Recently, a wide variety of research on the knowledge-based industries, which are considered a key area of social science research, has been conducted. In this light, this study examines a case of knowledge diffusion taken from the IT service field. The IT service industry has been considered difficult to diffuse due to its unique technological regimes and sophisticated market demand. In particular, the established public service systems have limited markets and encompass national characteristics, thereby making their international diffusion difficult. However, despite these limitations, the automated customs system ASYCUDA has been distributed successfully and is now operating in about 100 countries, making the case very unusual. Using various industrial innovation models, and an analysis of lead markets, with regard to ASYCUDA, this research examines patterns of technological learning activities by actors, characteristics of the lead markets, and paths of technology transfer. The findings indicate that when active technology providers attempt to streamline and standardize the technology to make it suitable for the characteristics of the initial technology application areas(lead markets), this helps to diffuse the technology to passive recipients and the surrounding nations. The findings also confirm that south-south cooperation in the acquired technologies was of considerable help in sharing knowledge among the passive technology recipients, and that the active technology providers' programmed, well-organized technology assistance was a key driving force behind technology transfer and diffusion between the surrounding nations.

Photo-assisted wet chemical etching of GaN thin film was studied using KOH based solutions. A $2{\mu}m-2{\mu}m$ titanium line-and-space pattern was used as a etching mask. It is found that the etching characteristics of the GaN thin film is strongly dependent on the pattern direction by unisotropic property of KOH based solution. When the pattern was aligned to the [$11\bar{2}0$] directions, ($10\bar{1}n$)-facet is revealed constructing V-shaped sidewalls.

Until Now, Many IT Service companies in Korea have grown up by giving the useful service of Information Technology System to customer in the domestic market. But nowadays, When Information Technology becomes a Smart Technology that give convergence between some industries, Intelligence, Mobility by combining so many industry technologies, business opportunities with smart technology increase bigger than ever. In accordance with the above directions, this study introduces the result of case study in the LG CNS Companies. This case involves a story that innovate a service model by smart technology, and create educational programs to change the way of employee working by Human Performance Tehnology.

Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship courses, including my recent absence undergraduate entrepreneurship-friendly system is activated, the spread of technology startups to be scanning my college. However, the college is successful technology startups to take place in order to be solved many problems still exist. In this paper, we have a hard job and continuing high unemployment and social environment college students majoring in IT technology to enable the establishment of the control action for the establishment and analysis of influencing factors. In particular, IT college students majoring in technology startups will affect students' technical skills and characteristics of entrepreneurs and Entrepreneur's motive, entrepreneurship environment outside the extraction and evaluation items such as IT skills to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship. In analysis result, IT major career college students interested in entrepreneurship as an alternative to the higher technology, technical skills and characteristics of entrepreneurs and start-motivated alternative to independence and had an impact on employment. In addition, the university was founded in tech startups according to the environment of entrepreneurship education has a lot of outside influence.

Domestic construction industry, which has recently had difficulty in market saturation and slowing growth, is trying to resolve this situation by incorporation with IT technology. However, there was less choice and has simply used IT technology as required in construction field. In other word, IT technology has applied to not all processes but some parts. Therefore, in this paper, we find out suitable and promising IT technology to each step of construction process, analyzing IT convergence technology related to whole process comprehensively in order to suggest fundamental directions for effective construction IT convergence in the field.

Lately, there is a worldwide boom for start-ups. This trends has led to develop many policies for entrepreneurship in Korea, which focused on college education. Also, as the forth industrial revolution knows no borders, demands of software early education are expanding in line with strong interests in IT (Information Technology). Information technology is now an essential competency for all professionals who need creative thinking. And entrepreneurs are a representative job that requires creative thinking. This study suggests IT competencies-IT planning competencies (ITPC) and IT development competencies (ITDC)-as a core factor of the entrepreneurial intention. This paper is to study the relationship between IT competencies and entrepreneurial Intention. So we investigated IT competence and entrepreneurial intention in university students with a questionnaire. The results of this empirical study can be summarized as follows. First, IT planning competencies have positive influence on entrepreneurial attitude and intention. But IT development competencies do not influence directly on entrepreneurial intention. Second, entrepreneurial attitude have mediating effects in the relationship between IT planning competencies and entrepreneurial intention. So, we need to develop good contents related to the IT planning capabilities when organizing training programs in start-up course. In order to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education, it will be necessary to develop educational contents that can have a broad perspective for understanding the trends of technology convergence and creating opportunities.

We present a simple semiconductor process to fabricate nanogap arrays for application in molecular electronics and nano-bio electronics using a combination of freestanding silicon nanowires and angle evaporation. The gap distance is modulated using the height of the silicon dioxide, the width of the Si nanowires, and the evaporation angle. In addition, we fabricate and apply the nanogap arrays in single-electron transistors using DNA-linked Au nanoparticles for the detection of DNA hybridization.

A key factor of competitiveness of a firm is technology innovation including product and process innovation. This paper explores the importance and performance of innovation in IT industry across manufacturing and service business. Using importance-performance analysis based on a survey of Korean manufacturing and service firms, we find the characteristics of innovation in IT under the context of industry difference. Out study indicate that Korean IT firms need to recognize the importance of technology innovation and enhance the performance in some areas. In future research, we will expand the boundary of innovation into non-technology innovation as well as service-specific innovation.

This letter presents the design of a small and low-profile RFID tag antenna in the UHF band that can be mounted on metallic objects. The designed tag antenna, which uses a ceramic material as a substrate, consists of a radiating patch and a microstrip line with two shorting pins for a proximity-coupled feeding structure. Using this structure, impedance matching can be simply obtained between the antenna and tag chip without a matching network. The fractional impedance bandwidth for $S_{11}$ <3 dB and radiation efficiency are about 1.4% and 56% at 911 MHz, respectively. The read range is approximately from 5 m to 6 m when the tag antenna is mounted on a metallic surface.
