavily to the idea of travel. The article interrogates why the scenic beauties of Mt. Kumgang have been perceived and conveyed through multiple generations since the Chosun Dynasty period. Focusing on Mt. Kumgang, this article illustrates how strongly people have held dreams of mountain travel, for the whole life-time. Travel writings(or accounts of trips to the mountain) and artwork have played a particularly important role in creating Mt. Kumgang's reputation as the most beautiful mountain in the country. At the same time, the access to the mountain was often a dangerous adventure, with many travelers facing hunger and extreme physical challenges. As portrayed in writings and artwork, the overall effect of these dynamics was the creation of a socionatural place of striking beauty that even seemed to have mystical or magical fantasy. According to Confucian ideals, full appreciation of nature and its beauty was key to understanding the logics of the universe and to achieving a high moral standard, which contributed to decide to leave for the mountain as well. The essays, poems, and paintings of Mt. Kumgang since the Chosun Dynasty period that portrayed the mountain's beauty collectively served to produce the mountain as a socionatural landscape engendered with potent place-myths, important historical meaning, and strong aesthetic associations. Thus, the travel to the mountain seemed never completed over until travelers had completed various artistic representations to record and to memorize what they'd done and seen in Mt. Kumgang, which had been performed for the strong purpose of social sharing of the real the mountain's beauties and itinerary.
This study reviews the concept and characteristics of the deconstruction philosophy in order to analyze the major aspects of the fashion world called the deconstruction fashion based on the deconstruction philosophy, and analyzes the works of Jean Paul Gaultier in terms of Derrida's deconstruction theory. The scope of this research is from 1980 to present, and this study fashion on the many kinds of literature on philosophy, aesthetics and literary criticism, and the domestic and international fashion journals and magazines. The deconstructionism is the philosophical theory which denies the traditionally recognized logocentric metaphysical theory and refuses the closed world and pursues the open world, opposing the dichotomic theory which is the deep-rooted tradition of the Western philosophy. The results of analyses centering on the internal deconstruction trend expressed in the works of Jean Paul Gaultier are as follows. 1 The past style combined with the present appears in the form of the entirely new trace, not the past emotion and meaning in Gaultier's works transcending the time and space. 2 Gaultier presents the unconventional intermeaning of meanings, producing various possibilities according to the wearing method of the wearer by layering several clothes. 3. Gaultier breaks from masculinity and femininity in the intertextuality of gender, and decomposes the fixed idea of men's or ladies'wear through the design sharing bisexual text. 4. In the intertextuality of T.P.O., Gaultier presents the problem of how to wear by mixing different items through obscuring the division of the nature of time, space, and purpose. Especially Gaultier can be called the first designer who, worthy of the father of the deconstructionism, has introduced in the fashion making inner wear like outer wear. 5. In the intertextuality of coordination, Gaultier presents a new perspective of coordination through free combination and contrast, raising a question about the man-made harmony criterion and deconstructing the clothes. On the other hand, Gaultier expresses the intertextuality of the material through the heterogeneous combination of the material. 6. The decomposition trend expressed in the many works of Gaultier reflects an open mind presenting a new perspective through the distortion of the form, exaggeration, and break from the existing construction method. 7. The decentering trend in the works of Gaultier is found to deconstruct the Western-dominated elements against the background of subcultural elements, the elements borrowed from the minority race, md the Oriental culture. 8. The discontinuity clothes of Gaultier present the disordered principle of design without the uniform rules, and express the unrestrained freedom without captivation by the preconceived idea through the disruption of the dress and its ornaments just like Gaultier.

Maker Activity based Design-Thinking 5 Step is a better experience for providing the public with a better approach to design by sympathizing with human needs and exploring the public's potential desires. This paper studied the teaching method by applying the value of the Maker Training that emphasizes the importance of sharing and opening results with others after creating them based on the ideas of the learners using different tools, the basic mind of Design-Thinking with the observation and empathy about human beings and the derivation of user-centric results to the SW coding curriculum. For this purpose, we studied teaching methods by Design-thinking based on sections that require coding in the information classes of the secondary school curriculum. We demonstrated the class to a group of education experts by applying the syllabus of instruction. Then we collected evaluations and opinions of the experts and we modified the syllabus to reflect the collected assessment. Under the Design-thinking 5 step foundation, classes were demonstrated with a group of education experts, opinions collected, and suggestions collected were reflected on the assessment outcome. I think that It is an effective training opportunity to practice a widespread idea that enables infinite thinking and a convergence of thinking that brings out the best decision from a widespread idea.

Bookstart is a gifting project, which aims to provide free books to babies in order to promote the idea of early book sharing and to develop a life long love of books. Bookstart was initiated in the UK in 1992 by the independent charity Booktrust in co-operation with Birmingham Library Services, South Birmingham Health Authority and Birmingham University School of Education. The idea of Bookstart has begun to spread not only to Korea but also to other countries. Bookstart In Korea is due to actively operate In many local governments. Therefore. many library researchers, scholars and professionals. council officers and ordinary people who are involved in Bookstart in Korea are urgently looking for materials on Bookstart in the UK. Consequently, this study examines Bookstart in the UK and the main aims of this study are: to produce results applicable to the successful operation of Bookstart in Korea : to give Bookstart-related people an understanding of many aspects of the operation of Bookstart; and to provide Ideas and information on the operation of Bookstart in Korea. In order to obtain useful data. the researcher used a questionnaire and interview method and reviewed the literature. The study revealed that Bookstart In the UK aims not only to promote babies' Interest In books and reading but also to Improve family relationships and to tackle social exclusion.
WEB or Internet has given mankind an unprecedented experience in indefinite sharing of online content by original means of digitalized information, but it comes to face an empirical issue of unreasonable informational superfluity as well as a practical issue of collapsed dot.com bubble economy in 2001. Instead, a latest networking concept called 'WEB 2.0' or 'Semantic WEB' becomes embodied as a new approach to entities such as end users and content. The concept of WEB 2.0 for creating a platform on the basis of openness and collaboration has made such a technological setting that we can effectively resolve and manage unreasonable data maintenance and interface inherent in Creative Group Thinking System (CGTS), a WEB-based computer-aided idea generation system developed in 2003. Concerning decreased usability and difficulties with data maintenance due to certain issues of CGTS as a part of WEB R&D platform, such as complex display composition and inefficient data processing system, this study seeks to simplify and streamline data structure by means of AJAX and DOM as WEB2.0-based technologies, and integrate interface structure of WEB platform to focus on end users, so that it can improve interface of conventional CGTS for the purpose of realizing end user's participation through improving usability.

Digitalized data and literature in scholarly community has developed the concept of digital humanities and cyberscholarship which indicate the characteristics of a new aspect and approach in scholarly activities with digitalized resources or new media. This study was performed in order to identify the changes in national research activities of art and humanities by using a multi-modal approach. The combined methodology of in-depth interview and content analysis on publishing and citing behaviors in literature was executed. The steps of research process is identified as a non-linear combination of 3 parts: developing research idea, developing the research idea to write, and submitting manuscript to publish. Prominent implementations of cyberscholarship were found in the 2nd step for accessing and using research data and literatures. Understanding the characteristics of scholar communication using cyberscholarhip factors in humanities for interdisciplinarity, sophisticating the environment of cyberscholarhip for data sharing, investing and developing archivist and archives, and providing a various platform for accelerating scholarly communication were derived by the panel discussion for developing interdisciplinary research for humanities.
