본 논문은 HTML과 CSS를 사용하여 기본적인 웹페이지를 작성하고, 카카오 지도 API를 활용하여 주변 스터디 룸 위치를 입력할 수 있는 기능을 구현한다. 카카오 개발자 웹사이트에서 API 키를 발급받아야 하며, 이를 사용하여 JavaScript 코드를 작성하고 웹페이지에 추가하여 지도와 위치 입력 기능을 구현한다. 또한, 회원가입 및 로그인 기능을 구현하기 위해 Node. JS를 사용하며, 사용자의 회원가입 정보를 입력받아 DB에 저장하고 로그인 시 DB와 비교하여 인증하는 기능을 포함합니다. MySQL을 사용하여 DB 테이블을 생성하고 연동하는 작업을 수행한다.

본 논문에서는 신호등이 설치되지 않은 위험 구역에 대해 신호등을 설치하는 것이 아닌 객체 인식 기반의 반응형 교통 시스템을 설계하여 보행자나 운전자 모두에게 사고의 위험을 줄이는 시스템을 구현한다. 특정 구역에 보행자가 길을 건너기 위해 존재한다면 운전자에게 보행자가 있음을 직관적으로 보여주며, 보행자가 길을 건너고 있으면 운전자에게 보행자가 건너고 있다는 것을 나타내어 기존의 경직적인 신호 체계가 아닌 유동적으로 보행자와 운전자 간의 안전한 환경을 만드는 것을 목표로 구현했다. 데이터는 CGMU dataset과 MIO-TCD dataset에서 사람과 차량의 이미지를 추가로 수집한 이후 학습에 사용하였으며, 객체 인식은 YOLOv5를 기반으로 사용하였으며 이때 성능은 mAP 0.753을 보여주었다.

본 연구는 재난에서 사용되고 있는 정보통신기술( ICT) 연구 국내논문 100개 및 해외논문 100개를 수집한 후, R 프로그램을 이용한 텍스트 마이닝 분석을 통해 국내 재난관리 네 가지 단계에 따른 ICT 기술 관련 연구 동향을 파악하고, 해외 재난관리의 ICT 기술 연구 동향을 분석 활용하여 우리나라 재난에서의 ICT 기술 활용방안을 새롭게 구성해 제언하는 것이다.

We conducted a survey methodology to study current state of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) application for teachers in special education. The analysis of 103 sample data shows the media type and usage frequency, the reason of ICT application, the awareness of ICT training program necessity and the detail training program. We divided two groups by work experience in education based on time when ICT curriculum adapted in special education department. The several differences of ICT usage and skill levels in managing ICT of two groups are statistically significant.

This study has a purpose to analyze quantitatively whether ICT industry provides the qualitative indicator of employment to attract excellent human resources. We investigate the relationships of labor market conditions among ICT manufacturing, non-ICT manufacturing, ICT services, non-ICT services. Therefore, the quantitative and qualitative indicators of employment (wages, working hours, admission and turnover, involuntary retirement, and the duration years of job) are analyzed for the ICT industry and IT workers. In order to quantitatively analyze qualitative indicators such as employment status and longevity, we used employment statistics. In order to compensate for the limitations of employment insurance data, the comparison analysis with the survey data of economically active population of the National Statistical Office was conducted. As a result of this research, ICT service industry has to improve the working conditions of employees and establish an ecosystem for a lifelong career base to grow as a specialist, need to pursue an investigation for ICT worker career shift, and promote standard labor contracts. In addition, protection of employees, ICT-related job vision and social respect have to be perused.

This paper investigate the determinants of investment for a cross-section of firms in emerging market. I examine three factors expected to affect investment: debt ratio, growth rate, and industry. I find that debt ratio and ICT firms are positively associated with investment in emerging market. I also find that ICT firms with high debt ratio have higher net capital expenditures. While the growth rate is unrelated to net capital expenditures. Unlike the evidence from the developed markets, debt ratio has significant and positive impact on investment (net capital expenditures) in the emerging market.

The world's unique geographical, multilingual, multiethnic, multiracial and multi religious Himalayan country Nepal has more than 100 years history on telephony service and it has been formulating appropriate policy and regulation for the adoption of new technology, introducing the competitive market environment for the overall development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructures and application of ICT service and tools for socio-economic transformation. The Nepalese market seems to be continuously growing and having huge demand of mobile telephony and internet subscriptions trend. The ICT infrastructure development in difficult geographical area is quite challenging and thus operators are focusing mobile telephony and mobile internet services. Nepal has been doing its best effort on formulating policy and regulation, adoption key strategies for ICT sector development and at the same time joining hands with international and regional bodies such as ITU, SAARC etc for ICT sector development. Due to geographical diversity, policy and regulatory barriers in some extent, power supply constraints and low affordability from customers on ICT tools and services, Nepal has been facing challenges on ICT infrastructure development. However, the national statistics on ICT, Networked Readiness Index and ICT Development Index show that Nepal has done quite good progress and is keeping its pace on ICT development despite the these challenges. Moreover, there seems to be quite uncovered market segments on internet service and big opportunity on ICT sector development in Nepal in the days to come.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Interferential current stimulation therapy(ICT) on pain, balance, and walking ability of elderly patients with chronic low back pain. Methods: Twenty participants were randomly assigned to ICT group (2 males and 8 females) and placebo ICT group (3 males and 7 females). Participants were ICT and placebo ICT for 20 minutes, and the pre- and post-VAS, TUG and postural balance were measured. Results: The ICT group showed significantly decreased pain scores in the elderly patients with chronic low back pain (p<.05) than the placebo ICT group. The postural fluctuation with eyes opened and closed was significantly lower than the placebo ICT group(p<.05), and the ICT group showed remarkable improvement (p<.05). Conclusion: ICT was expected to improve decrease pain, improve postureal sway and walking ability remarkably. Therefore, It was expected that the application or ICT would be an effective method for elderly patients with Chronic Low Back Pain.

Purpose - This research is aimed to investigate the impact of the Information and Communication Technology (hereinafter ICT) development index and ICT investment on Indonesian economic growth. Research design, data and methodology - The data used consist of ICT development index, government expenditure on ICT sector, and economic growth from 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2012 to 2015. Based on the Networked Readiness Index published by the World Economic Forum (WEF), Indonesia was ranked 80^th among 142 countries in 2012 and had climbed 64^th in 2014. This indicates that the businesses in Indonesia have adopted ICTs to increase productivity and expand their activities. Panel data regression analysis is performed to reveal the change of the impact over time in each of the provinces. Result - The ICT development index and government expenditure for ICT have a positive effect on the economic growth of all provinces, although the impact is different in each of the provinces. There is a digital gap between the provinces, especially the large digital gap occurring with DKI Jakarta. The provinces of Eastern Indonesia such as NTT and Papua are still relatively slow in development of ICT. Conclusions - ICT development index and allocation of local government expenditure for ICT have significant effect on economic growth. ICT development index has a bigger role in increasing economic growth.
