  • 차세대 인터넷 주소체계인 IPv6의 시장 현황과 기술동향을 살펴볼 수 있는‘글로벌 IPv6 서밋 코리아 2004’가 지난달 5일부터 7일까지 서울 잠실 롯데호텔에서 열렸다. 올해로 4회째를 맞는 이번 행사는 정보통신부와 IPv6포럼코리아가 주최한 것으로 올해가 IPv6 기술이 본격적으로 도입되는 원년이라는 점에서, 그리고 정부의 IT839 전략수립과 관련해 IPv6 기술의 중요성이 점차커지고 있다는 점에서 큰 의미를 가진다.

  • 정보통신부의 ‘IT 839 전략’ 중 ‘9대 신성장 동력’에 포함된 지능형 로봇은 이제 막 태동을 시작한 단계이다. 지능형 로봇은 개개의 구성요소들이 결합되어 이루어진 기술 집약적인 완성품으로 로봇 산업을 활성화하기 위해서는 각기 다른 업체에서 개발한 구성요소들에 대한 표준과 인증이 필요하다. 또한 제품의 목표수준을 설정하기 위하여도 인증은 필수 사항이다. 따라서 TTA(한국정보통신기술협회)는 ’06년 8월부터 국민로봇 시범사업에 쓰이는 URC 로봇(지능형 로봇)에 대한 공인인증 시험서비스를 제공할 예정이며 이를 소개하고자 한다.

Ultrasonographic Evaluation of Experimentally Induced Ascites in Dogs (개에서 실험적으로 유발한 복수증의 초음파 진단)

  • In this study, ultrasonographic evaluations were made after experimentally induced ascites in dogs. Ultrasonographic evaluation allowed to identify the earliest fluid accumulation between the spleen and the left kidney after the administration of 0.9% normal saline at 8 ml/kg into the abdominal cavity in dogs. Ultrasonographic finding were observed in order between the spleen and the left kidney, the liver, the pelvic cavity. It is considered that the most adequate pare f3r the early detection of ascites is between the spleen and the left kidney, and the least amount of detection fluid is 8 ml/kg in dogs.

BcN 기술 및 표준화 동향

  • 정부의 IT839 추진전략의 핵심 축을 담당하고 있는 BcN 계획은, 곧 시범사업을 거쳐 본격적인 상용 서비스가 시작될 시기에 이른 만큼, ITU(국제전기통신연합)의 차세대통신망(NGN) 표준화 현황을 살펴봄으로써 현 시점에서 취해야 할 추진전략의 고려사항으로 그 역할과 기대를 조명해 보고자 한다. 본 고에서는 먼저 ITU에서 진행해온 NGN 표준화(국내에서는 광대역통합망(BcN)으로 명명되었으나, NGN과 동일한 혹은 유사한 내용을 공유하고 있다) 현황에 대한 일반적인 개요를 간략히 설명하고 이를 바탕으로 다양한 현재 FG NGN과 SG13의 상황을 살펴본다. 또한 정통부에서 추진 중인 BcN 구축계획 및 추진전략을 조망해 보고 국제표준화와의 관계를 간략히 검토해 본다.

  • 참여정부 들어 정보통신부와 정보통신연구진흥원은 우리 경제의 성장잠재력을 회복하고 국민소득 2만불을 달성하기 위한 IT산업 육성정책으로 'IT839전략'을 추진하였고, 그 결과 선진국형 R&D 발전모델 제시, IT R&D사업의 연구생산성 미국 공공연구기관 수준으로 제고, 선진국과의 기술격차 1년 이상 단축('03년 2.6년${\rightarrow}$'06년 1.6년), 총 111건의 국제표준특허 기술 확보, 기술개발 결과로 발생한 특허, 논문, 기술료 성과 큰 폭 증가 등의 성과를 얻을 수 있었다. 세계 IT 시장을 보면 선진국의 견제는 강해지고 후발국의 추격은 가속화되고 있으며, IT기반 융합기술연구 및 지재권 확보의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이러한 환경변화를 인지하고 이를 발판으로 도약하기 위해서 "기초 원천"연구를 강화하는 동시에 응용기술에 있어서는 quot;상용화quot;의 수준을 높이는 ${\ulcorner}$Smile IT 전략${\lrcorner}$을 추진할 계획이다. 이 전략의 주요내용은 첫째, IT융합연구 강화 둘째, 기술의 창의성 혁신성을 기반으로 한 미래원천기술 투자비중 확대 셋째, 융합연구와 원천기술 연구를 촉진할 수 있는 R&D 프로세스 개선 넷째, 융합 및 원천연구를 수행할 산 학 연의 연구역량을 강화 하겠다는 것이다.

  • Instrumentation & Control(I&C) System in NPP(Nuclear Power Plant) plays a important role as the brain of human being, it performs protecting, controling and monitoring safety operation of NPP. Recently, the I&C system is digitalized as digital technology such as PLC, DSP, FPGA. The different aspect of digital system which use digital communication to analog system is that it has potential vulnerability to cyber threat in nature. Possibility that digital I&C system is defected by cyber attack is increasing day by day. The result of cyber attack can be adverse effect to safety function in NPP. Therefore, I&C system required cyber security counter-measures that protect themselves from cyber threat efficiently and also cyber security design should be taken into consideration at concept stage in I&C system development process. In this study, we proposed the digital asset analysis method for cyber security assessment of I&C system design in NPP and we performed digital asset analysis of I&C system by using the proposed method.

  • This study proposes that Malevich's 1913 performance "Victory Over the Sun" was not just Cubo Futurism, but that it produced Suprematism in the early 20th century. "Victory Over the Sun" did away with traditional set and costume design and a call to the Russian avant garde. Therefore, this study analyzes the characteristics of set and the costume design in "Victory Over the Sun", and considers how it impacted twenty-first century fashion designers like Margiela. The results of the study are as follows: first, Margiela reinterpreted the characteristics of the costumes featured on "Victory Over the Sun" from a cubist perspective and represented geometric spatial structures and mechanical human images through changes in methods and materials. second, he designed costumes by applying to the set and costumes expressed black & white images on "Victory Over the Sun". and third, Margiela reinterpreted the warrior image using geometric forms and colors in a creative way. Contemporary fashion designers, including Margiela, express their artistic creativity through various representational and materials choices. They want to convey their subjective personality and emotional sensibility to the public by mixing and deforming existing arts like painting, sculpture, and crafts to create new images. Thus, the creative intentions of the latest fashion designers have expanded art of costume design, exemplifying the process by which art is evolves and is made new.

On RFID/USN increase overall social interest of our country, if the world who want to dominate the market by securing the u-Korea vision and global RFID/USN technologies IT839 depending on the policy, has been active research on the USN and USN infrastructure in the future building is completed as quickly to take advantage of the USN. USN applications will increase. Of USN middleware and necessitate USN infrastructure-based application development in order to more easily USN middleware configuration directory service is one of the core services. USN infrastructure suitable for the directory service when considering the characteristics of WSN, such as the USN components, update existing directory services and search focused on the problem and receive, this paper can overcome this directory service design and implementation discussed.

Optimal distance exponent of inverse distance method (역거리법의 최적 거리 지수)

  • We calculated the optimal exponent values based on the hourly rainfall data observed in South Korea by treating the exponent value as a variable without fixing it as a square in the inverse distance method. For this purpose, rainfall observation stations providing the data are classified into four groups which are located at the Han river upstream, downstream, the Geum river upstream, and the Nakdong river midstream area. A total of 52 cases were analyzed for seven stations in each group. The optimal exponent value of distance was calculated in a case including one base station and four surrounding stations in a group. We applied the golden section search method to calculating this optimum values using rainfall data for 10 years (2004~2013) and verified the optimum values for the last three years (2014~2016). We compared and analyzed two results of the conventional inverse distance method and the inverse distance method in this study. The optimal values of distance exponent obtained in this study were 3.280, 1.839, 2.181, and 2.005 respectively, in the four groups, and totally mean value was 2.326. It is shown the proposed inverse distance method applying the optimal exponent is superior to the conventional inverse distance method.

  • Korean public service broadcasting(PSB) is facing identity crisis and debate on improving PSB governance. In order to analyze the causes of the crisis of PSB, We attempted to typify the constituent factors of governance of PSB based on the perception of public service broadcasting employees and media professionals. The results of the study are summarizes as follows. First, PSB' governance is typified by four factors such as market influence, political influence, professionalism, and guarantee of PSB system. Secondly, it is analyzed that only political influence among PSB governance factors has a significant effect on the perception of crisis of PSB. Thirdly, it is analyzed that the way of constituting the KBS board and the ratio of personnel have a meaningful influence on 'political influence'. The results of this study confirm that Korean PSB needs to improve the governance structure of PSB away from political influence in order to secure the legitimacy and identity.
