This research describes strategies to promote the growth of the Big Data industry and the companies within the ecosystem. In doing so, we identify the roles and responsibilities of various objects of this ecosystem and Big Data concepts. We describe the five components of the Big Data ecosystem: governance, data holders, service users, service providers and infrastructure providers. Related to the Big Data industry, the paper discusses 13 business strategies between the five components in the ecosystem. These strategies directly respond to areas of research by the Big Data industry leading experts on its early development. These strategies focus on how companies can gain competitive advantages in a growing new business environment of Big Data. The strategy topics are as follows: 1) the government's long term policy, 2) building Big Data support centers, 3) policy support and improving the legal system, 4) improving the Privacy Act, 5) increasing the understanding of Big Data, 6) Big Data support excavation projects, 7) professional manpower education, 8) infrastructure system support, 9) data distribution and leverage support, 10) data quality management, 11) business support services development, 12) technology research and excavation, 13) strengthening the foundation of Big Data technology. Of the proposed strategies, establishing supportive government policies is essential to the successful growth of thee Big Data industry. This study fosters a better understanding of the Big Data ecosystem and its potential to increases the competitive advantage of companies.

This study is conducted on spontaneous ignition temperature and activation energy of Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose(HMC) powder. HMC is a kind of cellulose derivative and used as additives for building material, surface coating, printing ink, adhesives, cosmetics and medical supplies. So this material has been widely used as important additive in the chemical industry fields and a mount of production has increased year by year. Therefore, it is very important to find out the thermal ignition characteristics of its danger and the critical ignition temperature. This study was performed by the Spontaneous Ignition Tester(SIT) and so on. Based on the data of the SIT-II, the critical ignition point of HMC is about $186^{\circ}C$ which is slightly lower than normal cellulose.

There are various ways of the conventional market boost are suggested for an urban renewal recently. Presently, the government has decided to invest total 8 hundred and 10 billion dollars, including a budget of 4 hundred and 60 billion dollars and a capital of the local government, for it for the next 3 years. But, Since Its business has been focused on the redevelopment of the surroundings; remodeling, building parking lots and elevators etc, it has not solved the basic problems of the traditional marketplaces themselves. This research shows the right way to boost the traditional markets with the characteristic of them through case studys from the different cities, revaluation of their images besides the western styled wholesale markets. The survey targets on the traditional marketplaces and the wholesale markets around Tea-Hwa river in Ulsan. And, the different impressions of them are evaluated based on SD(semantic differential method) with citizens' general point of views of them, the sampled pictures and relevant adjectives. The conventional market boost finds the way to be succeeded through the analysis of a primary element base on the survey.

This study supports the introduction policy of the MSO and Profit-making corporation by reviewing, and is intend to reviewing the analysis of policy measures activation in the digital age. The Medical industry is changing at a fast pace, and it is becoming fierce, In that flow, our nation has been giving efforts to the Medical industry in its bot qualitative growth and quantitative growth. However, we are laggard in our policy to activity such as the MSO and Profit-making corporation. It is true that there exists arguing on introducing market economy into the Medical industry, but we need a sound the activity policy which can extend over those negative perspectives.

Recently, the treat of sludge is usually progressed by ocean disposal. But it will be totally banned by content of its heavy metal according to London Dumping Convention, gradually. The stable way of treat of sewage sludge should be examined urgently. To solve the problem, recently, there are efficient and environment-oriented method. One of them is to produce absorbent through the activation. This study produces absorbent through steam activation. As basic experiment, optimum activation condition for preparation of good absorbent is researched through study of the fellowing variables : steam flow rate, activated temperature, activation time. As the result of this with standard on iodine adsorptivity, it is chosen, that steam flow rate "30 mL/hr", activation temperature $"500^{\circ}C"$, activation time "60 minutes". At the time, iodine adsorptivity and yield shown that 228.4 mg/g, 77.23%. And also, by using nitrogen adsorption, SEM and EDS are confirmed that pore development, specific surface area, mean pore size, chemical component and content. Pore developed by steam activation is also confirmed that it is micropore.

To activate the use of the mobile Internet, its service must be changed itself, as well as improvement of its use environment, and the changing direction must orient 'SMART SERVICE', which it provides in the fastest, easiest, most comfortable way by selecting the core information users want most. This paper suggests that the users of smartphones access diverse contents out of the mobile apps anytime and anywhere and use them conveniently, by activating social communication among the users of school information through the mobile app development suitable for Android OS.

National government established a new law to solve the problems and to support u-City projects. Nevertheless there are still some issues which are a lack of the contents on national plan, connecting restriction among the communication networks between public institutions, a shortage of funds. This study investigated and analyzes these issues, and proposed some ideas to solve them.
