QR Code is available in many areas(business cards, coupons, advertising, billing, etc) due to the increase in the smart phones. In particular, the company's image and marketing are also available and using the Internet address, personal and corporate PR and publicity are also available. I was implemented the mobile web platform by the case wine information that easily seen but difficult to understand the information. Using QR Code, consumers can get information easily and quickly. In addition, based on the idea of using mobile web platform, variety of services and benefits will be able to expected.

In case of high-levelled platform in the urban railway system, a certain width of gap is inevitably formed between the train and the platform, and the gap gets wider when it is concerned with curved portion of the tracks at platform. This gap greatly contributes to decrease of passengers' safety while boarding and alighting a train. In particular, it endangers children's safety. Gap filler system is often fitted out to minimize gap and to overcome this safety problem at platform. However, as existing gap fillers are in most case structurally complex and organized to be powered from separate supply unit, there are a range of non-favorable points from the viewpoint of cost, installation and maintenance. In addition, existing gap fillers are due to cause disruptions in operation of train, with failures such as malfunctioning of control system. In this study, the authors will review on the gap filler applicable to the platforms of various height types, which neither requires any modifications of the train nor causes any operational disruptions. The proposed gap filler system here is a by-stage retractile type and based on the idea of interlocking it with train doors open-close mechanism, without any additional power supply unit or control system.

Cloud Computing is a fast developing domain in computer system architecture which enables dynamically scalable and virtualized resources to its users. Spot Cloud is the next evolutionary step in this field which allows the cloud computing resources to be treated as a market commodity. Cloud computing vendors will now be able to put their un used computational resources for sale using the singular access platform provided by Spot Cloud. Meanwhile customers will be able to buy/sell these resources according to their requirements. This paper analyzes the idea of Spot Cloud and the anticipated impact it will have on Cloud Computing globally. The paper also presents the risks and inherent barriers associated with this idea and how they might hinder the development of Spot Cloud to its full potential.

SDR technology is a fundamental wireless access technology that combines and accommodates multiple wireless communication standards in one transceiver system through just modifying software using modular communication platforms without any hardware modifications for RF and IF signal processing on the basis of high performance DSP devices. Various communication systems that are designed under diverse and complex network environments require the communication platforms on the basis of SDR supporting reorganization to guarantee simple and fast communication interfaces among the respective wireless networks. This paper introduces a main idea on the implementation of platform on the basis of SDR and a communication platform is designed for experiments that is composed of a DSP board with TMS320C6713 CPU, a FPGA board processing IF signals, and a module with RF transceiver processing wireless LAN frequency bandwidth. Various modulation schemes(BPSK, QPSK, and 16QAM) used in communication systems are applied and tested on the designed platform and the test results shows that it is possible to design a reconfigurable communication terminal platform.

The standardization for Seamless IP Mobility between heterogeneous networks is being progressed according to each specific purpose of the organizations such as ITU-T (International Telecommunications Union - Telecommunication), 3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project), IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force), and IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers). [1] Specially VCC (Voice Call Continuity) for seamless voice continuity between heterogeneous networks using IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) of the next generation platform is being introduced into a few companies, and also MIH (Media Independent Handover) and MIP (Mobile IP) for IP mobility between heterogeneous networks are being customized by their internal situation. This article describes the idea to support IP Mobility between heterogeneous networks in the network which IMS platform is deployed and only supports the mobility for the voice by the type of AS (Application Server).

Role of architecture should not be limited to function of providing an inhabitable space but also include urban and social role of its impact to the public and surrounding area. Role of landmark building should be further expanded beyond and landmark building speaks out its aesthetics with mass form and/or with its appearance of façade. With study of this project, idea of landmark building is shifted from vertical extrusion of the land to horizontal extrusion of large space from the face of building. It is a double extrusion creating large assembly space up in the air linking surrounding masses.

In this paper, we design and implement a mobile game based on windows phone platform. Visual Studio and the Windows Mobile software development kit(SDK) and developer tool kits (DTK) make it possible to create software for the Windows Mobile platform in Visual C#. Also The XNA Framework is the set of .NET libraries that developers will code against to build games. XNA Framework support PC and XBOX and a ZUNE HD multiplex platform environment and 2D and 3D games provides the necessary functions to a development. XNA Framework is to make it easier to develop games because the codes which are succeeded creates with automatic, implements a game development relation resource and the game logic. The key idea of our game is that we use shooting and ranking system to raise fun.

Open source software allows revising and adding a new idea on them as well as debugging themselves. The open source software can be utilized as various educational programs as well as development of a commercial software products using them. MIT App Inventor, one of the block-based visual programming environments for education, supports building a local server and even revision of the platform itself by providing its own source codes. In this paper we implement App Inventor open sources on the local server. Especially we present how to revise and implement a new App Inventor platform reflecting their own requirements in schools or educational institutes and how to build a local server operating the revised App Inventor platform. They can provide more interactive educational environments to students and improve educational satisfaction through the active customizing of the platform itself such as adding new programming block components requested by students.
