Development and Application of an Economic Value Assessment Model for Online Information (온라인 정보의 경제적 가치 평가 모델 개발 및 적용)

  • Value and importance of online information are increased day by day as the knowledge and information society is emerging. However there is little study on information assessments due to the lack of the valid methodologies and models in this field. In this study we proposed a model of the economic value assessments for online information and utilized it to the contents of ITFIND which is an integrated IT information system supported by the MIC(Ministry of Information and Communication). We measured information value of ITFIND as follows: (1) both 'use value' and 'exchange value,' (2) annual $CS^{UV}\;and\;CS^{EV}$ per person by the category of each information, and (3) annual economic value of $CS^{UV}\;and\;CS^{EV}$ of ITFIND information based on it's users' annual $CS^{UV}\;and\;CS^{EV}$ per person.

  • IT is the information in government/public policy and technological trends in the industry's R&D has a direct impact on its investment decision making of the very important information. Due to the nature of the information in this technical trend because essential information on open public data the technology by government departments and public institutions that are responsible for producing, on an ongoing basis. In this paper, it was confirmed through the experiment that the method and the possibility to integrate the technology trend information provided by the various agencies can be diagnosed as a maturity level. Also we propose a data collection and processing, storage, optimized service for technical maturity of diagnostic methods. The proposed method determines the overall system configuration and service data ITFIND overall maturity level diagnosis is enabled by leveraging the collected. In addition, through the compensation is considered to be able to proceed to a more accurate diagnostic level.

Development and Measurement of User Satisfaction Index Model for Information Systems (정보시스템의 이용자만족지수 모형개발 및 측정)

  • The measurement of information system (IS) effectiveness is critical to understanding of the value and efficacy of IS actions and IS investments. In this paper, we propose a new model of the user satisfaction index for ISs and present the user satisfaction index which is measured by the proposed model. Based on the representative theories and models in the field of marketing and IS, we propose a new user satisfaction index model and verify the new model through the analysis of structural equation model. The proposed model consists of four basic dimensions : information quality, service quality, systems quality, and user satisfaction. Also, users' royalty and complaint are adopted as the additional dimension in this model. Data was collected from the ITFIND users to measure their satisfaction index. We, then, suggest some strategic guidelines for the better ITFIND which may useful when the system designers consider upgrading of the system in the future.

  • Lately, influence of information rises and interest about satisfaction estimation of information providing service is risin. According to rapid change in information environment, information-providing service is being changed in various form, in which center development is made in relation to the effort for customer satisfaction intended to enhance user's satisfaction level through providing more convenient and higher service centered on information service user rather than information service provider. Organizations providing information service is also changing their service from traditional one centered on service provider to that for user's satisfaction and service quality, and evaluation of information service quality and measurement of user's satisfaction as the result of using information service are regarded important. In this respect, it is needed to measure user's satisfaction level for environmental factors of information service and analyze what kind of influence they have to enhance user's satisfaction level of information service. Also function and efficiency of information offer service are important. Therefore, interest for satisfaction survey to heighten contents satisfaction of information-providing service, service satisfaction, satisfaction of user of system satisfaction is increased. In this paper, we propose a model of the user satisfaction index for information-providing services and present the user satisfaction index is measured to the model. Also we this study suggest qualitative improvements of information-providing service required for change to user-centric information-providing service through measuring user satisfaction index of ITFIND system and schemes to improve information quality

However, It requires complicated and various method that measure and evaluate correct value of information service by various attributes of information. Also function and efficiency of information offer service are important. Therefore, interest for satisfaction survey to heighten contents satisfaction of information offer service, service satisfaction, satisfaction of user of system satisfaction is increased. Therefor in This paper, measures lTFlND's User Satisfaction Index and establish information offer service strategy that improve. And wish to draw improvement way and present improvement method and way after direction through results of measurements of user satisfaction index in information offer service field.
