The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of ICT education in elementary school and find ways of its improvement. For the purpose, this researcher surveyed elementary school teachers. Results of the survey suggested that ICT education would enhance self-oriented learning skills and contribute to providing creative, competent human resources for information-oriented society, if ICT-related training is provided to teachers, educational environment for ICT use is improved, substantial curriculum and materials of ICT education are arranged and if teachers having basic skills and experiences in ICT education are secured.

Currently information related service such as internet banking, chatting, social network services are quite well smeared into our daily life. Moreover, a rapid growth of service using smart devices brought an importance of security in internet services and a research activation of digital forensic in a crime investigation. This paper presented a previous digital forensic research trend and based on this, suggested a technology-strategy integrated digital forensic process platform, taking a mid-long term government leading ICT R&D strategy and ICT paradigm shift into account.

The ICT (Information and Communication Technology) technology has been widely applied in agriculture, with the development of science and technology wireless sensor network applied to agriculture is one of the best intelligent means for information detection in crops. The progress of information technology provides new opportunities for the construction and development of modern. ICT (Information and Communication Technology) has become a pillar industry of China's economic development, and provide services and develop strategies to solve problems of Chinese agricultural. This paper analyzed the present situation about the ICT application on the agriculture market in China by analyzing the literature research, and analyzed the problems in the process of ICT application, in the end proposed some suggestions for the development of ICT.

The convergence of traditional industry and ICT is a combination of security threats and vulnerabilities in ICT and specific industry-specific problems of existing industries, and new security threats and vulnerabilities are emerging. In particular, in the medical ICT convergence industry, various problems regarding user authentication are derived from the medical information system, which is being used for abuse and security weaknesses. According, this study designed and implemented a user authentication system for secure user management in medical ICT convergence environment. Specifically, we design and implement measures to solve the abuse and security weaknesses of ID sharing and to solve the inconvenience of individual ID / PW authentication by performing user authentication using personalized devices based on medical information systems.

Jobless Growth, one of the most issue keywords for Korea's economy at this moment, stands for an economic situation where the unemployment rate once edging up at the downturn does not fall sharply even after a business cycle is on the stage of its recovery. A remarkable progress of ICT has intensified the apprehension of technology displacing human labor. A remarkable progress of ICT has intensified the apprehension of technology displacing human labor historically. Nowadays, ICT as the main cause for recent jobless growth in Korea ends up with pointing out. This study is to investigate whether the ICT leads to an economic situation of jobless growth. We served an empirical analysis using firm-level panel data from 2009 to 2013 and estimated the effects of ICT on both firm's employment and productivity. A result suggests not only does the employment increase with the rise of ICT investment, but also the employment becomes a complete mediator in terms of linking ICT and firm's productivity. It turns out to be a groundless fear that the ICT rules out human labor causing jobless growth for Korea's economy according to the result revealed.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors in selecting the elective ICT utilization lecture and to find positive and negative elements of the lecture through conducting topic modeling analysis of text mining of the narrative lecture evaluation. In order to do so, from pre-processing of data, keyword frequency analysis to wordcloud visualization and topic modeling analysis have been conducted from 'reasons of selecting the lecture,' 'improvements to be made on the lecture,' and 'what I liked about the lecture' categories regarding the ICT utilization lecture which was opened in the second semester of 2019 at M University. The analysis results show that students mostly registered for the ICT utilization lecture at M University to obtain a certificate and the fact being certified and taking the lecture can be done simultaneously is a positive element of taking the lecture. On the other hand, negative element included inconvenience of the classroom setting environment.

Purpose - This paper empirically investigates the relationship between Information and Communication Technology (ICT) goods imports and economic growth with a focus on the 13 Asia-Pacific economies during 2005-2016. In particular, this paper extends the study by breaking down the data of Asia-Pacific countries into High Income Countries (HICs) and Low Income Countries (LICs) according to the difference of income levels. Design/methodology - Our empirical model employs the standard growth model based on the Barro (1998)-type growth framework. Using static panel-data technique, we estimate the effect of ICT goods imports on economic growth in the 13 Asia-Pacific economies. In addition, we also estimate a difference of the ICT goods imports-economic growth link between HICs and LICs. Findings -The estimation results indicate that ICT goods import has a significant positive effect on economic growth, while ICT goods export has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on it. When we break down the panel data into HICs and LICs in order to gain further insight, ICT goods imports has been effective in spurring growth in only LICs but not in HICs. The other supplementary results show that both domestic investment (GCF) and life expectancy (LE) have a significantly positive impact on economic growth in both HICs and LICs. Originality/value - The main findings of the paper suggest that ICT goods imports has a positive effect on economic growth in only LICs but not in HICs. This result supports the so-called 'leapfrogging' hypothesis through ICT goods imports in the Asia-Pacific countries, in which LICs are gaining more from ICT goods imports than HICs.

Joint research on software, electronic engineering, computer engineering, and financial engineering and the use of ICT knowledge through network formation play an important role in strengthening science and technology-based innovation capabilities and facilitating the development and production process of products using new technologies. For the purpose of this study, I would like to strategically propose ICT specialized education in the 4th industrial revolution. To this end, the ICT specialization model, ICT specialization strategy analysis, and ICT specialization operation and effect were explored to establish ICT specialization strategies centered on software, electronic engineering, computer engineering, and financial engineering in the era of super-intelligence, hyper-connected, and hyper-convergence. Secondly, a roadmap for detailed promotion tasks related to efficient ICT characterization based on core strategies, detailed promotion tasks, and programs was proposed, focusing on talent related to ICT characterization. Thirdly, we would like to propose a reorganization of the academic structure and organization related to ICT characterization. Finally, we would like to propose the establishment of a future-oriented education system related to ICT specialization based on the advanced education and research environment.

The purpose of this study has been found to be effective using ICT teaching-learning than traditional teaching-learning method on academic achievement applying the meta-analysis method. This study set the following questions to be answered. 1. The 85% subject of analysis of ICT-using teaching-learning selected in this study turned out to be clear effective than traditional teaching-learning method in academic achievement of students. 2. ICT-using teaching-learning is more effective for academic achievement of elementary school students and university students than for middle school students and high school students relatively. 3. ICT-using teaching-learning is a most effective method in subject of art and physical education and social subject but less effective in mathematics subject.
