오늘날 기록관은 생존과 발전을 위해 이용자에게 더욱 친근하고 개방적인 공간으로 나아가고, 세분화된 이용자의 행태와 요구를 기반으로 차별화된 서비스를 제공해야 하는 과제를 가지고 있다. 특히 어린이를 대상으로 하는 서비스의 구축은 대중의 의식을 전환시키고 현재와 앞으로의 고객을 확충하기 위해 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 대통령기록관 전시서비스에 대한 어린이 이용자의 인식과 요구를 파악함으로써 전시서비스 개선에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 대통령기록관의 전시서비스 사례와 현황을 알아보고, 대통령기록관을 방문하여 전시서비스를 경험한 어린이 및 어린이를 동반한 성인 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 어린이 이용자의 관점을 토대로 기록관 전시서비스에 대한 평가를 수행하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구에서 살펴본 어린이 이용자의 만족도 및 요구 분석은 기록문화의 확산과 어린이 이용자의 방문 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

OSGi는 서비스 레지스트리를 통한 런타임 서비스 검색을 지원함으로써 서비스간의 인터랙션을 진작하는 대표적인 SOA기술이다. OSGi와 더불어 SOA의 선두 그룹을 형성하고 있는 웹 서비스 기술은 광역 인터넷에 위치한 네트워크 서비스들이 개방 인터페이스에 따라 상호 작용하여 새로운 부가 기능을 지원할 수 있도록 하는 토대를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OSGi 프레임워크 환경에서 웹 서비스 조합 언어인 WS-BPEL을 이용하여 OSGi 서비스와 웹 서비스를 합성하여 복합 서비스 및 응용을 구성할 수 있도록 하는 새로운 기법을 제안한다. 이 결과 랜 환경을 주 대상으로 하는 OSGi 서비스와 광역 엔터프라이즈 환경의 웹 서비스가 소속 도메인 경계를 넘어 서비스 조합에 참여할 수 있게 됨으로써 단일 도메인 내 조합에서는 가능하지 않았던 응용 기능 지원이 가능해진다.

본 논문에서는 단일 급전을 이용하여 위성 DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting)와 ITS(Intelligent Transport Systems) 서비스를 수신할 수 있는 이중 대역 원형 패치 안테나의 구조를 제안하고, 실제 제작을 통하여 성능을 확인하였다. 제작한 이중 대역 안테나는 위성 DMB 대역과 ITS 대역에서 각각 90 MHz와 180 MHz의 -10 dB 대역폭을 갖고, 최소 반사 손실은 약 -35 dB와 -18 dB로 측정되었는데, 이는 시뮬레이션 결과와 잘 일치하였다. 그리고, 위성 DMB와 ITS 대역의 안테나 이득은 각각 2.3 dBi와 2.7 dBi를 얻었다.

The world's unique geographical, multilingual, multiethnic, multiracial and multi religious Himalayan country Nepal has more than 100 years history on telephony service and it has been formulating appropriate policy and regulation for the adoption of new technology, introducing the competitive market environment for the overall development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructures and application of ICT service and tools for socio-economic transformation. The Nepalese market seems to be continuously growing and having huge demand of mobile telephony and internet subscriptions trend. The ICT infrastructure development in difficult geographical area is quite challenging and thus operators are focusing mobile telephony and mobile internet services. Nepal has been doing its best effort on formulating policy and regulation, adoption key strategies for ICT sector development and at the same time joining hands with international and regional bodies such as ITU, SAARC etc for ICT sector development. Due to geographical diversity, policy and regulatory barriers in some extent, power supply constraints and low affordability from customers on ICT tools and services, Nepal has been facing challenges on ICT infrastructure development. However, the national statistics on ICT, Networked Readiness Index and ICT Development Index show that Nepal has done quite good progress and is keeping its pace on ICT development despite the these challenges. Moreover, there seems to be quite uncovered market segments on internet service and big opportunity on ICT sector development in Nepal in the days to come.

이 연구는 인문계고등학생의 정보요구와 그에 대한 대처양태를 조사하여, 학생들의 요구와 행태에 기반한 학교도서관서비스를 개발하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 연구에 필요한 데이터는 인문계고등학생들을 대상으로 설문조사와 심층면담을 통하여 수집하였다. 이 연구에서는 구체적으로 1) 인문계고등학생의 주요관심과 그에 대한 대처방식, 2) 그러한 관심을 해결하기 위해 활용하는 정보원의 유형과 특성, 3) 인문계고등학생의 정보요구해결을 위한 도서관서비스 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

Citizens' demand, which has been previously focused on welfare, is now expanding to include elements for higher quality of life such as employment, housing, culture, and sports. Accordingly, the government, with an aim of effectively delivering resident services that satisfy various demands, is committed to transforming the central government-oriented service system into the integrated service system based on public-private partnership. The government is also dedicated to expanding services to 8 areas including not only welfare but also healthcare, employment, housing, education, sports, culture, and tourism, which are directly related to everyday lives of residents. This project is designed to support such reforms in the citizen service delivery system in order to enhance quality of life of local residents. This study is to draw implications from analysis for implementing the citizen service integrated information system in order to reform the citizen service delivery system effectively through examinations and analyses of citizen services provided by the central government. Especially focus on public utility charges depreciation simplification citizen service. Its implications are expected to offer a real contribution for central and local Governments that want to increase the productivity of implementing eGovernment service.

Many distributed and heterogeneous services and devices are accessible in ubiquitous computing environment, so interoperating those services and devices is one of the key tasks in implementing ubiquitous applications. We used to use script languages in integrating such interoperating components and services. However currently available most script languages are not suitable for ubiquitous environment because there are so diverse forms of interoperation targets such as service objects, web, legacy objects and programmable devices. So it is worthwhile designing a new script language well-suited to ubiquitous environment. In this paper, we propose a new script language, called Ubiscript, for the ubiquitous environment. We develop and adopt several unique language features such as remote scope, multiple contexts, web and legacy objects, remote exception handling, etc. in Ubiscript to overcome the limitations of conventional script languages. In this paper, we also describe the implementation of Ubiscript and its runtime system. A couple of ubiquitous applications were developed in Ubiscript, and the applications are tested on the runtime system. According to our experiences and evaluation, Ubiscript turned out to have a high potential in its expression power and contribution to improving ubiquitous application developers' productivity.

We are living in epoch of information when Internet touches all aspects of our lives. Therefore, it provides a plenty of services each of which benefits people in different ways. Electronic Mail (E-mail), File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Voice/Video Communication, Search Engines are bright examples of Internet services. Between them Social Network Services (SNS) continuously gain its popularity over the past years. Most popular SNSs like Facebook, Weibo and Twitter generate millions of data every minute. Twitter is one of SNS which allows its users post short instant messages. They, 100 million, posted 340 million tweets per day (2012)[1]. Often big amount of data contains lots of noisy data which can be defined as uninteresting and unclassifiable data. However, researchers can take advantage of such huge information in order to analyze and extract meaningful and interesting features. The way to collect SNS data as well as tweets is handled by crawlers. Twitter crawler has recently emerged as a great tool to crawl Twitter data as well as tweets. In this project, we develop Twitter Crawler system which enables us to extract Twitter data. We implemented our system in Java language along with MySQL. We use Twitter4J which is a java library for communicating with Twitter API. The application, first, connects to Twitter API, then retrieves tweets, and stores them into database. We also develop crawling strategies to efficiently extract tweets in terms of time and amount.

본 논문은 주파수 자원을 효율적으로 이용하기 위하여 무선통신 업무가 인접 대역 혹은 동일 대역에 존재하는 경우 몬테 카를로 시뮬레이션 방법을 이용하여 양립성을 분석하였다. 간섭 시나리오를 설정하면 간섭원과 피 간섭원간의 간섭 확률을 몬테 카를로 방법으로 계산한 후 이를 미리 설정된 최대 허용 간섭 확률과 비교하여 활성화 간섭원 밀도, 간섭원 대역폭, 피 간섭원의 셀 반경, 간섭원과 피간섭원 사이의 거리, 충격 계수에 따라 양립 여부를 판단하였다. 이 때 전파 모델은 free space 모델, extended Hata 모델로 가정하였다.

본 논문은 정보통신기술, 특히 인터넷 스트리밍의 등장이 미디어산업에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 이를 어떻게 재편해오고 있는가라는 측면에서 최근 디즈니사의 폭스사 인수를 고찰한다. 이를 통해 디즈니가 점증하는 스트리밍 서비스의 도전과 변화하는 미디어 환경에 어떻게 대응하는지 살펴본다. 논문은 먼저 디즈니의 폭스 인수와 스트리밍 서비스가 영화 및 미디어 산업에 가져온 변화와 도전을 고찰한다. 그리고 이에 대응하여 2019년 말에 시작될 디즈니의 자체 스트리밍 서비스를 고찰한다. 마지막으로 디즈니의 스트리밍 서비스 진출이 한편으로는 소비자들에게 직접 콘텐츠를 제공함으로써 커다란 이윤을 약속하지만 다른 한편으로는 현재 디즈니가 기반을 둔 기존 미디어 산업의 변화를 더욱 가속화시킬 것임을 지적한다.
